serve" I have checked the tracking since 12/14/2023 & it has not moved since 12-22-2023 on 1/3/2024 I sent another email requesting my order canceled & money refunds due to fact tracking indicated package had not moved since 12/22/2023, their email response was as follows: "Your order was delayed due to the wrong address filled in by the logistics company. But I have updated the logistics company address for you. The current situation is normal and shipment is in progress. It is expected to take another 15 days to receive your order.
