I ordered a quilt 12.03.18 thru Facebook ad for Amelia Quilt and paid thru PayPal. They also sold under Bella Quilt name. I became suspicious when there was no telephone contact info on email order confirmation, and the generic look of emails I received. Researched company which revealed multiple complaints on ScamPulse.com and consumer reporting sites of unfulfilled orders from Oct to Dec. Opened complaint in Paypal Resolution Center and received approval of refund 3 days later. Facebook did not vet this advertiser, so I will never purchase from a Facebook ad again.

Saw an ad on Facebook for a quilt company. Clicked on their site and ordered a quilt on 11/21/18 for $54.90 with shipping.

A day or 2 later they sent me an email with a discount code, which I used to order a 2nd quilt for $49.92.

The order confirmations said 5-7 business days to ship, but then I read where it would take longer because of high order volume due to upcoming holiday

I ordered 2 quilts from Amelia Quilt on November 21, 2018. I got an order confirmation email the following day saying I would be notified and provided with a tracking number when items were ready to be shipped. There had been no further communication from the company so I contacted company yesterday (with the only contact information provided, an email, ) inquiring about my order. I also asked for a contact phone number and their physical location. They replied and said I would receive a tracking number when my quilt’s are shipped but provided no contact information. This email was received from a different email address: Tania (Ecrafta) [email protected]. After researching the company and reading the numerous complaints similar to mine I believe this is a total scam.

Have received multiple emails since then trying to sell me other items, but no further information about the status of my order. I've emailed their customer service 4 times referencing my order number, but have received no response other than automated email saying they would review my inquiry within 24-hrs.

Paypal transaction shows seller as "Printabel Company Limited" with offices in Wales UK.

Seems like a scam.

Then every other day received an email boasting their product, encouraging extra purchases, but nothing more about my order. I just this week sent them an email inquiring about my order and today I got an auto reply. Not the website doesn't even exist.

I found this website on Facebook. I ordered the quilt on November 22, 2018. I paid online with a credit card. The money was taken off my card immediately I received a confirmation email saying that my order would be processed in 5-7 days and I would receive notification when it shipped. I didn’t hear anything back. I’ve been emailing every day for a week and have gotten no response back. I started researching and realized that they were using more than one business name. And there was no phone number to call. Only an email address.

I ordered a quilt from AmeliaQuilt.com on December 2, 2018. I received a confirmation email shortly after my order. I then received an email on December 10 saying that my quilt was ready for shipping:

I have good news - your quilt is finished!

I’ve just got the notification that the product is finished, and it is ready for shipment.

The usual course of action is that we wait for the courier to pick it up, and then it is in the process.

Due to the high peak season, your package will be arrived a little bit late than usual. I’ll send you an email with the tracking number from DHL when they ship it out.

DHL will be packed to ensure utmost security and problem prevention.

The time will pass by soon, and you’ll have your new quilt at your doorstep.
