This company is exploiting individuals seeking employment opportunities. They advertised a job opening in Florida on Indeed, to which I applied. However, I soon realized something was amiss. Despite the advertised positions and sales figures, there were inconsistencies throughout the hiring process. During phone interviews with Raymond Rosario, purportedly the owner, and Rogelio Silva, the president, alarm bells rang when they discussed inflated numbers and provided a job offer with incorrect details.

On the supposed start date, I met Raymond Rosario in person. To my surprise, he appeared disheveled and the office resembled a makeshift gaming setup adorned with stuffed dolls and manga magazines. Within half an hour, he revealed that his bank accounts were frozen and requested that I open a new account to facilitate payments. This raised serious suspicions, confirming my belief that this was a scam.

During our visit to the bank, his behavior only heightened my concerns. He lacked a vehicle and attempted to present outdated bank screenshots rather than authentic statements. Sensing the deception, I left him at the bank and sought employment elsewhere, hoping to prevent others from falling victim to this fraudulent enterprise.

I got a random text from 7867303221 number that claimed it was FlexJobs and the name of the person was Hannah Polston and they were offering terms a description of job opportunity to make easy money as long as I had a computer etc. As I expressed interest they invite you to have an interview on WhatsApp and then they will pay you $30 to $80 just for doing the interview. They verify your number for WhatsApp. I then told them I will do the interview but asked if I could have a conversation with her first directly on the phone. This request went on and on and on and she kept wanting me to go on WhatsApp and not speak directly, even though she claims she was in the USA. She eventually said she cannot talk, because she is working, so there was never a conversation directly. Then she kept asking if the number she was texting will work for WhatsApp as that was the constant redirect she kept doing. I stopped playing eventually and let it go because it was a scam promising me money when I am sure in the end they were going to ask me for some information where they could take money instead.

I was passed off to another person names Emma from a number of 763-346-0637 I was contacted via Whats App with a photo of a woman & child. Sheaasked for my name & my age. I did not provide my age since it iss against the law to ask for this information. I was told that I would earn commission by completing tasks and that I needed to complete 38 tests and then I would be able to withdraw my commission which came to $93.11 yesterday and when I went to withdraw that they told me that I needed to have $100 in order to withdraw it afterwards and then today I would be able to do another 38 tasks and earn today's commission but in order to do that I had a task that made my balance a negative and that I needed to deposit $70 temporarily to an address using bitcoins and that after I had completed that they would return my deposit and I would receive $17.90 commission on that one task I told them I did not have $70 to make a deposit with and that if they had give me my commission from the day before then I would and they gave me a run around telling me that I still needed to make a deposit in order to get my money back so my total commission was $104.11 now and they are refusing to give me anything because I will not make a $70 deposit with no guarantee that I will get that back

I received a text from a recruiter named "Hannah Polston" at 9:58 AM EST on 2/21/2024 reaching out about part and full time job offers through FlexJobs. Of course, as I am job hunting, I was interested and asked for more information—specific about full time work. My first red flag was she immediately gave me information about part time work amounting to about 5-7 hours a week with a monthly gain of about $15,200 at base. (If my math is correct, that's about $542/hour, which is an obscene rate considering Glass Door says "App Store Optimization" makes a max average of $87,000/year in NYC.)

I replied telling her I don't have any experience doing ASO optimization, and my experience and talents lie elsewhere (as stated in my resume, which I assumed she had and made mention of that). My second red flag was her reply: it was poor English stating that I have "a lot of skill to can do it." I do not have the skill to do ASO optimization. I've never done it.

When I asked her for her LinkedIn profile, she dodged the question. When I continued to ask for her credentials, she linked the Flex Jobs website and continued to dodge the question. I ended the conversation here, making sure I knew she was a scammer.

Be careful out there, friends. Don't get fooled by these fake employment scammers! Most recruiters won't reach out via text. Most will reach out via email or LinkedIn (LinkedIn primarily in my experience), and even then I find the applications I put into jobs myself (through recruitment sites or directly into companies) tend to get more attention than I get from cold-calling recruiters. Don't be afraid to ask for verification that the person is who they say they are, and don't be afraid to call up the company asking if that person is employed there. (And Google is your friend. If you're here on this site, you know that!)

This company is a pyramid scheme designed to defraud you. It goes by many names but two include Anchor International and Radiance Marketing. The company Radiance had to change names because of many post online like reddit providing evidence to the scam. The two companys have the exact same address. Many of the higher up employees have both companys listed on their Linkedin. The website was completely generated by AI. They create job postings online using websites like Indeed to attract potential victims. This company is a scam to gather your information. Their are also reports onlins stating that some people have not been paid or have had money taken out their checks.
