Seller sent a fraudulent tracking number that said product, spa, was delivered to me. I never received any delivery and The USPS gave me a printout of the ACTUAL TRACKING proving that I NEVER got a pkg. The postal supervisor said the tracking number I was given was actually for something that weighed only a couple ounces, and was delivered to some small mail box locker, NOT at my address. I HAVE PROOF NO DELIVERY MADE TO ME. I contacted seller through Ebay & seller said they would follow up. They never contacted me again.

I placed an order Jul, 23, 2023.

I have successfully purchased in the past.

Having not heard aside from an initial email with my invoice #, I've emailed twice. Nothing. Today I looked up their customer service number and it rings to a recording stating, only, ‘you have reached a number; leave your name and number. Today I checked on PayPal. Due to the amount of time that has passed, I was offered a return. I did the return.

I'm writing so others don't go through what I went through. Had it been on a check I would be jumping thru hoops.

The website is up and running.

I ordered shoes in April that were a "pre-order" and promised they would deliver in 4 weeks. I kept following up and finally in late June was told they would ship July 12th. I have emailed several times asking for a refund and they have stopped responding. On their social media channels, everyone is posting the exact same story.

Kept seeing sale on OOFOS shoes on facebook and placed online order 7/15/23. Same day, I received two emails: (1) You have successfully subscribed OOFOS. (2) OOFOS Order Confirmed, Order WDW-3278. On 7/19/23, I received a third email: OOFOS#WDW-3278 Shipment Status Updated, Tracking Number: RG017541637CN. When I signed up for tracking updates, I was surprised it was for "China Post" (prepared by Postal Service once in the US). Continued to track and today 7/31/23, Post Office shows "Out for Delivery" in a completely different state (and time zone)!!!!! Tried to access the website link (oofoshoes.com) but comes back not found: https://www.compliment-cite.com/pages/404. So, I searched email address and discovered that [email protected] has been used in several scams.

They never sent a confirmation email, and never responded to my email inquiry. There is no phone number or address listed online.

I ordered 2 dolls online from this website on 12/29/22 and they were supposed to be delivered in about 3 weeks! I followed up with them after 3 weeks since I never got any shipment or tracking notification. Finally after over 5 weeks the tracking said,"Delivered" and yet I didn't receive it. After following up with them, they said they will ship it again and after a month or so, the same thing, the tracking indicated it was delivered! I've been communicating with them ever since 3/23 and they keep telling me they will issue me a refund. There has not been any credit or refund on my credit card!

My name is ***** ******** **** ***** ***** ************, IL. On 5/17/2023 I ordered a spinning metal fairy – and have not received the item but was charged on my credit card. I had seen the ad on Facebook and clicked – and ordered, but did not get a confirmation – did I get taken? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Website offers discounted products. When you purchase the product (electric go kart) you get a confirmation email. A few days after a shipping email with a tracking number is sent. The product ordered never shows up, instead a cheap tapestry shows up which proves the "order was fulfilled"

Ordered a cup, tracking showed it was delivered to Florida. Have never received the item and they won’t refund me. They keep saying they resend it or they are working with shipping no phone number to call has been listed no where location actually is, etc

I found him through tiktok and then messaging on instagram. And then through email. Hes "selling" motorcycle parts. Once he said it was shipped, the shipping company tried to scam me out of another 125 dollars

I never received my clothing from this company. After repeated emails, they still won’t send a new package and they refuse to refund my money. It’s very unfortunate and I feel like I just got scammed. Don’t order anything with them, their customer service is deplorable.

Saw a facebook ad for discounted shoes, went to the link and paid for the shoes. Got an emailed receipt (attached) - went to track the shipment and found that it was delivered nowhere close to where we live.

Tried to visit the website but it doesn't exist. Clearly a scam.

Order a product (Cabela’s car carrier) on litsservices.com website. Paid for it and it was never delivered. Supposedly track17 said it was delivered- it was never delivered. I’ve attempted to contact via the phone # 321-988-2735 and customer support email [email protected] with no response.

Purchased an item found of Facebook by a company called gaddressby.com using link https://bit.ly/3orILxL. I was emailed a receipt of purchase. The receipt came from Opoosum LTD. They provided a customer service email, which I made contact with and now the email is no longer available. That email is [email protected] There was another service email with the company that I was able to locate, [email protected]. Based on the tracking number they provided my purchase is still in transit, but they say their system says it was delivered. They will not provide with the information showing it was delivered or a delivery date and now are not responding to my emails.
