I keep getting calls from someone who claims her name is Audrey Hill and works with the IRS. She is offering me a payment plan for over due taxes, I pay them $100 a month until the balance is paid off.

This was sent to me by a fake irs link. I was told by CNN to report it immediately if I were to click the link. This link ask for your name homes address phone number and your social then it sends you to a page that ask you to enter your card information. Once it is entered , it will keep saying cards not accepted. I canceled all my cards and ordered new ones and changed my number. I pray my credit and my home most importantly is protected as well as the others that may have clicked

I received an email from someone claiming to be "Byron Hogan" @ the following email address: [email protected] stating the following:

Consumer thought he was dealing with the IRS to get an EIN number. He was charged $289.00. His bank called noting possible fraud. He contacted the IRS and was told that, while the EIN number he received was a good number, they don't charge.
