I saw an add on Instagram for a free set of Le Creuset cookware set.  They had 3,000 sets that were damaged.  All you had to pay was $9.95 for shipping if you were selected.  They showed ****** ****** telling you to try for a set of cookware.  I had to follow a link from the video to register for a chance to win a set of cookware.  I saw the money was taken out in less than 24 hours.  The phone number attached to the charge was for Balance Keto Wellness. They didn't dispute that was them.  They stated there was no way to get a refund.  They said the promotion went through them.

I ordered off Facebook through a marketing ad selling Bath and bodywork 3 wick candles at $2.99 each. There was a discount if you ordered more. I ordered the maximum, 24 candles. The bank paid this person $45.63.

They had a free product giveaway, you only h.ad to pay $10 shipping. I entered my cc# and was immediately charged $39 and got an automatic "subscription" to a site I've never heard of and was not shared before entering my CC. I had to cancel my CC and I am hoping to get my money back.

Advertised White Mountain Puzzles for $4.99. I bought 4 of them plus a puzzle board. I never received confirmation and when I called White Mountain, I was told there is a scammer using their name. They said they have never sold puzzles for $4.99.

I saw on Facebook that a friend's niece was selling items for which we were interested in. She stated she was out of town and would be back in town on 1/22/24 and only would take a deposit to hold the items. I fell for this. The only reason I did is because I knew her niece as well and trusted this.

They used her name and Profile on Facebook and after speaking to my friend I was told that her niece was hacked. My friend's niece immediately contacted Facebook her Profile page was taken down and account closed. Post is no longer on Facebook.

I put a deposit of $500.00 for the items and the money was sent through my daughter's Venmo account.

I only have the name it was to send the money to.

I also have an email address for someone else this person pretending to be my friend's niece's cousin.

I have not tried to contact this person by email nor have either tried to contact me. My last text on Facebook Messenger was on 1/24/24.

I have to file a report with the Jefferson Parish Police Department as since it was from my daughter's Venmo account and she lives in Jefferson Parish. I have not done this yet as my daughter works from sunup to sundown.

To whom it may concern:

I am reporting a scam for Imagine Craft Masters. I purchased $15 quilling tool set, $75 Artistic Quill Creation Kit & $12 quilling strips online through Bank Account Debit that were never delivered. I did email 3 attempts. No one replied to me. I left message on the phone as below. I expected someone can answer my call. I got a package of quilling strips mailing by Jane 371 Little Falls Rd, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009 on January 18, 2023. I need a solution that you may be able to assist me with money return. I am very disappointed that I want to do with quill making that the packages were not delivered to me.
