initially saw advertisement on Facebook for quilts. The company Amelia Quilts were selling bed quilts. I ordered a queen size fishing quilt on November 26 2018. I paid 59.95 + 4.95 shipping for a total of 64.90 on my credit card. As of December 18 I have not received or even had notification of item being sent. I sent an email to [email protected]. They stated that my order was sent out for production and once its shipped they would update. I have read that this business is a scam which I am beginning to believe.

Printabel,Oma Cotton quilt co. Amelia quilt are all the same scam companies. They are all fake.. No addresses, no phone number,No legit emails. I used their email to ask about My purchases asking where My purchases are.. The emails are returned stating they are not valid email addresses!! The one time I did get a computer generated reply saying please be patient we will get back to you in 24 hours.. I have gotten that email & it only for months.. I have complained to paypal & my bank putting in claims for items not received.Then I googled the companies & came across The ScamPulse.com & the FBI fraud unit..As well as many other Irate buyers in the same boat as Me..Never getting their quilts either. I did find a recent email address sent to pay pal.The email this time is different.. It's [email protected].. I don't know if that's fake or not..I haven't tried to send another email to it.These people need to be held accountable!! Enough is enough.. Had I realized & done some home work I would have found all this out beforehand & kept My money. They also Accessed My checking account & My routing numbers even though I paid with a debit card only!!!

On Dec 2nd I placed an order for a quilt from Amelia from a facebook ad. My bad, I know. I was sucked in with a professionally appearing ad, customer reviews, CS email, and so on. It was all a lie. A well done lie I will give them that. After searching other issues with this non-existent company, everyone was taken. Pay for it, no product delivered, all a scam. I feel like an [censored] falling for this and for facebook even allowing this to exist. We all received the same emails back which you already have pictures, you don't need more of the same.

Once I did that I received a DHL tracking number but that number hasn’t update s since 12/7 and I haven’t received any other communication.

Ordered quilts for Christmas presents online. Received email correspondence from the company for order confirmation. After no response for about 2 1/2 weeks, I reached out via email. The email was the only contact info listed on the site? Worried that I just fell for a scam. I started requesting someone call me directly through email correspondence and every email seemed vague. I started researching and it looks as though others reported issues with this bogus company. This is why I am reluctant to order online products. Lesson learned. I also filed a report with my bank to reverse payment, but this was denied due to my authorization through PayPal. Lesson learned.

They sent me a tracking number though DHL and when I tried to track it, was invalid. Emailed them again and they said once it reached my country, the tracking number would be available. I ordered a quilt through a link I found on Facebook on November 29th; on November 30th I received an email confirmation of my order. I paid through Paypal and the merchant was listed on my receipt as PRINTABEL COMPANY LIMITED ([email protected]). On December 10th I received an email that my quilt was done and I would shortly receive notification of shipping. To date I have received nothing. Today I sent an email to the Amelia Quilt CS email inquiring as to the status of my order and received a generic "your request has been received" response email from a company called Ecrafta. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company since that is where the money was pulled for Paypal. My advice to anyone, don't order from these crooks (and look for other company names that are associated with Amelia Quilt and Ecrafta) and keep your money.

I was scammed by Amelia-Quilts. After seeing a Facebook ad for a quilt and ordering on November 26, 2018, I then realized something wasn't right and I started to send emails. Their answers were inconsistent and they were worded to postpone the shipment. They never told me when my items would ship or the status. Even though amelia-quilt.com portrays itself as a small business owned by a lady named Amelia in Oregon who makes handmade quilts, the payment went to a company named “Printabel Company Limited” (which I believe is in Hong Kong ). The site was hosted on Shopify and the payment went through PayPal. The site is no longer online. I have all the emails that were exchanged and one from PayPal with inaccurate tracking number. I have tried to file for a refund, but PayPal blocks all my attempts.
