I received two automated messages from the phone numbers listed above. Both messages stated that this call was from the IRS and that they were initiating a lawsuit against me and that this was their final notification and for more information about the case to call the numbers listed above.

I received at least four phones a day. I never pick up, but they leave a message stating that the IRS is going to sue me. I know I don't have any problems with the IRS so I am not worried about it. But I would like for these people to be stop. Thanks for your assistance.

Indian man, extremely rude, claims irs is filing a law suit against me. I told him I was happy to give him my tax attorneys number he hung up. I called back to let them know that I know they are scammers, he hung up after yelling at me. now they won't answer calls......wonder why?

The Scammer posed as the IRS and made threatening remarks to my mom that if she didn't pay $11,000 over the phone there would be a Arrest Warrant. Scared my mother really bad. We talked with her tax people and i searched on Google and found the number is a Scam. They need to be shut down. It was a rough spot.

I received three calls from an unknown number based our of New York, NY. When I returned the call they claimed to be the IRS. I immediately told them not to call my number again and hung up. The individual had a very strong Arabic or Indian accent

They contacted me saying I'm frauding the IRS and I need to pay five thousand dollars right now over the phone and if I don't their police will be looking for me because they will have a warrant for my arrest. The woman could not speak English well at all.

The voicemail said it was the IRS and that they had filed a lawsuit against us. I called the number because we were in a dispute of an IRS back taxes proposal so I called the number and gave more personal info than I should have. He said that we owed $5K+ dollars and they would be sending a warrant for our arrest, freezing our bank accounts and could get a 5 year prison sentence. I have the voice message saved for law enforcement evidence.

I want Onvoy Inc. to be held accountable and prosecuted for aiding in impersonation of a federal official, harassment and terroristic threats..

A male called me stating that he was with the IRS and that he was calling me because there was a warrant out for my arrest because I committed tax fraud and he said that if I didn't pay him $9,826 that I'd go to federal prison for minimum of 5 years and pay fines close to $75,000. I told him I would need to borrow that kind of money because I didn't have it and he asked who I'd have to borrow the money from because I couldn't tell the lender why I needed that money. I realized I had been scammed and immediately hung up.

The call has a voice mail recording stating that you are being investigated by IRS and all of your possession are under seiged. They ask you to call the number 646 844 7679. The number shows up as a New York #. I never received and letter from IRS.

Pretended to be IRS, demanded an instant $2500.00. If I didn't make payment, was told over phone that they would freeze all my assets. They also had my social security number.

Left a message on my phone telling me there is a warrant for my arrest and they are seizing my property unless I pay them 9,844 within the next 60-90 min. They told me that I filed fraudulent taxes from 2009-2014 and I told them H&R BLOCK filed my taxes. They continued to argue that I gave them false info and when they found out I was retuning the call on my work line they demanded I call back on my cell.
