I purchased 2 quilts from Amelia Quilt company website on Nov 30, 2018 total $119.90. I received a confirmation on Nov 30, 2018 by email stating that my order had been received and process and was given an order number. On Dec 10, 2018 I received an email stating that my quilts had been finished and was ready for shipment. The email stated that "the usual course of action is that we wait for the courier to pick it up, and then it is in the process". "Due to the high peak season, your package will be arrived a little bit later than usual. I'll send you an email with the tracking number from DHL when they ship it out". This email was signed with "With warmest regard, Amelia, AmeliaQuilt.com". This AmeliaQuilt.com site no longer can be found. On Dec 20, 2018 I emailed this company inquiring about my order and the shipment as I had not yet received a tracking number with confirmation that it had been shipped and it had been 10 days past the email stating that my order was done. I received 2 more emails from this company coming from address an address [email protected] with the name Tania (Ecrafta). Both of these emails only stated that my request was being reviewed by the support staff in the next 24 business hours. I have tried to reach out to this company by email 1 more time with no response from them. I am extremely frustrated as I do not have the items purchased that were to be Christmas gifts and I am now out $119.90. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This "Amelia Quilt" was found while using my "Facebook" account. It showed beautiful assorted hand made quilts and I ordered a deer quilt as a Christmas present and never received it. I searched back into my emails to locate this company and no luck! There were 2- different emails from this company using 2-different email addresses; [email protected] and [email protected]. No address nor phone number to be reached. When I placed my order, they even sent my order number in an email that appeared to look legitimate. They are also taking payments using "PAYPAL". I will file every complaint needed to make all aware of this SCAM!!

I ordered a quilt from the website, for confirmation wmail and update emails. Last one 12/10/18. I sent an email inquiring about my order as my order # wasn’t found in the search of the website. I received an email back from Mariah Garner (ecrafta) stating that it was being processed and I would be sent a tracking number once shipped- which was the same message I received on the 10th. I haven’t received a tracking number or my product still and today is 12/21/18.

Placed order Nov. 18. Paid through PayPal. PayPal indicates company is Printabel Company Limited. I cannot find this company on the internet. PayPal indicates quilts shipped Dec 10 via DHL ground. Tracking number is no good. Ameliaquilt.com says “temporarily closed to process and deliver”. I contacted them. First response asked for tracking number. Second response says handmade items take longer to complete than anticipated. Please be patient. They will contact when shipped. Signed by Ecrafta Support Team. This is a run around and I was suspicious. Investigation on internet revealed scam information from others. I have started refund request via PayPal.

I saw the ad on Facebook Thanksgiving weekend. Looked at the advertisement and decided to order two of the firefighter quilts. After two weeks not receiving anything or a tracking number, I emailed them and get an automated response that someone will get back with me within 24 hours. I have emailed them three times and always get the same email back. These were gifts I ordered for Christmas. One for my daughter's father-in-law and one for her husband (both are firefighters). We then decided today to look them up and I find out it is fraud. I am out over $100.00. I did pay with a credit card so at least that is in my favor.

I tried to purchase 2 quilts from Amelia Quilts after seeing an ad on Facebook. I was invoiced immediately through a PayPal account (not mine) which was paid to Printabels Limited Company, and my credit card was charged immediately. I have not received the items and my emails through their website have been unanswered. On a recent visit to ameliaquilt.com the page says "temporarily closed to process orders." I believe this is a scam.
