I ordered a Smart Ring on Dec. 11. I received an email stating that the ring was delivered today to parcel locker. I received nothing. There is no formal website, telephone number, or address. I do not think the company even exists and that I have been scammed out of a lot of money. They are marketing a lot since November in the media. Ring is new to the market, available this month.. I did not receive the ring and have no way of recovering my money.

A Hoka USA add appeared on Facebook offering Hoka Shoes from their clearance center. The sight used the exact Hoka logo. I never received the promised confirmation email.

I ordered a bag on shopmalloutlet.com on Dec 19th. They charged my credit card on Dec 22nd. I received an automated email saying they would let me know when it shipped. On their website, it states to expect items in 5-7 days. I still hadn't received it and reached out on Dec 26th via email to their customer support. They have no number listed. I received an automated email that they would look into it but never heard back. Then I realized that on their website their address is in San Francisco, but on the automated email the address is in the Netherlands. With further research, I googled their San Francisco address and an abandoned building image showed up. When I googled the Netherlands address, it's the Nike Headquarters. Upon even further research, I found complaints about them. They took my money and I never received my purchase.

I ordered 2 items from HER25SHOP online. I never received a tracking number or the items. the total for these items was $94.96. These items where gifts for Christmas. My order was placed on 11/26/23. Today is 12/26/23 and I am yet to hear anything. I also tried to google the business today and it says the website can't be found.

I ordered a black chest freezer. I received a email confirmation with a order number on December 9 when i was not receiving tracking information I started emailing them to find out the status. My emails never got through. I also sent a email to support @dealsbestbuy.com and these emails were not sent as i was getting emails that there was a server error. I then called the number today and found the number has been disconnected . I was out 59.99 .

A sales promotion for Talbots (women's clothing) appeared on Facebook and was preported to be part of Google Marketplace. I submitted an order. The payment was received on 12/006/23 by Almalumina Almalumnia Co DE. Upon checking it does not appear the sale was from Talbots. A shipment is "pending" but the tracking says it comes from China, but it has not arrived. I don't think this merchandise is really related to Talbots. The items do not appear on the official Talbots website. Within the 2 weeks of this purchase my credit card was scammed. I think these were connected

Add on social media, selling slippers, 10.00 a pair. When trying to contact them about my order, the email address did not exist. Even though they emailed me a receipt from that email. Also got no info on shipping, I don't even think they asked for a shipping address. Money was taken right away, that same day .total scam.

This company was marketed to me on Instagram - as customized under garments. I paid and can see the charge on my credit card, reached out to the company to check on my order as I never received confirmation. The website is sometimes down, the contact email doesn’t work, and I never received my item.

The website looks like a legitimate store front but had a countdown clock at the top for when a Black Friday sale would end. I realized later the countdown reset and was a way to influence panic buying. It has also been weeks since my delivery shipped and the tracking information does not update. When I contacted the business for a refund, they insisted the order was just delayed due to the holidays and only offered a 10% refund. I still have not received my items.

I purchased a white Photo Booth with a free pack of photo paper. I also purchased an additional box of photo paper. I reached out to their customer service to let them know I never received my package. They replied back that it was delivered, and I can track it. I checked the tracking information and it just said delivered in my city no address. I emailed them again letting them know it just said the city no address and they stopped responding.
