Ad on f.b for a Christmas tree. Sent email to my email and said it was in China waiting to be delivered. Check with tracking 17 or sprinter . Then it stop tracking and was in Thornton China . It’s been six weeks and never tracked any results of it going anywhere after that. Don’t buy from F.B is now what I’m thinking. I feel so foolish . ??

I order a product from ibspot Nov 1. As of Nov. 20 while typing this,

I have yet to receive a tracking number after I received confirmation of it being shipped out. I emailed a rep and they told me they need more time to thoroughly track my product. In this day and age of tech, it shouldn't take long for a product to provide tracking after it is shipped. I demanded a refund but haven't heard back from them. I filed a complaint with the FTC so other people will not fall prey to this fraudulant company. Please help in investigating this company.

I bought a Christmas Tree. I saw a tracking label coming from China, so I checked the validity of the business and saw that scammers were using the legitimate company's name for the fraudulent product. You might want to warn them and also ohers.

Was told product had been delivered with phony delivery schedule. Have all the emails if needed. I uploaded the files you need but the system would not let me continue. Very frustrating! Had to delete the files to continue! How may I get them to you?

The product is offered on Pinterest. I tried to order on Pinterest and was referred to the website Geuxml.com. The items I purchased on the website were two pair of boots. The items were ordered through the website once but my credit card was charged 3 times. I Received a confirmation on the order when placed, but as to shipping date haven’t received any information. I emailed and attempted to contact seller and tried tracking items but have not heard from anyone. No shipping information or date as to when I would receive items.

I pare paid for firewood to be delivered to my house. They never delivered and blocked me from their site on facebook

- Hamilton, OH, USA

After ordering something from a different company this shipping company start sending emails say I need to pay for certain paper work to get the package delivered and that these fees would be refunded to me once the package arrived.

I thought this to be true. So I paid. Then they needed more money that would also be refunded. It has gotten to the point that I know this is a scam and I have called them out on it. They are still adamant that it is all true and I just need to make this one final payment.

I have told them I will not make any more payments and I am reporting them to the ScamPulse.com and they are still emailing me.

I placed an order for an ironing board from enigmatic journey using a visa cc on 8/5/23.

The tracking information said the package was to arrive on 9/5/23.

On 9/5/23 I received a package from XRB, Hillsboro OR.

The package contained a metal necklace.

In checking reviews of XRB, Hillsboro OR I learned other customers had received similar

jewelry boxes instead of the purchased product.

I am reporting that Enigmatic Journey is a scam business.
