They say They are the IRS and they will sue us if we don't call. We didn't answer, just let it go to the answering machine. They have called us 4 times.

I recd a call at 10:20 AM this morning and I spoke w/a man who stated this was the IRS (Internal Revenue Svc)

and there was a warrant for my arrest for unpaid taxes. He then asked if the sheriff's dept had contacted me concerning this. I questioned him -- and he hung up. I was advised by the ScamPulse.com that this was scam.

The number 202-545-6321 called and said they are filing a lawsuit against me due to some defaulted loans. The person on the phone said a bunch of stuff to try and confuse me. When I informed them I don't know what they are talking about and to please explain, they hung up. Then I tried to call back and each time they take my call, they hang up. The system does not state there business name or information, just plays music and says wait for another agent.

I received three phone calls today but only wrote down two of them. They say they are the IRS and I owe back taxes. The numbers they have called me from are 202-241-0251 and 956-248-6198.

They called earlier today, said the IRS had done an audit of my finances, and wanted me to pay them $ 4900 or

there would be an warrant for my arrest. I told them i knew the IRS didn't contact by phone and hung up.

Today, June 8, 2016 at apprx. 10:02 a.m. the following message was left on answering machine: Female voice stated she was with IRS and they had filed a claim against me. I was to phone 646-589-0195 to discuss. I did not return the phone call.

I receive a call from the above number at least 3 times a week. They say that we are being sued by the IRS. I know that the IRS would not call, but send by mail any problem that they are having with taxes. I know of other people who are having the same problem. How can I stop these calls? I just do not answer the calls so I really do not know who they are calling for

Someone keeps calling me saying they are with the IRS and that an arrest warrant has been placed against me and I need to call them ASAP.

Caller stated they were from IRS and if we didn't pay them over phone the police would arrest us in 20 minutes. Was an electronic type voice on our answering machine. Said to call them back and pay now...very threatening

At first it is a recording saying they are the IRS claiming that they are being sued and to call at the number.

A recorded messages states that the IRS is filing a law suit "against you" and advises the caller to contact 856-631-4890. The recorded messages states this is a final warning before legal action will be taken.

We have received three phone call messages on our answering machine. All of them want us to respond to an alleged IRS investigation to our address. The last message threatned legal action against us. We chose not to return any of these calls.

I have received two calls today from someone claiming that this is my last opportunity to stop the IRS from filing charges against me. They both sounded like a recorded call. The phone number they told me to call was 202-836-9985. We have our taxes filed by our accountant every year and I know we do not owe any money.
