I googled dispensaries in my area. I found one nearby that claimed to deliver 24/7. I clicked on the website and placed my order. I received an email with a detailed invoice/receipt. This email instructed me to text a phone number to confirm my method of payment. Embarrassingly, I did and sent $*** using Venmo. The person communicated via text and replied until I sent the money, of course.

Advertised Stanley drinking cups via Dick's Sporting Goods. Ordered two, never delivered. Checked tracking and said returned to sender in China. Email contact and reply really doesn't care.

I saw a ad for a sale on Stanley cups. They were advertising they were Dicks Sporting Goods.

I ordered it. Paid $**.**through my bank debit online. They took the money out of my bank.

I got a shipping email saying it would ship. I didn’t receive anything.

I sent them an email and asked where it was. I never heard.

This all took place in April. April 19, 2023.

I will attach the emails I have.

My wife saw an ad on Facebook Marketplace for mommyloveshop.com on her phone, she went to the website and ordered a Graco $ever car seat and got a really good deal. the website appeared to redirect to bedbathandbeyond website so we just figured maybe this vendor has some good deals due to bb&b going out of business. After the order was replaced the money was taken from our bank account and I did some research into the validity of the vendor and found a bunch of stuff saying the website is a scam. We're holding out hope that we'll actually get the merchandise but based on what I've read online that's not likely.

We went to this website to purchase 2 trees for our front yard. The trees showed in stock, used Apple pay to purchase them, which i thought had added protections against fraudulent charges/scam websites. Processed the transaction through Apple pay. have not been contacted or emailed from the company, there is no phone number on their website to call and dispute or reconcile a charge. I noticed that they had an extra "s" on their url spoofing off of brighterblooms.com. I want others to be aware not to use this website for transactions.

They were selling raised garden beds and the website says made in USA. when I ordered I received email and a wierd shipping confirmation. Then another email that said my credit card was going to be charged by their sister company which is PING PONG HONG KONG and thats were the product was getting shipped from. About a month later I received some package in my mailbox and when I googled the tracking #it was from Amazon. I reported it to them as a brushing scam because I didn't order I12 cheap headphones. So when I emailed the company they said well it was deleivered we have confirmation and that is what they use to prove to your credit card company that they did mail you something (just not what you ordered). So no matter what you get screwed by these scamming companies. Now I will be 100% leary about purchasing something from an online retailer.

Purchased a product from Tynt Beauty three weeks ago. They charged my credit card and sent an order confirmation via email. I followed up five times asking when it will be processed and shipped and never received correspondence. Filed a dispute with my credit card. Found out many people have this same issue and the business is out of business and not currently running. Why are they still charging credit cards if they are not a good standing business? This is fraudulent.

Facebook ad for Stanley tumbler back in May. Immediately after making the purchase I received a notification text from my bank saying payment was made to out of the country company. Tracking information showed the item was shipped from China and delivered to someone in California. Have tried contacting Stanley and the seller several times with no luck.

The scam involved both a Facebook ad selling the popular Stanley drink cups and a website. The website showed a variety of cups for order at half off. After purchasing the cups, I received a fake receipt where I noticed that the email address was from [email protected]. I immediately asked for a refund and the email bounced back. After trying several times, the email went through and the person continued to say that the cups were shipping. They gave me a fake tracking number that says my cups were delivered in Florida when I live in Illinois. Their website is now completely down and is giving an error when I try to go to it.

The offer was for two pallets of Amazon return products.

What I received was an envelope with an off brand pair of ear buds and a personal mister.

They say that they have to deliver because they do not have a warehouse. They say only CASH! They person who delivers we found out does not work for the mattress company. They give you a time then don't show up. You trying to contact them, and they turn around and block you. Here is the phone # they use. Fatimah ******** 773-789-3350 and the driver phone # is 708-289-2812. They are unreliable and unprofessional. This is a big scam and needs to investigate by the police for the simple fact where are they getting these mattresses? Are they being stolen from somewhere since we can't come to their warehouse.
