Received a call yestetray and today, same exact message from 2 different numbers indicating that the IRS has files a lawsuit against me for tax evasion. One number from New York the other from Philadelphia.

2 calls came in and they left a voice mail stating that mr or my attorney need to contact them and if not I will be faced with criminal charges. I called back and they ask me if my name was ......... I responded yes. The explain that they were the irs and explained that I owed the irs from 2013 and 2017 and if I didn't pay I could face jail time and all of my resources could be taken away, I'll be summoned by a police officer and I'll be put in jail and charged fines for court and for back payment to the irs. Up to $45,000.00 or more.

Its automated at first saying i am the prime suspect in some kind of revenues missing or somthing and that i must call back they've called from 2 numbers and each time they say its the IRS and when i ask them to stop calling they cuss me out say very bad things and then hang up

THEY CALLED SAYING I HAD FRAUDED IRS FROM 2013-2017. WHEN I HAVE A PERSON TRAINED TO DO TAX AND WHEN I TOLD THEM AND ASKED ALOT OF QUESTIONS AFTER THEY ASK FOR MY ADDRESS THEY HUNG UP.

I receiver two separate calls from two separate phone numbers 4 days apart. The calls were identical except for the phone numbers. The caller was a computer generated voice threatening arrest if I didn't return the call. The "caller" identified himself as officer Dave Parked of the IRS.

I received a phone call from the above number. It was left as a voicemail message. I called the number back and spoke with a woman who I could barely understand due to her heavy accent. I asked for her name and information. She told me her name was Gloria Stage, Fed. ID 1RM1023 and her CP # was 501. She then transferred me to a gentleman whom I also had difficulty understanding due to his heavy accent. He told me I owed $5,000 in past due taxes. He asked for $5,000 so that we could handle the situation out of court. I told him I only had $2,200 and he seemed pleased about that. He told me I could go anywhere and purchase gift cards totaling $2,200. I already knew this was a scam but wanted to see what else he would say. I told him I knew it was a scam and to stop calling me and hung up on him.

The scammer wanted me to pay back taxes to avoid being arrested. The voice sounded robotic and not American.

A.I. message saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and it was urgent I call the number back. Fact: IRS will never call. You will get a letter on the mail. Tired of all these scams going on. I get calls everyday from scammers. Really tiresome.

Called this number back because they kept calling. A person picks up as IRS agent claim i made mistake on taxes 5 years ago and i owe$ 4000.00. If i dont pay,im being arrested, bank account seized etc. They talk in a foreign broken english with a name David Smith.

They have called me 12 times today 9/28/18. I did a reverse # look up and saw it was related to a scam. I called back and told them i knew it was a scam and that i have reported it. The man on the phone then started cussing me out and saying he was going to kill me and my family slowly with a knife.

The call said that i have outstanding warrent for my arrest due to oweing taxes and if I dont call the said number back to pay the were sending the police and investigators out to take me into custody . this has been happening mulitiple times a day for about 2 months now it needs to stop

They call and say they are the IRS they have tried to reach you for 6 months. They say they will go after all your family. They say you will go to jail for fraud.

Alex Telfer #3097 was badge number. Case number 508 Edward Peterson badge number #2188. Want me to pay $4986.00 back to IRS. Wanted me to go to bank to get $200.00 cash to send to stop police from coming to get me. Wanted me to go to Walgreens to get something to send.

i get many of the calls. they say i owe money to the IRS and to call them right away.its a prerecorded message. i called them back and the line was busy today. in the past i speak to someone with a heavy accent and they are adamant i owe money and i ask for their name or IRS id number and get nothing. i can hear people in the background and it sounds like a call center.

I keep receiving phone calls from somebody claiming to be with the IRS. He says to call back to 360-858-5473, and that if I don't call 48 hours there will be cops at my house to arrest me. I know this is a scam because I have not dealt with the IRS in years.

I received a message on my answering machine to the effect that I or my lawyer was to call this number immediately to reconcile an account with the IRS or face criminal charges.

Victim received phone message in which a male claimed to be part of the IRS Investigations Division. Subject stated that there was a lawsuit and a case against her. If she failed to return the phone call there would be a warrant for her arrest issued.
