I received an email from a site that I thought to be "HOKA" offering a great discount on sneakers. I made the purchase and received an email in confirmation stating that the purchase would be received in approximately 15 business days. When the item never shipped I made several attempts to contact the seller by the provided email but never received a reply. There was no phone number provided.

I responded to an after Christmas ad from Bath and Body Works on December 26th, 2023, and ordered several items, but didn't hear anything, so checked on my order's status. No order! I have an e-mail set up with Bath and Body, so get messages from them.

I was checking out the price of Christmas trees for sale on January 7, 2024 on my local Facebook Marketplace listings and I saw an ad for Balsam Hill Trees 60% off after Christmas Sale! BHT is a premium store; I clicked on the ad and a beautiful little animated tree ad for $19.99 popped up. “Free shipping, your choice of sizes and options.” I foolishly ordered without checking the website first. Turns out they are a scammer called Littimez.com who are copy-catting Balsam Hill Trees. They tried to charge my credit card EIGHT TIMES. A confirmation was sent but no tracking number. The confirmation came from Littimez.com. When I requested tracking I finally got a tracking number on January 16, 2024 from “Debbie” who writes from “Lillyparrot.com” and the bogus tracking data revealed that a package had been shipped in an amazing 3 days and been delivered to my front porch on January 10th! This is a complete fabrication. There is no way any shipper could or would ship a 4 foot artificial tree from California 3000 miles in 3 days for FREE! So my bank has removed all but one charge. They claim that in the interest of fairness to all parties they must wait until January 23 to dispute the final charge if no product or an inferior product is delivered by that date. So I now know no product will be forthcoming because the scammers are pretending it got “lost in the mail” or “stolen off my front porch.” I’ve spoken with the real Balsam Hills people and they have nothing to do with this transaction. They are as much victims as I am. Facebook needs to monitor these crooks. I flagged the posting but they’re still out there. They just keep changing who they copycat.

I was looking up on google search how to fix a problem with my carpet cleaner. This in turn jumped to another site Just Answer. For $1.00 trial you could ask question and talk to expert in this area of concern. This was done by typing your question online. You never verbally talk to a live person. Everything is typed. Asked my question, payed the $1.00. After 45min waiting supposed expert typed on screen he (Charles had to ask someone else. He finally typed he wanted to talk live to me for $24.00 more dollars. I typed no way because he did not have an answer to my questin and iI got off the screen. Next day there is a $×8.00 amount debted from my bank acct. I called the company got some automatdd message bullcrap. And I said i wanted that that charge taken off my bank acct. Message kept rambling on. I said i was going to file a complInt of fraud with my bank. I will do this tomorrow mon 1^+4^24. Scam, scam, scam!!!

I needed help with math tutoring and I looked online and this website had so many good reviews from other places. A pop-up came up to so I could chat with a person his name was Rob Jones and he was very nice and persuasive and said he could help me for $148 and he gave me a link to go to I went there and put in my credit card information knowing that it felt wrong or a scam. After I put in my credit card information and pushed enter it would say my area code ZIP code was not correct which I know it was and then I went back to redo it all and then it said my credit card had insufficient funds. Then I went on to my bank site and it had taken almost $500 out and I got no receipt. That Rob Jones started emailing me and asking me to talk to my bank to get the money but I called my bank and canceled my card because it was a scam I never got any services

There is a facebook message to our XXXXX Meta Business account that says our account is scheduled for permanent deletion due to a post that we made that infringed on their trademark rights (which we didn't). There is a link to click in the message to "report a dispute" as well.

ordered 5 shirts 11/22/2023 as Christmas gifts total amount $66.50 received email confirming order with description of order & order #[17385348] (2023-11-23) telling me "Your order will be processed and shipped within the next 72 hours. After successful shipment, we will send the express tracking number to your mailbox via email. If you do not receive our email, please check your spam mailbox. If you have any questions, please contact this email address in time and I will serve you throughout the process! Estimated delivery time 10-20 days (excluding order processing time within 72 hours)" My cc was charged the $66.50 the same day order placed. on 12/11/2023 I sent an email requesting my tracking # (I had check spam/junk & no correspondence from them up to this time) on 12/12/2023 their response was as followed: "Your shipment has been shipped and is on its way. Do you think you can get your order before Christmas? Wait until you receive the shipment. If you're not satisfied, we'll give you a full refund and send the items to you as a Christmas gift." on 12/14/2023 I eamil a request to cancel my order & credit my credit card back for the full amount Their email response was as follows:." I checked your order for you and your order is already on its way!

serve" I have checked the tracking since 12/14/2023 & it has not moved since 12-22-2023 on 1/3/2024 I sent another email requesting my order canceled & money refunds due to fact tracking indicated package had not moved since 12/22/2023, their email response was as follows: "Your order was delayed due to the wrong address filled in by the logistics company. But I have updated the logistics company address for you. The current situation is normal and shipment is in progress. It is expected to take another 15 days to receive your order. I'm sorry and I blame myself. If you think it's okay, we'll compensate you $30. After you receive your order, contact our email and I will transfer the compensation amount to you via Paypal!" as of today1/15/2024 I once again checked the tracking & package still has not moved!

I foolishly clicked on a site I found on Facebook that advertised a Jim Shore ornament sale. I ordered a few items totaling $46.74 which was charged to one of my credit cards. This was on December 28, 2023. As of this date I have not received any of the items. I saw my statement which said the money went to a company HENCIN INC. Hencins.com Co. I have yet to report to my credit card company but I will be doing so. Just wanted to report this because I have now learned that this was a scam. This is the second time this has happened to me when I have clicked something on Facebook.

Ordered online off of facebook, showed a picture of Kelly Clarkson. It was supposed to be $59.99, but I was recently going thru my charges on my credit card and noticed the initial charge and then one right below it for an additional $239.99!! I tried calling and it said the mailbox was full and then said goodbye!

I signed ip for annual membership with this channel. After 6 months, they are demanding more money for premium membership for pretty much anything I want to watch-even movies that I already watched on the channel. I tried calling them multiple times . I am always put on hold and then the line gets cut after 10 minutes.

Pop-up on Facebook looked like it was HSN but ended up being some other website and they took the money out of my account right away and then I saw it was a scam and tried to stop payment but it was too late!
