I attempted to buy ATV parts through an online facebook group. Paid the gentleman named Patrick William via Zelle $300. He sent me confirmation that the parts were shipped. After two days, the shipping company (FWD Express Logistics) sent me an email that said the following:

We trust this email finds you well. We appreciate your choice in selecting FWD Express Logistics for your shipping needs. We are writing to you today regarding your upcoming delivery of wheels, and we want to ensure that it reaches you in the best possible condition.

In accordance with national shipping regulations and to uphold the highest standards of security and safety during transit, we require all our valued clients to pay a compulsory refundable insurance fee. This fee, set at $250, is a crucial component of our commitment to providing you with a worry-free shipping experience while aligning with the established regulations governing the transportation industry.

The insurance fee is designed to protect your investment and offers coverage against any unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the transportation of your wheels. We understand that additional costs can be inconvenient, but this measure is in place to safeguard your shipment and ensure that it arrives at your doorstep in the same impeccable condition in which it left our facility.

Got a text message saying they ups could not deliver package, address not found. Then asking for a 2.95$ delivery fee to schedule delivery. I paid the fee before realizing it's a scam

This is quite a sophisticated scam. They scammers have a website claiming to be a florist and upon further review are scamming many people. They charge for flowers and then don't deliver them.

They also have other florist shops registered to this same address which is not a business address but a house address.

- Cindy's Florist

- Daly City Flowers

are all registered to this address and are all businesses designed to scam people.

Impersonating NoBull (www.nobullproject.com) with www.nobullworld.vip. "Selling" NoBull clothing but didn't receive anything. Contacted "customer support" and email [email protected] and it bounced back Website no longer works either.

Subscription sign up then your account is deleted so you can cancel. Message sent to multiple family emails that were never entered or used. Charge for products with out consist and without ever receiving the product.

Saw product on their Instagram and ordered a tshirt on August 28, 2023. I received an email with an order number confirming my order. I paid for the shirt including shipping. I received an email on August 31, 2023 that the product had shipped. On September 12, 2023, I emailed them to let them know my order had not been received. They responded that the order will be shipped that day. On September 19, 2023 I emailed again asking for an update as product had not been received. No response from them. On September 21, 2023, I disputed the charge on my credit card and emailed Prolific to let them know I disputed the charge since I did not receive my product.

i have there email address saying if you have a problem with a order to email them. i cannot get thru by phone or email.

clearly a scam also watch temu ordering cause they also sell things thru this email site.

I placed an order for an ironing board from enigmatic journey using a visa cc on 8/5/23.

The tracking information said the package was to arrive on 9/5/23.

On 9/5/23 I received a package from XRB, Hillsboro OR.

The package contained a metal necklace.

In checking reviews of XRB, Hillsboro OR I learned other customers had received similar

jewelry boxes instead of the purchased product.

I am reporting that Enigmatic Journey is a scam business.

They sell many purses and other goods. Once you order you get an email from [email protected]. They never send your good and they reply back saying your items were delivered deer customer. They don’t send the confirmation on where it was sent and they keep playing games with the victims they fraud. They keep advertising on face book and different web sites , making millions

Doing fraudulent from innocent people.

I bought a pool for about $50 then I got notification it shipped and getting delivered but need to confirm what is being delivered and to who

I was told package doesn’t belong to me and I should contact sender which I have been I’ve waited for the package a few days no update so I asked for refund but nothing they keep telling me I have to confirm in person and that I should know how to check my email

Its been more than a month and I never get the item or refund and no resolution from the company and they only communicate through email

Seller sent a fraudulent tracking number that said product, spa, was delivered to me. I never received any delivery and The USPS gave me a printout of the ACTUAL TRACKING proving that I NEVER got a pkg. The postal supervisor said the tracking number I was given was actually for something that weighed only a couple ounces, and was delivered to some small mail box locker, NOT at my address. I HAVE PROOF NO DELIVERY MADE TO ME. I contacted seller through Ebay & seller said they would follow up. They never contacted me again.

I placed an order Jul, 23, 2023.

I have successfully purchased in the past.

Having not heard aside from an initial email with my invoice #, I've emailed twice. Nothing. Today I looked up their customer service number and it rings to a recording stating, only, ‘you have reached a number; leave your name and number. Today I checked on PayPal. Due to the amount of time that has passed, I was offered a return. I did the return.

I'm writing so others don't go through what I went through. Had it been on a check I would be jumping thru hoops.

The website is up and running.

I ordered shoes in April that were a "pre-order" and promised they would deliver in 4 weeks. I kept following up and finally in late June was told they would ship July 12th. I have emailed several times asking for a refund and they have stopped responding. On their social media channels, everyone is posting the exact same story.

Kept seeing sale on OOFOS shoes on facebook and placed online order 7/15/23. Same day, I received two emails: (1) You have successfully subscribed OOFOS. (2) OOFOS Order Confirmed, Order WDW-3278. On 7/19/23, I received a third email: OOFOS#WDW-3278 Shipment Status Updated, Tracking Number: RG017541637CN. When I signed up for tracking updates, I was surprised it was for "China Post" (prepared by Postal Service once in the US). Continued to track and today 7/31/23, Post Office shows "Out for Delivery" in a completely different state (and time zone)!!!!! Tried to access the website link (oofoshoes.com) but comes back not found: https://www.compliment-cite.com/pages/404. So, I searched email address and discovered that [email protected] has been used in several scams.

They never sent a confirmation email, and never responded to my email inquiry. There is no phone number or address listed online.

I ordered 2 dolls online from this website on 12/29/22 and they were supposed to be delivered in about 3 weeks! I followed up with them after 3 weeks since I never got any shipment or tracking notification. Finally after over 5 weeks the tracking said,"Delivered" and yet I didn't receive it. After following up with them, they said they will ship it again and after a month or so, the same thing, the tracking indicated it was delivered! I've been communicating with them ever since 3/23 and they keep telling me they will issue me a refund. There has not been any credit or refund on my credit card!
