I received a package via USPS that contained FastActive Daily Cleanse & Keto AVC gummies. I did not order this product nor have I ever seen this product before. The USPS tracking number did not provide any information but the shipping address on the package. I do not want this product, nor do I want to receive future bills or products.

I ordered soogs body scrub which I saw advertised on Facebook on January 24th 2025. I got an invoice by email saying they'd notify me when it's sent

Weeks went by and no contact from them so I emailed them with no reply. I went to their Facebook page to warn others of the scam. They hide and delete all the comments. I see with others too. They only leave up the fake comments praising these thieves.

Was given a message that the package was delivered. When I went to send a message about the order, I couldn’t retrieve the number. It said not located.

DO NOT ORDER. THEY ARE A SCAM. I ordered the curling set on 12/4/2024. They kept saying in transit. It’s now stuck since 12/31 at a facility, god knows which one. I’ve sent multiple emails last saying they will forward my concern to the appropriate dept. never heard back. It’s now mid Feb, 2months since I placed my order. I never received it. If I go to their website it’s no longer there or it says sold out. It’s a bogus company. My last email communication of 2/11/25 was never responded to. They do not take responsibility for their sales or customer satisfaction.

Fraud company claimed items shipped on January 2, 2025 (via Shenzhen --> Hong Hong).

The company used 17Tracking system (noting cleared customs in China on January 5, 2025 and the US Customs on January 25, 205).

Noted the package was delivered on January 30, 2025 to the final destination but the item was never received.

After purchasing glasses from this company, I waited for two weeks before emailing them to inquire about the status of my order. They replied by stating that the glasses were on their way, but they failed to arrive. I then proceeded to investigate the company's website and Facebook page, where I discovered multiple complaints from customers who alleged that the company was a fraudulent account. The company had provided a tracking number, which turned out to be fictitious, and they later falsely claimed that the package had been delivered.

There is no phone number to contact, I contacted PayPal but they were not helpful at all so I ended up deleting my account

On FB as a novelty product site. Paid through ApplePay on 11/28/2024. Was provided tracking number, that a month later seemed to languish in Michigan. Emailed company and they provided me a different tracking number with a different than the original, saying “this order processed normally.” Three weeks later I checked again and they said “tracking number said it was delivered on Jan 23, which it was not - I work from home and nothing was delivered to my home. When I wrote to request a refund for a product that I didn’t receive, they just said again that it was delivered and told me to check with the post office. My PO delivery guy is very reliable and would have rung my doorbell. At this point, I do not believe them…They have poor history, which I wish I had read before I placed the order, but they did not use the name NotionNovel on their FB ad, so I would not have realized it was them until the order receipt was received anyway.

Clicked on Facebook Spark Paws ad, made purchase of dog and human hoodies. Paid 9.95 for 3 day shipping, on December 1, 2024. I exchanged emails with the company but the email response was from Eirvos, not Spark Paws. I asked for a refund on my 3 day delivery. Said they would refund. They didn’t. January 16, 2025, I get a notice that my package was delivered. I have two cameras on the front of my house. No deliveries were made. Upon emailing them about no delivery they asked me to ask neighbors for my package. No neighbor has my package and company can not provide a delivered photo. I contacted Spark Paws again, and got the legitimate business this time, I think. I sent them order screenshots and they said I was scammed.

Facebook shared an ad from Boot Barn for a deal for boots. The company ordered through was called Vashiser. Purchased items and never received them. It took a month where I only got an email confirming order. I had to reach out and tried to track order. It said No Order Found. Reached out to company. They sent order and gow it was delivered. Purchased 12/2/24 and they said it arrived 1/4/25. ScamPulse.com shows 21 compliants of scam company. Such a bummer. Will be sending one more email to them and then letting it all go. Not worth the hassle and will not be providing any.more personal info to get a refund.

No more ahopping online for me. Juat whay others to be safe out there. Thanks

Ordered the product through AliExpress from this company they supposedly shipped it gave me a tracking number after they took the money I never received the product the tracking number shows that the order was delivered but no product showed up when I contacted the company about the order they said it was being held in a warehouse they wouldn't ship it until I paid an additional $500

Posed as a website for Christmas gifts. (Daily_promotions) I thought it was a really good deal. Paid with a credit card, they send out a fake confirmation email, after about ten days they sent a tracking number through a website called Letracking.com it updates every few days so it appears that your order is on the way, they buy time for the funds from the bank to clear so your bank can not put a stop order on payment.

I ordered my items online thru tik top shop, the shipping company I’m presuming is piggy global standard shipping. I was trying to track my package a few days after ordering, the tracking would take days to update. I finally get in contact with someone who says my package would be delivered that day 12/26. I wait only for them to say package was undeliverable after speaking to someone online earlier who

Asked me if it would be fine to leave package at door and to text when package has arrived.
