Bought a washer dryer combo I found on Google shopping that led me to a website https://dmsofts.co.uk/shop/lg-wm3998hba-4-5-cu-ft-smart-wi-fi-enabled-all-in-one...⇄ When I saw that it was Google verified I made the purchase. It never came, and the phone number on the website is invalid and customer service is unreachable. I plan to dispute with my bank.

Was DM software

This company had given me a fake tracking number that tracking number was through FedEx but was delivered to a real customer who was receiving her package. When I first purchased this website was named DM software now known as DM soft. After putting in my card information usually there’s a confirmation number or tracking I received nothing. When I reached out to them is was given a support email in which said I would receive my information on Monday. Monday that tracking number came but again it wasn’t for me I was misled. When attempting to make contact I heard nothing back. I begged a pleaded but not one word. As you can see in first photo I seemed to be given everything was ok. After finding out that package had nothing to do with me you can see I was upset and never was told anything. Actually website was down and now it’s back up. Please do not buy anything from them it’s all fake.

I purchased a headset online from the website https://dmsofts.co.uk/ for $224.99. I recieved what seemed to be a valid tracking number and everything seemed in order. On the day of delivery, I received an email saying that my order was delivered at 1:46pm EST to my address. The UPS tracking number also confirms this. However, the package was not delivered as it says it was. The UPS tracking number says that the package was left at "Met customer". This is not possible because nobody was home at the time (I have saved a copy of my Google Timelines of that days current travels). I arrived home within two hours of the supposed delivery of the package and noticed that there were not even any footprints in the snow leading to my home except for my own that I created moments before. After digging into my tracking number information, I saw that a neighbor of mine, whom I trust wholeheartedly supposedly signed for my package. After going to their address and speaking to them, they informed me that they have also been waiting on a package to be delivered to them that day, which showed as delivered. I then filed a missing package report with UPS. I also noticed that the payment to the company I purchased the headset from supposedly was made to Nigeria. At that point I began researching if tracking numbers could be used in a scam like this, and saw that it was a common scam. I emailed the company that evening and never heard anything. I then filed an FTC complaint against the website, and with Cloud flare, which is the company that hosts the website in question. I subsequently also filed a claim with my credit card company for the full amount as well.
