This company reached out to me for a job, even had me sign all of the onboarding paperwork so they had all of my personal information. They then had me do special task for a few days. On the site they have where they wanted me to add my banking info but I did not do it before I realized I was being scammed.

Offered an interview for a job I never applied for. Has contacted multiple times about “immediately setting up an interview” even after claiming the interview process was closing.

1) 1st it started by the group posting a remote job opportunity through linked in.

2) Once you apply they email you and have you fill out questions in relation to project management.

3) Once you are selected for the job they inform you that you need to provide information:

Your Full Name:

Full Home Address:

Phone Number:

Your Email:

to their HR team which is an email address: mailto:[email protected].

4)Once that information is provided and “HR team member” emails you “Ethan Dorr” requesting a copy of your state ID from and back and to sign a contract.

5) Once signed they inform you they are going to provide you an E-check that will be deposited virtually into my personal banking account for funds required to build my home remote office. (I requested any other additional options instead of an e-check they stated it had to be an e-check and I had to pay their vendors directly for the items needed I could not purchase them anywhere)

6) the point person “Glen Clay” texted me from 3472048351 and stated the following, “Due to the virtual nature of the job, you shall be receiving an e-copy of the check and shall be making the deposit via your bank mobile banking. The following information is required to prepare and endorse the check:

Name of Bank

Full name (exactly as it is on your bank account)

I shall be directing you on how to make the deposit and how to make payment to the Company's accredited vendor.”

At this point I no longer felt comfortable with proceeding as I had not spoken with a single person on the phone or in detail about the position. I informed them I was no longer interested and requested they destroy my personal information I had provided thus far.

I had applied for WizzAccounting and they said no they hadn’t chosen me to work with them but out of the blue one day I had gotten an email saying that they had seen my application and to go work with them (United Group). First of all the interview was on teams.(It’s long). The first thing is I spelled okay ,“ok”and was told during interview I couldn’t abbreviate.I felt a language barrier. I was called by another name.I didn’t like the fact that I was going to be given a check to buy a Macbook when I had a new computer (like a personal laptop that was bought for work) I erased all information I had put and blocked the number, email address , even blocked the Executive on teams. Just a lot of ???????? I was not going to let rob or whatever he was planning on doing to me . My dad had called the number and there was no answer. I have not received the check and hopefully never will since that is supposed to be tomorrow but I do not intend give him more information. If I do get a check I will send it back.

I had a long zoom chat thread about a position with your company and am now concerned it is a scam using your company name.

I was told to meet with Cameron Peterkin this morning at 8am EST on zoom to complete the onboarding and the account was deactivated. No one showed up and no new account reached out to connect with me.

I provided my information via the chat and now suspicious that I was scammed. Please advise if this is the case: your team does full text interviews on zoom, you have positions open, C. Peterkin works for you (albeit not showing on LinkedIn)

initial text message from "Mrs. Elizabeth Henry from 1Drop Diagnostics." I am contacting you in regards to your resume posted on Indeed. We have reviewed your resume. Reply back with "interested" for further details on the job position or location. Thank you.

I responded back asking if i applied for a position with 1Drop Diagnostics. I have not because i am not currently looking for a job but I did get on Indeed and there is no job postings for this company. I also looked on their website.

"She" responded back telling me three job postings and the pay rate is $35/hr, work from home, etc. i told her to send the job description from Indeed because i had already researched and there are no such jobs posted.

after i sent that text ... she has went silent.

Received text message, red flags include incorrect capitalization of the “company”, missing punctuation…

“Hello I am Mrs. Valarie Rhodes from the Company Ambiance healthcare.. Your resume has been reviewed by the Recruiting Dept and you have been scheduled for an interview. Reply (YES I AM).”

this email was sent to Leah who is a partner at redfish tech, the place the scammer used to fake a recruiter recruiting me for a new job...** ***** *** ***** ******* **** **...we just talked. I wanted to inform you that I got scammed by Bird Digital Marketing...it started last week...Chloe texted me on whatsapp saying grace from ******* ************ checked me out and gave her my number...i just read a ny times article on this type of scam from my wife and still got scammed...anyway, im not going to go into the details of my red flags that popped up that i ignored...just one...i wanted it to be real despite redflags all over... i was still curious wanting to learn about digital tech and crypto currency..and how i could help and learn some new skills...i'm a ****** ******************* ******** never been in the digital marketing..anyway, chloe started training me right away and gave me tasks on a platform to look at these apps and optimize them for marketing searches and sales exposure so i thought thru this bird platform...we did some work, i got paid a small amount...then the platform said i had to invest to get a bonus out the next day, and it wasn't much and i did and it went thru and i got paid again a bit more...at this point i am getting sucked in and didn't realize it...i wanted to do a little more and see what happens...then after doing this about 4-5 days wanting to surprise my wife with a little extra money, i decided i was going work a bit more and then get paid and then share with her what she thought. However, upon my next attempt i was awarded a bonus, and still i thought it was legit and wanted the bonus so i invested like $500 or $1000, and didn't feel good about it but was going to be finished when the platform informed me that i got another bonus and the money to invest was bigger but it will all be recouped once i finish my obligated tasks...to finish the task though, they needed the investment and it was now $6000...i wasn't sure and red flags were jumping out and still i believed in chloe and felt i could make this right and that i would be recoup the money so i immediately began trying to find the money to pay the "negative balance" to finish the task and recoup the money. she was helping me find ways to pay and said she would cover half and kept saying this is all legit and no one has every lost money on this platform...anything i wanted to hear...meanwhile, we were having trouble finding money as my bank account and bank security was helping stop transactions through crypto and Lbank and bitcoin and coinbase and exodus i was trying to use money by funding cashapp and venmo and paypal to finish this job and recoup the investment...the bank was on it and saw all the transactions and then with my wife's help...stopped the scam by freezing the bank account. i am missing more than $6k and perhaps with you being aware you can help prevent this happening to others in the future. i am sorry your company is being used by scammers. This hurts but it could have gotten a lot worse real quick. chloe phone on whatsapp is or was 646-210-3758. she said she was based in brooklyn ny was turkish has a turkish pic but the phone goes to someone else's name. my bank security informed me of this...thanks for the phone conversation and if there is anything you can do on your end, that would be wonderful.

I applied to this company. They text me asking if I was available for an interview on teams. I said yes. The interview was through Travis Leis on teams. He is listen as an employee of the company. He is asking for 700.00 for computer software I “need,” for the company that they will “reimburse.”

Job opportunity listed on LinkedIn for a Remote Data Entry Clerk at Acrux - Arizona, United States. I didn't respond to, or take any other action after receiving the email address and checking the email it was sent from but I have received quite a few of these emails requesting applicants download an app and do the "interview & job briefing" through the chat portion of said app. They don't ask for anything upfront but eventually you receive an Offer Letter & there is where the statement is made that the company will be sending the funds for you to purchase XYZ to get started.

Below is the email I received from this email address: *********************** Dear Prospective Employee,

Following the newest online screening introduced by The Bureau of Human Resources, you are required to download the Zoom app (on your mobile device or PC) via www.zoom.com and set up an account to contact *** ***** ****** ; one of the Hiring Managers via Zoom by adding up her profile on (******************) which can be used to identify her ASAP for the online interview/briefing and comprehensive job details.

This is the first step in the process, and we're looking forward to hearing from you as soon as you can. I was contacted via email by a man named "***** ******-Hiring manager of Claremont County Community Services Inc". The email stated it was a response to an application I submitted online for a "Data Entry Assistant Remote position". However, I checked the applications I submitted via Indeed and LinkedIn and I never applied for that position with this company. The email stated that I was to download a PDF and fill it out, and submit it back with my photo id to move forward in the interview process and be scheduled for an interview. It also stated that the pay was for $45/hr. I looked up Claremont County Community Services Inc online and called the number and attempted to speak to someone about this email to verify it is a scam or real but was unsuccessful. I was calling outside normal business hours. The email address this person sent this email from was a Gmail account and Claremont County uses specific emails so I betit is actually a scam email. I didn't download anything, or respond to the email either. It was sent 2 times, one with an attachment to download and one (same email) sent without.

Notified through text messages in a group chat with other numbers (321), (337), (336). Thought the text message was sketchy and wanted to look more into it to discover that others have gotten this message as well! Warning to anyone being reached by Luis Holmes - It's a scam! Even though the money is tempting - the entire process will most likely be exhausting and cost you more money in the end!
