Responded to an ad on FB and ordered three quilts, Was led to believe it would take a while because of being handmade. Website looked legit. Ordered 3, have received weekly emails with new offers, but no order. When I emailed to find out where it is, they emailed me with a link that didn't work. Then sent another email with a link to a DHL website saying my order is enroute, but when I try tracking the number they gave me with the actual DHL website it is not a valid number.

I purchased a quilt online from Amelia Quilts on Nov. 21, 2018. The website said the quilt would be shipped in 5-7 business days from order and a tracking number would be sent upon shipment. As of today, Dec. 12, there has been no shipping information nor quilt received. When I click the link to check on my order the webpage says page doesn't exist, and hundreds of people online have reported ordering quilts and never receiving them from this company. This quilt was needed for a gift and now I am out money and the gift with no time to replace it. I paid for my quilt via Paypal and my receipt says the payment was made to: "PRINTABEL COMPANY LIMITED." Many other customer reviews on the web shared similar experiences. I wish I had researched the company before purchasing. Do not purchase from Amelia Quilt. It is a scam.

I ordered 2 quilts from them and was sent a text confirmation and email that they received order and would process and that I was billed on 11/16/18. i have since sent 2 emails with no response as to status of my order. I followed a sponsored on on Facebook for a nice looking nurse blanket for my SIL for Christmas. With the discount code and shipping I paid $49.91 via PayPal. I went back to look at other quilts and noticed several spelling/grammar errors, discrepancies in information and when I attempted to read “all” reviews it only showed me 6 out of the supposed 637. I immediately requested to cancel the order (within an hour of placing it) and according to the website cancellations must be done within 24 hours. No response received after multiple attempts. I’ve received many offer emails with discount codes for additional purchases and even a update email saying my order was ready for shipping. I’ve not received any further correspondence or the product I ordered.

My sister in law loves Dauschounds. Naturally it is Christmas time and I was online searching for items she would like. Of course Facebook tracks everything you do, so I started getting ads on my fb that had to do with the dogs. Then pops up and ad for this beautiful dauschound quilt, $60. Perfect. I of course then buy it. I immediately receive an email (11-18-18) that my order has been recieved. The next day I receive an email stating the production of the quilt will be 5-7 business days. At the latest it should have been shipped on 11-30. On 12-3 I sent an email to inquire about the quilt, I received an automatic msg back that my email was recieved and would be reviewed and that someone would contact me within 24 hrs. After 48 hrs I contacted them again as I hadn’t heard anything. In the meantime I’m still receiving promotional emails from them. Here it is 12-11 and I still have had no response. Decided to look around online and saw the 100’s of other complaints.
