I purchased a quilt from them off a Facebook post (using my Paypal account) and never received the item. Now it seems the company (Ameliaquilt) is no longer available and can not contact them. On my paypal statement it shows a payment to Printabel Company Limited for this quilt. Now I'm reading it was a scam.

I purchased a quilt on 11/27/2018 for $74.90 and was advised it would take two (2) weeks to ship. I contacted them via email at [email protected] on 12/14/2018 as I had not heard anything. On 12/15/2018, I received an email from Mariah Garner at [email protected] who advised that my order was sent out for production and I would receive notice once it is shipped. I responded on 12/18/2018 requesting a time frame and I have not gotten a response. I'm contacting Paypal as I went through them to purchase the quilt.

On Nov. 28, 2018, I responded to an ad on Facebook, channeled to AmeliaQuilt.com, ordering 2 quilts. Website appeared legitimate, at that time. Full payment of $99.90 was made through my PayPal account.

On the same day, I received confirmation of the order from cs@ecrafta at 8:42am, and a "thank you", including an order number.

Within one minute of receipt of the confirmation, I received an email from [email protected], "Welcome to Amelia Quilt" including a "25% off promo code:loveyou25" for next purchase.

On Dec. 4, 2018, at 7:10am, I received another "thank you" email from [email protected] offering an additional 20% discount code.

On Dec. 10, 2018, at 7:02am, an email from [email protected] announcing "YOUR QUILT IS READY FOR SHIPPING!" , stating that I would be alerted soon with tracking number when it ships...."thank you for being patient.."

On Dec. 21, 2018, after receiving another promo email from [email protected], I emailed and requested order status and shipping information. No response. Later that day, I emailed to cs.ameliaquilt.com, again requesting order status. At this point, I began attempts to go to their website and researching further. No website. No response or shipment to date.

Our recent credit card, on file with PayPal, statement reflects payment to PayPal*Printabel of $99.90. This charge will be disputed with PayPal.

On November 29, 2018 I seen an ad on Facebook for a John Deere Queen size quilt from Amelia Quilt.com. The price was fair and the quality looked to be great. What a great gift for my son I thought! So, I promptly ordered this quilt thinking it would be here in time for Christmas. My credit card was charged $64.90 for the quilt and I received a confirmation email of my order with an order number attached.

On December 10, 2018 I received an email that my quilt was done and ready for shipment. Two weeks had passed and I hadn't received my quilt and I emailed the company. No response.

When I started to investigate I soon realized I was a victim of an online scam by this company. I can now be added to the list of literally thousands of others!

After seeing an ad on Facebook, I ordered two quilts from this company on Dec 4 and used Paypal to pay. I received an email that day saying "Hi Steve, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." With my shipping and billing address and amount charged $99.

On 17 Dec i emailed the link on the receipt to confirm the quilts would arrive by Christmas. The response came from ecrafta and said

"Thank you for reaching out. Your order was sent out for production, and once it's shipped, we will send you an update email with the tracking number. Please stay tuned with us. Thank you for your patience.

Best Regards, Ecrafta Support Team."

After that no quilts arrived nor were there any responses to my emails.

I tried to contact them since I placed the order mid November and got nothing. I’m usually not one to fall for such a thing but everything seemed so legit, now we’re out a Christmas present.

But this scammer needs to be shut down and charged.

I place a quilt order for the camping quilt on November 18th, the website had good reviews and it appeared to be a credible site, so I ordered the quilt. I received a notice on November 18 that they received my order and that they would notify me when it shipped, then I received an email on November 19 that said the following:

Hello!

This is Amelia, your wacky friend from AmeliaQuilt.

I’m emailing you to let you know that your order is officially being processed.

The estimated processing time is 5-7 working days.

Yup, you’ve read that right.

I emailed them back once to get an update and their response said I would get an email once they shipped it, that was on December 13th, I sent another email December 19th looking to find out if it would ship before Christmas and didn't receive a response. I send another one this morning and got an automated response saying someone would get back to me in 24 hours with an update. So today I started digging and found many complaints about the company and am not happy with them at this point.
