I got a text from a friend on messenger, I don't believe it was her. The text reads: "The US Small Business Administration is an independent federal agency that works to assist and protect the interest of American small businesses. We administer our programs through district offices throughout the United States and provide additional services through a network of resource partners. All SBA programs and services are extended to the public on a non-discriminatory basis." Then it lists Relief Payments amounts from $2,000 - $12,000, with fees ranging from $100 - $2000. It goes on to say: "Note 1: This program don't require co-signers, it's designed to help less privilege as palliative measure to cushion effect of covid-19 during this lockdown. Note 2: Applicant can receive payment through Cashapp, Paypal or Walmart to Walmart." It's signed by a Director and a Relief Payment Coordinator. And my "friend" texted "choose from the list".

I wanted to travel to Canyon de Chelly National Park in Arizona.

I goggled Canyon de Chelly and the first item that came up was "www.nationalparkreservations.com" and it mentioned lodging reservations. I navigated through and could only request a reservation. The only places shown was a Thunderbird Lodge and a Best Western; I selected the Best western. The next day I received a call to confirm my reservation. The lady said it would cost more than the Best Western was showing. I hesitated, but made the reservation anyway.

Then I started thinking about the whole system afterward, and the next day, and how I was deceived by their reservation system with their shady dealings.

1. The business name is National Park Reservations. Their website looks official and leads you to believe they are the official National Parks system.

2. There was no National Park Lodges like their website leads you to believe. They are motels.

3. They don't give you the reservation on-line, but call you the next day pressuring you to make the reservation and charging 10% for a deposit that is non-refundable.

4. They charge a great deal more for the reservation, which was about $150/day. I later called the same Best Western hotel and got a quote of $105/day for the same days.

5. I called them the following day or two and said I was tricked by their whole system, and that I wanted my money back. I said that they deceived me, took advantage of me, and probably take advantage of other old people like me. They just kept saying 'did you read the terms, did you accept the terms'. They kept saying that over and over, not caring about my position. They wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor at first, but finally relented. The supervisor called me the next day and had the same schtick, 'did you read the terms, did you accept the terms' 'did you read the terms, did you accept the terms ''did you read the terms, did you accept the terms'. The pressure was unrelenting. They would not refund my deposit.

Their "National Park Reservations" is a scam and needs to be stopped. Stop deceiving people into thinking they are actually the government National Park Service. And stop the pressure techniques. And when confronted with doubt, stop the "gotcha" routine.

We thought we was talking to my uncle on messenger but someone had hacked his page. So we had to type in want to receive grant money. You pay some much to get it but not to tell anyone till you get it. It will come by fed x. Cash or check. Our uncle said he got his that's why we did it.

A consumer reached out to us regarding a phone call that she had received regarding a grant. She said that she was told that this grant was for people with disabilities or people with low income. She was told to go to a store and purchase $9000 worth of eBay gift cards. She did not remember where the person named Roy Walton was claiming to be from. ScamPulse.com advised her to not get those gift cards and to avoid further contact with these people.

I sent it to them in cash and then they said I had to send the a copy of my medicare card, a copy of my license, and $5,000.00 more. I sent them the copies of my medicare card and license.

Impatient and persistent about me accepting the grant for Clearance and Delivery Fee disguised in Christian excerpts from the Bible. Wanted me to go to CVS late at night to purchase VANILLA Gift cards in amt of 2x$500 each. Take pics of front and back including receipt from purchase of cards. Since I would not go out last night to make the purchase, I was reminded this morning to go that way I could have the Grant delivered to my door within 5 hrs.

Had a friend massage me and ask me if I had got my package from pch and said no! So this friend gave me the place where I was thinking I could get the package! Every time he would ask for more money I would ask my friend if it was alright and the friend would tell me to give him the money! So over a year and 260000 later here I am!

Found on Facebook on one of the people we follow on facebook, a message from Harry Hickerson saying there is a “new grant out funding for $20,000 must have a LLC and an EIN “. We messaged them on messenger and they said they will file and apply for us for $50 via cash app. Then we sent him our name, business email and phone number and the $50. Not even 5 minutes he messaged us on messenger saying we were approved for $26,000 to check our email. We checked our email and it says that we are approved for $26,000 from the small business association for Covid relief for small businesses. It was from an gmail account (red flag). And it requested we only need to provide our bank account number to receive and an additional payment of $100.00. And right away then we figured out we were scammed

Alan Dean Martin from Federal Gov't Grant's can help gets Grant's. Answer 10 questions about yourself and see if you qualify. Then to make sure you are yourself send picture of your driver's license. Then send them money upfront for processing fees ect. Then money will be at your door 3-4 days. They wanted 1,000-5,000 according to how much of a grant you need, 150,000-750,000. I gave personal info because I was friends with a man that I knew that I accepted on my facebook, but later realized this isn't the same person on messenger. I was hacked. Someone on messenger is using a facebook friend to talk to me.

Said his phone was disabled and asked if I knew about TCF/$15000 available for free. Currently stringing him along so he may leave somebody else alone for a while. Sounds just like the girl and Idaho.. Let me know if you want me to let him get maybe $50 so it's prosecutable?

Claimed they were stopped by the border and needed an additional $500 for the border police to let them go. Kept on texting stating they were out of gas then the director by the name of N**** Bales needed an additional $200 for landing fees due to her private jet. Received an additional text message on New Years eve on stating they were on the director's private jet wanted me sign paperwork to obtain this money and at the airport needing an additional $500. Sent money was via gift card.
