I got a call from 661-230-7068 (a california number). It was a recording from a voice named Nikki Johnson from the IRS, "calling about an extremely time sensitive item. Please do not disregard this call. Return the call before any legal allegations take place. Have a good day and take care."

I returned the call, busy. I called again, the line was open and I could hear people talking and computer noises, I said hello a few times and hung up.

Caller states that he received a call from someone impersonating the IRS. Caller states that the person they spoke with stated that their name is Michael Miller, ID#IRM7845. The caller states that the person stated that he owed back taxes from 2009 IAO $7000 and needed to pay $2000 for the IRS to settle out of court.

I received a phone call from 253.336.6110 with a robotic voice saying they were from the IRS and this was their final attempt to contact me before they filed a lawsuit, and that I had to call back immediately. I did not call back. I looked up the phone number and found many others had been contacted and reported this as a scam to other sources.

I received a phone call from 1-208-790-4390 on 2-13-2016 in which they stated they were the IRS and stated I owed them $4868. They stated I had to pay them now or they would put a warrant out and were going to seize my funds in the bank. While on the phone with them I drove to Advantage Plus Credit Union and the teller tried to talk to them and they wouldn't talk to them they said they couldn't talk to anyone except me and I couldn't let anyone know. The bank teller notified me it was a scam and to hang up on them.

received a call from IRS agent id irs201 frank smith. Informed me that I was being sued, and next week I was to be arrested and all my property ceased it. He wanted 2400 $ cash to be paid to a collector. He had a foreign accent maybe European. I told him that he was not american and the cash transaction was suspect..and he discountinued the call. The number to call was 914 4998 220.

I am getting multiple call on my business line xxx-xxx-xxxx that I use for catering saying its the IRS and a lawsuit is being filed which is so not true.

This is such crap that my business ,line is being inundated with this same call. How can I stop this as it hinders my line for business use. I am about to call the phone company and take action but I believe the number of 509-288-4652 and 509-288-4977 are of foreign decent and calling multipe times from what looks like Washington state..

These scams are out of control and somebody needs to do something. There needs to be tougher penalties.

I did not answer the phone and let my answering machine take the call on the first two occasions but on the last one I answered and was told I owed the IRS. I have not had to file taxes in several years as I am 79 years old and on social security.
