I ordered a product online that it turns out is counterfeit. I requested a cancellation of my order immediately- but no reply. Directions were given for returning product- which I followed by emailing the address given and requesting a return label. No response.

I written to this company many times by email and through PayPal. They are using a fake website and are taking people money without sending the product they using a fake tracking system as well showing as if the product was delivered when it wasn't especially that you have cameras in front of your home I have wrote to PayPal and the company requesting my money back and nothing has been done I am extremely upset and would like to report this website I am not the only person that this has been done to.

Bought two pedicure massage chairs from Hummers Beauty. A real looking site with reviews and an address! They sent a receipt but no tracking information. They did send me an email saying the delivery date would be November 25th, Steve Walsh, Sales executive, 224-795-8000, www.hummersbeauty.com was used in that email. When they weren't delivered by the time they said they would be there they directed me to the "delivery company". "delivery company" said they would call when 30 minutes away, then they got into an accident and couldn't deliver the chairs. Soon to be found out it was a scam.

Ordered product online, Twice the shipping carrier "Better Trucks" misplaced the package. Searched google reviews for the business and it appears an overwhelming majority of receivers don't get their packages. An alarmingly high percentage of people to be specific. It would appear this shipping carrier rarely delivers packages. Potentially is a setup as a ring to steal from people. It does not seem possible in any world they can be so wildly unsuccessful doing what they are contracted to. Reviewers also note that delivery drivers frequently arrive at a destination and leave without an attempt to make a delivery and then their packages are gone and never delivered. Something isn't right with this business. They have been doing the same thing for years, it's not growing pains. They should not be able to continue to take receiver and vendors items by contract and continue to make these packages vanish? Where do they all end up?

It's incredible they are allowed to get away with this.

A family member in a Chicago recovery home tried to buy k2, an illegal substance in Illinois. The individual from the website tried to have a picture of a bank card sent for payment and ultimately got a cash app sent to his “friend” and then never responded. This website is frauding individuals and seemingly trying to sell k2 even in states where it is illegal. Hoping you can have something done as they are preying on desperate individuals.

I purchased a pair of shoes, t-shirt, and a button that I saw in a Facebook ad. I received an email with tracking information, but I never received the items. I emailed the company the other day regarding this. I was told that the items were delivered and that I should check with my local post office. The tracking information I looked at does not show that the items were delivered.

Advertising on Facebook Marketplace as Wayfair. It is not Wayfair.com, rather wayfairstyles.com and wayfairhomefurnish.com. Tons of people will be scammed by this. It needs to be taken down. BEWARE!!

Ordered a "colorful natural mineral mug" and received a shoddily painted mug seemingly made of resin. Attempted to post a review with pictures on the website, but the review was hidden. They only post five star reviews, and I suspect many of those reviews are fake. They claim to have A+ ScamPulse.com accreditation. Any attempts to contact them through e-mail have failed. They have no phone number.

I tried purchasing 2 vests made the payment and received error message saying payment did not go through, I checked my account and the charge was made. I tried contacting through their website and message would not load so I sent message through my personal email and it was returned.

I ordered two dresses through their website and received a shipment notification. However, the tracking number only says preparing for shipment even after two months (meaning the package hasn't even been sent yet, they just made a shipping label). After 1 month, I emailed support and spoke to two different people. The first person said the package was lost and they were sending a replacement. They said I would receive updated tracking information once it was sent. I never received updated information, so after a week or two I emailed again and spoke to the second person. She told me the package was in transit, however the tracking number in the app never changed and still said "preparing for shipment". I've been emailing support for a month now (2 months since I placed the order) and they just keep telling me it's on the way but not providing any proof. When I ask for more proof, they just tell me they're looking into it and then I never hear back unless I email again. They're just giving me the run around, but clearly have no intention to provide the merchandise I paid for.

Hello BBB,

I ordered 3 bags. They were advertised as being made from leather. I received my order in less than 10 days . When they arrived I discovered they were made of plastic. Not leather. I requested a refund and ask for return instructions.

I was given instructions to return the bags to CHINA. The bags were shipped from a distribution site in Franklin Park IL. The address is on the shipping package. I have attached the email conversations below. I don't want to keep the bags. I would like to ship them back to Franklin Park, IL NOT China.

Your instructions make no sense. How do I value the items shipping for over *** and claim the value of the items less than *** for

customs. My order was received in less than 10 days. So there is a warehouse in the US.

The Ad I ordered from said I had 30 days to return for a full refund.

I will write to the Better Business Bureau and forward your information to them.

The product was shown to be hand made by veteran in United States. When I got tracking information it was supposedly coming from Italy. When I finally got it, it had Chicago address. The supposedly hand made item was just 1/4 inch cheep plywood not the hand made of many pieces of hand carved wooden American flag that was shown on website. It also was supposedly 2 day shipping and was almost a month, and was money back guarantee. I reached out to return items as I had ordered 2. And was informed with the cost of shipping I would be better off to keep them and the quality of items was up to standard.

I made an order SEPTEMBER 17th. The order was given nearly 3 WEEKS to arrive I email the company asking about the delay, they mentioned they were having delays due to LARGE AMOUNTS of orders, I understand and had given them a little more time. After it already Been past 1 MONTH! I emailed again and was told they had "Logistic issues" I waited and later was Refused a refund and was told to wait. It is now NOVEMBER 5TH....NO REFUND NO PRODUCT.

I ordered same day delivery flowers and was notified hours later that my shipment would be late. After waiting on the phone for nearly an hour, I was informed that my order would be delivered two days later. I then attempted to cancel my order, and was repeatedly told I could not do so because it was "already accepted by the farm." I tried to cancel my order online, but the website said my order ID was invalid despite the fact that it was provided by the company via email, and they were able to find my order when I gave them the number over the phone. I called once again to cancel my order to no avail. Luckily I was able to get the charge cancelled through my bank.

I made a purchase for 3 items for $73.83 and received the items. I didn't care for the items and wanted to make a return for the last 2 weeks. I would email the company and they would reply with here's a ticket number or an updated ticket number. they told me I have to create account and make my return. So far, I have not been able to make the return and cant create an account to do so. These items are not what I expected. The packaging they came in showed the company name, Shapermint. But the tags on the items don't have the company name and the items don't show the company name on the product either. Just want to return and get a refund but its been a struggle every since.
