My mother is is 90 years old and is getting phone call morning noon and night please help! The keep saying that it's IRS collections and a law suit is pending? How can we make the calls stop?

received 4 phone calls in the past 2 days. Says he is officer Ron Schneider from the IRS, that i ow taxes & there is an arrest warrant for me. he asks me to call an phone # with a 302 exchange. 2 of the calls were from Seattle.one was from a 585 exchange.

I have been receiving calls from this number repeatedly this morning. (206) 201-2013. They have left several messages and then I call them to stop calling me they still called several times. They are "claiming " to be from the Internal Revenue Service, which last time I checked would send you a letter in the mail not a phone call. They are saying that I have an arrest warrant out for tax evasion and saying that homeland security is on the phone listening in so if I incriminate myself I can get in trouble. This seems to be a hughly suspect way to collect debt and pretty forceful by the nisleading and saying i have an arrest warrant. Obviously I use h&r block for my taxes and pay them so I am assuming it is a debt collection scam. But the guy hung up on me once and I called back to get more info and told him to never call me again and he hung up. Jist passing the info forward through the correct channels and hopefully something can be done about them.

1/22/15 - received a call from IRS, 360-637-6937, said a lawsuit would be filed and told to call back on that number. 1/22/15 - received a call from IRS, 360-637-6837, said a warrant was issued for my arrest and told to call back on 360-287-3577.

1/23/15 - received a call from IRS, 914-862-8203, said a lawsuit would be filed and told to call back on that number.

All of these calls were recorded messages.

A Scammer called me three times and left messages each time. Said the IRS had a lawsuit against me. I needed to call immediately. I tried to call back the first time but there was no response. They called on 1/21/16 at 10:58 when I was not home. Called back at 3:08 and I didn't answer. Called back on 1/22/16 at 12:38. Each time the number to call back was different. 1st number: 202-468-5127; 2nd number 425-954-5886; and third number 347-854-0427 - the caller ID said "local number."

Phone message stating that a lawsuit will be filed against me, call 646-569-6913, they left 4 recorded messages starting at 7:47 am and after I called to tell them not to call again, I got another call. Called them back again, the first call they said " Hello, IRS" and the second time they answered "IRS". Informed them that they were NOT IRS and if they called me again I was going to call the police. The last call I received was also a recorded message saying that "this is officer so and so and a lawsuit was being filed against me". At no point in the recorded messages did they indicate who they were calling, never said my name, nor did they identify themselves as calling for the IRS. I have not received any more calls tonight.

I have received two phone calls in two days for the same person claiming to be an IRS agent. He says his name is Officer Ron Schneider, and I an to call him back TODAY at 202-.821-.4741.

He left messages on my machine both days. A lot of want he says I can't understand on the machine, but the IRS has put out some sort of notice on my property.

3 Voice mails from Brian Sneider left on landline. Said that our address was under federal investigation by the IRS dept., that an arrest warrant has been issued, and to call 206-397-1943.

On 1/2/2016 @ 10:14 am and on 1/21/20161016 @ 7:201610168 am I received a call on my cell phone from a number out of New York stating that I was being sued by the IRS and to please return their call immediately at this number 914-499-8216

A gentleman called my home on 1/20/2015 at 10 am saying I owed the IRS $1279.00 for "evasion of taxes" years 2009-2014, CASE# 160-5498, Warrant MB2016-753951. He said they've been trying to collect for 1 year thru mail and a warrant had been issued. The cops were coming over to arrest me today unless I paid today. I hung up. I don't owe any taxes. I am retired and I'm home all day. I'm the easiest person to find. I knew he was lying.

The phone number he called from is phone no#202-657-5818. I called the number back. The person answered IRS. Sounded like a room full of telephone scammers.

Customer states that someone of an Indian descent called claiming to be from the IRS stating that she was being sued. Customer states that after she confronted the caller that he was a fraud, she states that the caller hung up call. Customer called the number back and the person on the other end of the phone answered "IRS".

IRS Scam - I recognize the number as something coming from overseas as I call overseas often and you have a 6 digit prefix in addition to the number.
