This person called me offering to buy my Marriott Timeshare week, they put in the contract that I would not have to make any payment, just receive my money, they even gave me the phone number of the bank in which they opened the "escrow", then they asked for money to close the business, after that taxes must be paid, and finally a bank commission, the amount got up to $20,000.00.

This person works with another enterprise called Kokomo Tours, I will file another report with this person data.

The exact same case as listed by A.Will, unfortunately we borrow money and lost some savings, nothing more to add to it just documents, we are from Colombia, they are all un spanish, hope they be of some use to the community

RECENTLY I WAS CONTACTED BY TWO COMPANIES . ONE IN BOULDER COLORADO ( KOKOMO TRAVEL & TOURS INC ) AND THE OTHER ONE IN LAKE WOOD COLORADO ( WESTERN TITLE SERVICES ) THESE TWO COMPANIES OFFERED YOU TO SALE YOUR RESORT AND AFTER SO MANY EMAILS , ( CONTRACTS , AUTHORIZATIONS ,ETC ETC ) THEY END UP ASKING YOU MONEY TO PAY SOME TAXES ( FALSE ) AND IF YOY PAY , THEY CONTINUE ASKING FOR MORE MONEY GIVING YOU THE EXCUSE THAT IN ORDER TO CLOSED THE DEAL YOU MUST PAY SOME GOVERMENTS TAXES ( WHICH IS FALSE ) AND AFTER ALL THAT THEY JUST VANISHED AND YOU NEVER CLOSED ANY DEAL NOR SELL THE RESORT .
