I purchased a white Photo Booth with a free pack of photo paper. I also purchased an additional box of photo paper. I reached out to their customer service to let them know I never received my package. They replied back that it was delivered, and I can track it. I checked the tracking information and it just said delivered in my city no address. I emailed them again letting them know it just said the city no address and they stopped responding.

Purchased 3 blankets and never received the items. The tracking shows the item never left the location. Hasn’t moved in weeks. Tried to search them, multiple websites with similar names came up.

It told me the same as the other person scammed. The money was taken. The order said it was shipped. I kept checking the order, which I was told was in the warehouse. There was a lot of Chinese wording. Today, my phone service warned me that the site was dangerous and to go back to safety. The shoes never came. It's been a month. Shame on Facebook for allowing dishonest scammers to advertise on their site

I ordered a Ferris Wheel Christmas Tree with Santa Clause - no music. Was order around November 7, 2023. Have not received it. Texted a person named Amy [email protected] She said it was delivered and signed Upon checking, your order has been shipped out and delivered to you successfully.

I ordered a 24 inch game counsel. [they were buy 2 for $54.00 Free Shipping]. Paid for them. Payment was excepted. Payment went through. The product was supposed to be shipped within 48 hours. I ordered on 12-07-23. Checked on 12-11-23 it say waiting for shipping. when i tried to get ahold of said company their web site is none existing. Same thing with phone #.

I was looking for a pair of Bundgaard boots and this website appeared in my search. I thought it was the official website because it looked legit - even the URL. Things got fishy with the confirmation and shipping emails. They were sent from strange email addresses that didn’t contain the company name ([email protected]) and the information told me to reach out to a random Hotmail email address ([email protected]) having nothing to do with the name of the company. The other huge red flag is the tracking says they are being sent directly from China, which this company would not do. We were also charged $8 more than our order amount and the company charge on my credit card is a random name. It has been 3 weeks and there is no sign of the product. The bottom of the email says they are a YTTO online team member and when I do a web search for YTTO loads of scammer reports appear. I’ve also searched the email provided within the email [email protected] and this appears in scammer reports.

I saw that body and bath supposed to be having a major sale on candles. I ordered a lot of candles on Nov 10,2023. After waiting for so long I emailed and they sent me a tracking number that was invalid. I have tried to contact them several times but no response. That's when I realized I had been scammed.

They offered great sale prices to lure you in. Get your money and close down with no contact and no product. I am GREATLY disappointed as these were Christmas gifts.

On 10/8/23 I ordered a travelling acoustic guitar. It was supposed to be coming from a warehouse in CA. When I tracked it, it came from China to California to Hawaii. Despite many attempts at emailing the service dept., I kept being told they were forwarding the info to their logistics dept. who would send the product to me. I never received it and recently have not even heard back from the customer service dept.

I purchased plants from a 3rd party advertisement on Facebook, ive reported their page as well to facebook. The purchase was for $48.79, but my card was charged $54, I should have known then it was a scam. Luckily, I took screenshots of my purchase for my records. I never recieved my items ad everytime i put my order number into their website it says error. I have contacted customer service via email since there is literally no phone number listed. I received an automated response that my order was en route and i was receive a tracking number in a few days. That was over a month ago and i have not received any other response from them, a refund or my items.

My daughter asked me to order this product after seeing it advertised on TikTok. The website I used was www.getmushplushies.com

I ordered the product (a weighted stuffed animal) on November 20, 2023. I was charged $24.68. On December 1st I was charged a "subscription fee" in the amount of $29.99. After doing some investigating, I found information online stating that this website is a scam. Products are not as advertised, and the "subscription fee" is purposefully hidden in attempt to defraud the consumer. Additionally, I only use this bank account for online orders and do not keep extra money in it unless I need it. Their December 1st deduction caused me an overdraft fee in the amount of $9.

I have attempted to reach out to this company for a refund twice and have received no response. Their website states that you will receive a response in 24-48 hours. I have waited 5 days and have yet to receive a response or refund. I have submitted two tickets on their website, tickets #341784 and 348777. My order number is #MUSH40221. The order still has yet to arrive. I want a refund for the initial purchase of $24.68, the "subscription fee" of $29.99, and the subsequent overdraft fee of $9. For a total of $63.67

Thought I was purchasing filters for a kitchen vent. Product was not delivered on date they said it would arrive. Several days later, no tracking info. It's not possible to reach a customer service person and either get information or request a refund. They took my money, and did not send the items I bought. There is no way to request a refund. If I ask my credit card company to follow up, they will cancel my card.

There was a post in a Toyota RAV4 group on facebook where a person was offering car parts for sale. In comments of that post another person said they have it for sale also. I contacted that person named Clegg Anderson and we agreed on a price of $200. He gave me his son’s PayPal address and asked me to send a screenshot of the confirmation once I paid him. I did that and then he got back to with a tracking number from the shipping company that he used. I clicked on the link for the shipping company and entered my number and it had my information and seemed legit. I told that the link worked and that I’d update him when I received the items. He contacted me a day or so later saying that I should check my email because the shipping company is holding my items until I pay $150 more to insure them and then once I receive the them I would get refunded the money back. I said that’s not what we agreed on and that he’ll need to figure it out since he chose this shipping company and I already paid what we agreed on. He tried to make excuses saying that it’s no big deal and they’ll refund me and that if I pay $100 he’ll pay $50. I said no to all of that and he needs to pay and HE can get refunded. He basically stopped responding after that.

This company is impersonating Balsam Hill. The website appears to be the Christmas tree company, however, when you make a payment it shows up as a China business. Once you realize you have been scammed the website you have to use to contact them is balsam hilli with an extra I at the end of Hill. There is no business, just a scam. My shipment is shown as shipped, however, they have shipped an empty box that is sitting at US customs and will never make its way to me.

I ordered a Christmas tree November 6 still haven’t received it can’t call the number on it attempted to email them twice and got nothing back. They said it shipped but can’t understand because it’s in Chinese.

I placed an order 7/13/23 and any email folloups are responded with generic emails about delayed shipment. Others on social media are sharing the same experience. Meanwhile the business keeps sending emails about sales promotions for the same product I have been waiting months for.
