I received a call from an unlisted number so I naturally avoided the call, and then I received a call from Jordan Sanders from Location Services Unit who told me that a formal complaint had been filed against me and I was going to be served but did not mention what the issue was. Then, three of my friends (who I have used as references in the past) received the same call from the same person. I backtracked the number and found no credible company but just numbers connected to some kind of scam operation. I need them to leave my alone and more importantly, my friends and loved ones who think that I am in some kind of dire trouble when in actuality I'm being harassed by scam artists.

The name given by this company was Rick Vargus. I was told I was going to be served papers for criminal investigation. My employer was contacted as was I. When I called the number they tried to tell me I owed money from a previous loan and that I could settle with them or they would be at my home or employment that day to serve me.

I received a call from this company and they left a voice mail saying I needed to call them back because I had two counts of financial fraud pending. I called back and they told me my birthday and asked me to verify. They gave the wrong year so I said no that's not my birthday. They then recited the last four of my social security. I said I would not give them any personal information over the phone unless they told me what this was pertaining to. They said oh well you just told me it wasn't you because that's not your birthday so we can't give you any information. I found out after this that they called and left a message on my fathers phone and threatened I had a warrant for my arrest. They also called my daughter and told her they would come to my work or place of business if I did not call them back.

We were contacted by a company called location services. They claim there was an unpaid payday loan from 2010. If we did not set up payment arrangements, they would see us and also send over fraud charges to our local courts. They would not validate the debt until financial information was given. They gave for different company names. Gateway mediation, location services, Compass capital, and RMI location services. We refused to pay unless there was validation of the debt. They left us a voicemail saying they would take further action for fraud charges.

This woman calls and tells you that you will be served and charged with check fraud if yo don't settle up on a cash advance that you supposedly borrowed a number of years ago from a company that you have never heard and doesn't exist. When you ask for documentation of what you owe she refuses to send it to you and tells you she doesn't have that detail because the loan isn't the issue. When you ask for the original creditor's contact info she won't give you that either. She talks herself in circles saying that she is not a debt collector and the original loan is not the issue because it is no longer debt. Yet, she is trying to collect money to settle the original loan, that is no longer considered debt, because you supposedly defaulted on this loan and now suddenly it is fraud and you will be taken to court and charged criminally and all sorts of threats.

I received a call from a company called "Location Services" and the representative name was Denise Harris, she stated that I received and online advance loan with 7 Group LLC company tied to the last 4 digits of my ss number and now the company states I am in breach of contract. She was not able to give me any specific information nor an specific address of her company. She even knew my past residence address and stated that correspondences has been sent out to me since 2011. The only number she gave me was 601-351-9535 ext 112. This has to be a scam because I have NEVER used an online company for payday loans ever in life. She was trying to get me to accept the charges and only be charged $522.02 verses 6513.26. I denied everything and hung up! Can this be researched?
