phone call recieved with individual claiming there was a "miscaculation error" in my taxes between 2009 and 2015 and i owe 3,500 dollars. They transferred me to their superior who can "resolve the issue without it going to court." He used my maiden name and had the wrong address. When he asked if he can verify my current address, I said, "No." He then ended the call.

they called saying they were the IRs. I was facing federal punishment of past taxes not paid. when I told them they were not the IRS I WASNT GOING TO SEND THEM MONEY, THEY HUNG UP

I was out of the office and received two partial messages. I called the number back with the thought it being a scam.. I called the guy who said he was with the IRS and that I owed $8k taxes, interest and fees. He asked if I was aware of this, and I said No.. I said, knowing that this was probably a scam and the IRS doesn't typically call you from what It have heard, I requested and letter. He replied "I will not send you a letter". The number is 206-823-3223. Please contact them and shut them down.

Obviously this is a major scam!

Left an automated voicemail stating the IRS was filing a lawsuit against us. My husband called the number and spoke to someone who tried to put him on hold, but he continued to question the caller and she hung up.

I received two phone calls today saying they were the IRS. The first call was from a man with a heavy accent and told him to send me a letter. The second call was a recorded message from a female voice saying if I did not pay they were going to file a lawsuit against me.

They called me leaving me a message that I am being sued because I own IRS thousands of dollars

When I called the number, I spoke to someone, a gentleman who told me that I will get arrested without 2 hrs if I don't cooperate with him. When I told him I knew it was a scam and I was reporting him to BBB, he told me that the government is aware of their business and that they are sharing their profit with the government and they can't do anything to them(their business).

Received a call that said we were being sued by the IRS. The message asked us to call the number above. No other information was given in the message.

When we called the number, we received an automatic message about being unable to complete the call due to high call volume.

Several messages left on our home number in Phoenix Arizona from a number with area code 309 (Illinois) stating they were the IRS and a warrant was issued for our arrest for unpaid taxes. When we called back, they answer the phone "Internal Revenue Service" and they go into a dialogue asking if you have cash on you or handy and if there is a Walgreens close by to take the cash there where it can be wired. . . .

I received a phone call saying they were the IRS and I had commited Fraud and there was an arrest warrant issued for me. I gave them a fake name and they supposedly looked me up and said yes there was an arrest warrant for me if I did not pay.

I received a phone call (voice mail) today from 408-418-0212 from a man identified as Bryan Schneider stating he was representing the IRS. He said that there was a warrant out for my arrest and that the FBI had my address under investigation. He said that I was past due on my taxes and would be arrested if I didn't return the phone call. I did not call him back. I called ScamPulse.com instead.
