I ordered this weekender luggage 2 pieces on January 9, 2025. This was an online purchase advertisement was on social media using Lori Greiner of Shark Tank representing QVC weekender luggage. They told me my order was delivered on the 28th. Their tracking system was in Chinese, and when I contacted their customer support by email, they apologized and said it was on it's way. After several attempts of contacting customer support, I have never received my order. On February 10th, I received an email stating the package has been resent with a new tracking number, again all tracking in Chinese. This is a scam and I'm mad at myself for not being smarter. Please get them off the websites.

I ordered a "My Robot Puppy" which was super cute, looked great in the packaging, would have been a great gift for my grandma considering we just lost my grandfather.

What I received in the mail looked NOTHING like the photos online. The packaging was different and on the side of the box it was marketed as a robot toy for babies which is NOT how it was marketed on their website. It looked like they bought it from 5 Below. Definitely not a $** robot dog.

I emailed them stating I would like a refund and they emailed me back saying I would have to send it to a different address then where it was shipped from. So I emailed them saying "ok can I have the address then please" and I've heard NOTHING from them.

I am absolutely furious because apparently they are a Google verified site. Which they truly should not be. Delivering scam products AND not responding to emails so you can get your money back. Disgusting business behavior.

They claimed that purchases were made with a list emailed but that email was deleted by them. The bank was notified of the scam and fraud.

I ordered from happy chews back in October 26, 2024. I finally sent a email to them about my order in November and December. They said they were sorry for delay and gave me another pack of gum for free. They told me it shipped out. Gave me the tracking from China. December 18th. Its never moved since they gave me the tracking number. I've sent numerous emails that I want my money back. Recently they sent me reply back that they would refund my money once i receive my order and need to ship it back. I told them that the shipment hasn't moved since December 18th. They are just giving me the run around.

https://theorthofitstore.com - This is the website that my wife found when looking for winter boots for me. I should have asked her where the company was located however by the time she placed the order it was too late and all the follow up e-mails said that it was shipping via China Post. Next time we will be more diligent about researching a company we have not dealt with previously.

I ordered a blazer from Manlyever on November 27, 2024 and when it arrived it wasn't anything like what was advertised. The fabric and detailing were completely different from the picture online. It was also a month late. When I tired to return it I kept getting the runaround by the support staff. They wanted to know what was the problem and when I told them they wouldn't hear of it. Then they wanted a picture of what was sent and after I did that they still would not help me. After several emails exchanges they offered me between 5 and 12 dollars to keep the jacket. When I declined they continued to sidestep providing an address to return to assist in a refund. I finally sent jacket to address on package and today when I tracked it I see it's being returned because the address is unknown. Please help. My order number is ************* and USPS tracking number for return is **********************

I placed order for red stone medieval drape-style earrings, then tried to cancel because I felt they wouldn't arrive in time for the event I wanted them for, within a few hours, not days. They, in turn told me that my order was already being shipped and to expect them. I made an attempt many times to get my money back to no avail. I, did receive them and well after the event as I thought and contacted them again in the attempt to return said earrings for a refund. They said they would compensate me $5 for my dissatisfaction. I told them that I will be contacting the authorities, the FTC and the ScamPulse.com under pretense of fraud. The earrings were declared to be sterling silver with red stones, however, I took them to a reputable jeweler who tested them and they are not sterling silver, not even close! And the envelope had the following address: ******* *****, **** ** ******* ***** ******** ** *****. Which I researched on Google, and turns out to be a scammed address. I would appreciate any help I can get in getting these people out of business of stealing money from anyone else.

I bought an E bike. It said it was delivered on January 6 however, nothing showed up to my door. I went to my mailbox down the street and I was sent a winter face mask. I contacted Walmart. They said they will contact the third-party seller which I also did and never got contacted back. I tried to call the third-party seller and the phone number says it’s no longer in service.

I ordered shoes from the Cloggs website after seeing their ads online. The ads were really well done, and there were tons of customer reviews and photos, so I thought it was a trustworthy site. I placed my order at the start of December for Christmas presents, but I didn’t get them until mid-January. By late December, I reached out to customer support to ask about my order. The tracking website they gave me was in Chinese, and the information was illegible. It showed my package had been sitting for three weeks, and when I checked the details, it became clear the shoes were being shipped from China. The website claimed they were based in Chicago, but the tracking info said otherwise. If I had known it was a dropshipping scam, I wouldn’t have bothered.

When the shoes finally arrived, (with three shipping labels stacked on top the other) all three pairs were way too small, and they had a strong chemical smell. The quality was awful, and the person I got them for couldn’t even get their foot halfway in. I contacted support again to ask for a refund, but they told me they don’t refund sale items. I had visited their website several times for order updates, and every item was always listed as being on sale, effectively voiding any return possibilities for customers. When I went back to the site to file this complaint, I saw that the 5,000 reviews they show are all the selected ones with pictures—none of the other reviews are visible.

Ordered 2 hoodies. Was told arriving together. 1 hoodie arrived. Courier left 1 package at door , didn’t take pic of item at door, yet turns & takes a pic of my window looking into my home. I show COMFRT my RING camera proving what had happened. There’s no human contact person. It appears to be a “ bot” conversation back & forth via text. Never solving the problem. Courier set trucking company LASERSHIP also claims no responsibility to missing item. Just diverts me back to COMFRT & abruptly ends the “live chat”, which is the only way to communicate! Hopefully my bank can look into this & I’ll get reimbursed.

- Burbank, IL, USA • Jan 03, 2025

I ordered a 303 piece tool set and received only a paper with a picture of the tool set in a bubble wrap package. They actually want me to return the picture. It’s not worth my gas and time to return a printed picture.

On December 23,2024 I contacted Herbalist Jeremy to get some herbs to treat my arthritis condition. I asked several questions to verify if the business was legit. He told me he owns a herbal store in Washington DC.The shipping and handling was ***. He gave me discount when I refused to pay that much. I sent the payment by Zelle to the email provided above. On December 25,2024 Jeremy contacted me asking for *** for customs/clearance tax. I let him know that he never mentioned that particular tax. He actually agreed that he never mentioned the that tax before. To this day , I haven’t received the herbs or heard from him again. I googled up the business and it’s in the internet.I don’t know if it’s possible to get the money back. I want to report the scam.

- Santa Fe, NM, USA • Jan 01, 2025

The website has a prominant US flag on top and claims an A+ rating by the BBB, but apparently is not even registered with the BBB. I have pictures of everything. I ordered Christmas cards on November 23 from what looked like a US vendor on Instagram.. Then the delayed shipping emails started, and I see from the tracking the origin is in China. The 10 cards arrived on December 30, with only one envelope, so useless to me. They are using your name and fake rating right on the top of their site! This was a total scam. You should care!!

- Oswego, IL, USA • Dec 31, 2024

Company advertised false essential apparel and poor quality clothing and fake labels.

- Downers Grove, IL, USA • Dec 30, 2024

They advertised as spark paws on Instagram. The link shows spark paws logo and has identical look to their website.

- Elgin, IL, USA • Dec 30, 2024

This company sends products that are plastic and horrible. They have false advertising and obviously AI generated comments as they were wonderful when I ordered, Now all reviews are discussing the poor quality. They have responded to emails about returning at first but never gave an address etc. to do so. Now I hear nothing. I don’t want others to fall for the same scam. I have since cancelled my credit card as I don’t want them having my info.
