They called from (901) 438-7982 and left an automated message claiming to be the IRS. They stated that this was a final notice and that the IRS was suing me, but did not say why. It stated to contact them at the above listed number which I attempted, but there was no answer. I saved the voicemail.

I was called Asian scammers saying I owed money. . I said no, you are scammers....they started with hard sell and I hung up. They called on my cell using unavaible ID, CA and other phone numbers. I had a close call back a few minths. They called w what seemed to be Microsoft employee. They wanted access to my computer. While they were in process of logging onto my computer, I looked up scams by Asians pretending to help w my infected computer. Its an old scam and all over the internet. I immediately closed my computer. They called back and tried to talk me into it again. I contacted my banker and we closed my checking and debit accounts and they started an investigation. Fortunately I dodged that bullet. I continued to educate myself about their scams. This was the same type of approach but I was wiser. I can give you their phone numbers .

They call from a number 202-413-5117 or 202-413-9015 and tell you they are calling from the IRS to let you know that you owe back tax money. You can hear other people in the background. I provided them with a fake name and fake last 4 digits of a Social Security number and they told me that they had me pulled up in the system and I owed them $9400. I hung up the phone then. they have called me back several times but I will no longer answer.

Received a call by phone from a number listed as being in Texas. The caller was a woman and proceeded to leave a message on voice mail that we were being sued by the IRS and we needed to call that number at once. I did not return a call because I knew the IRS doesn't call.

Received multiple calls today, 1/19/2015 from bogus IRS numbers. research online verifies these numbers are from a bogus IRS scam operation. Caller ID on both numbers state 'Cell Phone'. Numbers are:

We received a message on our recorder stating the call was from the IRS. It said this was our final notice and that the IRS has filed a lawsuit against us. We did not return the call. The number left for call back was 520 955 6201.

Automated phone call from Amsterdam NY at 9:12 a.m. on Jan 13 said if I didn't call back within two hours a warrant would be issued for my arrest due to owing IRS money. I hung up and did not call back.

Received call claiming that consumer was defrauding IRS from 2008-2014. Called twice from 202.817.0927 and 202.751.9765. Asked for birth date and last four of social. Consumer knew that IRS would contact them through the mail and hung up.

Received two automated calls on Jan 13 at 1:02 p.m. and 2:36 p.m. CallerID displayed that it was a cell phone located in Texas. Stated if I did not call back within two hours that a warrant would be issued for my arrest. I hung up the first time and didn't pick up the second time.

An automated message comes on informing me that I am being sued by the IRS and to call back a certain number. The number is 509-790-0351. I called the telephone number and somebody with a heavy Indian accent answer the phone.

IRS detected an error in filing 2014 and I owe $4,800.00 immediately or federal officials will come an arrest me for fraudulent tax claims.

The scammers call from the same number 202-640-0414, they have called every day from 1-11-16 through 1-15-16. They demanded a return phone call, so I gave them a call (this phone is not answered after 5pm PT) Without giving any information I called an got a woman on the line,

Heavy accent and very demanding about me writing my case number down (case # ***) and went on to explain how the IRS found an attempted fraud in my tax return and I owed immediately $4,800.00

I kept agreeing with her and said I would pay the bill immediately.

When I told her that I would send a check today she told me that sending a check would not work and she would set up a payment schedule for me, but needed to have her supervisor (Abdullah Wazna) discuss with me the terms of payment. During the call transfer the phone hung up. This phone number traces to Abdullah Wanza, Washington DC. Throughout the phone call there is background noises of a busy sounded office. Referred call to local police and notified IRS SCAM MONITOR.

Third call in 2 days about the IRS lawsuit. This morning at 8:30, the recorded message came in that we have 24 hours to contact the IRS regarding a pending lawsuit and to call 347 441 4067 as soon as possible.

They have been calling my house for 2 days. They say they are from the IRS and have a very heavy middle Eastern accent. Two times it was a recorded message. The second time they called it was a live person, it was the same person from the first message. As soon as I asked if it was a scam, they hung up.The recorded message kept asking me to call (202)629-9364.
