Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
Sean buys horses often with known health or behavioral issues at extremely low prices, and claims to have professionally trained them for a period to sell them for thousands of dollars more than they are worth. Often times, he does not himself train or ride these horses, he convinces unsuspecting students or stable hands in his barn to get on the horses. He then takes video, and states they have been officially restarted under saddle. All the while, he has never worked the horse at all under saddle. Often he is barely interacting with the horses, much less training them.
He often uses tactics such as playing on people's emotions to make them feel as if they are responsible for the horse, "oh this horse just needs a family to love him. He has had a hard life. He just needs a home." With this emotional approach he convinces unsuspecting individuals to not have vets look at horses before buying them by ensuring that they either had clean vetting recently, or no major working history and so he is sure they could not have any kind of injury or health issue.
If any kind of issue happens to be found on a horse that is looked at by an interested party who had a vet look at the horse, and the interested party decides to pass, Sean does not share or disclose these known health issues with future interested parties. He also does not adjust the price on the horse accordingly to diagnosis.
