I seen an advertisement on purefeel.com on Facebook for some jeans so I clicked on the link and purchased them. I received an email confirming the order and received a tracking number. Several weeks later when to the website they provided to track the package (17track.net) and the website stated the package was delivered. I contacted the seller and informed them that I hadn't received the package and they provided me with a USPS tracking number (only after I complained did this tracking number appear on their carrier website). I contacted the post office and they advised me that there was no record of a package with that tracking number. I reached back out to the seller again and they advised me the merchandise would be resent. They provided me with a new tracking number and when I got to the website 17track.net the website states the package was delivered but no package was delivered to my address and no USPS tracking information provided. In doing some additional research is appears this company "claims" to be based in London but the tracking information all states it was shipped from China. In addition, they have changed the customer service email address within the past 2 months and there is also a "Live Chat" feature on the website for PRE-Shipment concerns only but there's no link to chat with anyone. I'm guessing they got overwhelmed with unsatisfied customers and removed the Live Chat feature. Buyer beware--You're likely to no get any merchandise for this seller!

Hoka shoes were offered on Facebook. Paid via credit card, but supposedly 'stranded in customs.' Shipping company appears to be fake - same as the one listed on a previous complaint.

Advertisers on Facebook messenger 8 ball pool advertise great products for absurdly low prices. Reviews of their companies confirm them as scams. Facebook allows this stuff.

I saw an ad on Facebook for a pocket knife. I paid $43 with my debit card. When the knife arrived four weeks later it was a very cheap knife, nothing worth that kind of money. The return address on the package is 14415 Tukwila Intn'l Blvd, Tukwila WA 98168 - which is a Chevron gas station.

It was said they were offering a patio set though the website on Facebook. However I made payment and never received item

My mom turned on her computer and there was a warning she couldn't get out of telling her to call Microsoft tech support. So she called the number on her screen. After "trouble shooting" for a few hours and establishing trust, they then told her to log into her bank accounts after they were already in her computer "cleaning it up.* So they watched her log into each of her bank accounts. Then, someone from "First Citizens Bank" with a spoofed number called my mom and told her there was fraud activity. They told her to transfer all of the money from her savings account into her checking account. Then told her to go to the bank and withdraw it all. They told her not to tell any of the bank employees what was going on bc "they were in on it." Thankfully, my mom isn't able to drive right now and called me. I knew it was a scam. So we went to the bank but instead changed all of her login info, froze her account, closed the other bank account and opened a new one, cleared out all of her computer history, etc. but if she would've been able to drive herself to the bank, I'm sure she would have done what they said. Both "Microsoft" and "first citizens Bank" were calling her repeatedly when we were at the bank. She blocked both of their numbers.

A clearance sale for Oofos shoes flashed on the internet. I have one pair so was very interested and ended up ordering a pair. Got the confirmation email and didn't notice anything amiss. When I saw the credit card statement, the money didn't go to Oofos, it went to someone named Peggy Thomas. A billing code of 0756497074 FR. I called my bank, they are investigating it. Called Oofos and they had no record of any order under my name or info. The bank says she says the shoes were delivered. Not so. They are filing it again.

I purchased on October 8th, received the product on October 26th. The shoes are poor quality and not orthopedic shoes whatsoever. I reached out to the company that day, and was told because I purchased in September I was already past my return date. I sent screenshots of my purchase date and delivery date, which they responded by saying they were going to help me, but I didn't respond quickly enough to their email, so they are not going to refund.

PROGAH ad popped up on facebook advertising tiffany brand clothing at very cheap prices. I ordered some t-shirts & sweatshirts totaling $26.76. I also got charged a international fee of $1.33 as they are based from China it states. On 09/07/23 $26.76 was taken from my bank acct. using my debit card online. It was labeled by my bank as transaction from OW*IIYFARM.COM. I have waited & sent an email to them abt. my order never received a response & when I go back to look there ad is taken down & I no longer am able to message them via email. It's Nov. 2nd & i still have not received any merchandise from them. I will be talking to my bank abt. this but wanted to warn others so they don't get scammed like I did. I guess if something sounds too good to be true then it usually is. Lesson learned!!

Forceress.com is the name on my credit card statement. The location is Hong Kong. No other information is available. I've never received my order.

The company was being advised as Marshall’s. After I made the purchase I got an email from a company called LifeBazaar saying my packages was shipped. They gave me a bogus tracking code that would never load. My package never arrived. I contacted them and they showed me their tracking info in Chinese saying my package was delivered. I never received a delivery. They said it was probably stolen. I told them no since nothing ever arrived. I have cameras and no delivery was made on the date they said it was delivered. They never gave my money back. I called my cc company and had the charges disputed.

I saw an add for a sale on starwars replica helmets. So i went to the website and bought a few. The website seemed legit at first because you could create an account and had a shopping cart and let you pay by credit card. Its been a few weekes now so I looked bacl through the website and i could find any kind of contact information and after googling the name of the website I found that a lot of people were describing it as a scam as the same thing happened to them.

Big scam on Facebook under the guise of rehoming yorkies. Person only talks thru messenger. States the will deliver the pet to your home. Ask questions to make it seem legit. Asking price was $400 for pure bred. Needed full name, adress, number for adoption papers. Would pay thru "delivery service".

The following statement is a detailed description of my dispute against Merchant Number:174030072998. The name of the payment receiver “Theresa W Chavez” for a transaction made on 8/18/23. I googled Ozark Camping and on the 2 or 3 result the “Ozark Trail” “Official” shopping site appeared which I clicked. The website looked “legit” had all the Ozark trade marks and several items. I proceeded to add a few items to my cart which added to $118.00 total. At check out it had the option to use PayPal, which I opted to use. As soon as I clicked “Check Out” another window popped up saying “Thank you for your donation to Theresa W Chavez”. I immediately got an email from PayPal stating Thank you for your payment to *FEWF54 FEWF54, Seller name: Resd Hervisdeux, email: [email protected]. Once I saw this email, and I immediately contacted PayPal to file a dispute. I then proceeded to contact my bank California Credit Union to also inform them of the charge. I filed a complaint on the ScamPulse.com website as well as reported the website to the federal scammer website. I confirm that I did not receive any of the items that I purchased. I can also confirm that on the documentation evidence from the merchant does not have my shipping address, so there for they didn’t have an address to send any items. I have attached a copy of the email from PayPal, as well as the original receipt form the transaction. I am also attaching a copy of what I believe is the same or a very similar fraudulent website claiming to sell Ozark supplies. If you need further information you can contact me directly at

There is an ad on Facebook about ordering Temu pallets. You have to answer 3 question survey. Then it appears that I qualified for the pallet. Then I was prompted to purchase my pallet. It was suppose to be a charge of $9.95. afterward they Also charged me another fee of $19.95. I contacted the official website after my credit card was charged the second fee. And was advised that it was a scam. Now I am in the process of disputing this with credit card company.

Contact was made by phone to my elderly cousin and she already sent a small check for this scam but i think its because she did not write the correct amount but they continued to call her and tell her not to tell anyone about her winnings. She asked me to address the envelope and mail the $4500.00 check and its the same name on the previous check cashed. I have the name and address.
