I placed an order for a hoodie from their website on 11/16/2023. I have yet to receive the item. They charged my credit card for the item on the day I made the purchase. I have since then emailed the contact email multiple times the last email being received back from them was 1/18/2024 tell me they would ship it out in the next two weeks. That never happened. It's always them telling me it will be a couple more weeks. At this point it has been almost three months when the initial shipping for the product when I ordered was 7-14 Business Days To Ship Plus an Additional 2-6 days of travel time. They are still selling the same item on their website with the same shipping time disclaimer. Even though almost 90 days later I have yet to receive my item.

Cheapgabrieli.com presented itself as a secondhand version of Gabrielitallit.com, so the lower pricing made sense in that context. I tried to purchase a tallit, or Jewish prayer shawl. Immediately after submitting my payment on PayPal, I received multiple receipts informing me I'd signed up for automatic payments, $** over 3 years, or $*** total. Nowhere on the website or on PayPal were automatic payments mentioned. Based on the seller info on PayPal, this appears to be a scam out of Italy, but who knows. The seller should have been in Israel. Reaching out to the email provided multiple times yielded no results. I opened a case on PayPal and through my bank. PayPal closed the case in my favor, but there has been no refund yet. My bank issued a new debit card and is still processing my case there. They caught me tripping.

They had an item on Facebook listed with an option of buy one get one free. I selected that option and paid for it. Everytime I contacted them about it they said it was on it's way. They provided me a tracking number and I looked it up and it say it was delivered but that impossible because it say delivered at two something in the morning and our carrier services do not deliver at that time. I also checked my front cameras for that time and date and nothing was delivered. Please help me.

Showed to be a Macy’s Outlet Store, where discounts were being offered. Purchased pair of shoes for $**. Have reached out to email ([email protected]) and received no response.

There is a legitimate clothing website called Queen of Sparkles. They make a variety of clothing, some related to college sports teams. I did a google search and it took me to queen-sparkles. They have pictures of the same items currently or have been available at the Queen of Sparkles site. I purchased a sweater online using my Nordstrom Visa card. I received an email receipt from the company and it looked a little suspicious. The purchase was made around 11:00 am on 1/18/24, and by 8:15 pm on the same day, the individuals used my credit card information to make 5-6 purchases totally over $****. I looked at my credit card statement and there was never a charge from this fraudulent company. They just took my card information and used it to make their personal purchases. This site should be taken down and the owners need to be prosecuted if you can truly determine who they are.

The items were described as a resale of official items, being sold at a sale price with discounts applicable. The website has a no refund policy on items bought on sale or with discount codes. I personally have a different version of a pair of sweatpants that i could compare the counterfeit item to. The fabric was thinner, drawstring aglets were shorter and put the design on with a piece of plastic. They also didnt have a product tag with care info as it should have. It also didnt come with the inclusions (making-of folded card and a photocard)

The second item was a shoulder bag that had the wrong zippers and a faulty zipper. The inclusions it came with were recreations as the included photo was postcard sized when it should have been 1/4th the size. It was also meant to come with a woven cloth bag but it came with a nonwoven cheap bag.

I received a pair of boots on December 17th, tried them on and found that they didn't fit. The website said refunds within 30 days, so I contacted them to return them and ask for a refund. They asked me to take a picture of me wearing the boots so they could see what the problem was. When I did that, they told me that they couldn't take them back because they had been worn. I sent a dispute to PayPal. After that, Orthofit sent me an address in California that I could return them to. I sent them back making sure that someone would have to sign for the package. They received it on January 2nd with someone named T. Li signing for the package. I was then informed that they have to fully inspect the package before giving a refund. In the meantime, PayPal closed my claim stating that the seller did everything correctly. I appealed the decision. Again PayPal closed the case for the same reason. I spoke to PayPal again, and they would look into possibly reopen my case. In the meantime, Orthofit fit has both my money and the boots.

I clicked the link to purchase Bath and body work candles for a discount price. I made a payment of $**.**. on 10/27/2023. I have not received the items. I reached out to the company via email. on November 19th, and they provided me an incorrect tracking number. No delivery service has this type of tracking #. I reached out again, and they informed me that it was delivered. and:

"If you have not received the package, please try to find your package in the following two ways:

1. Please contact your local post office and provide your name, address and tracking number: AM080841700CN .

2. Please check with your neighbours and family members and ask if they have signed the package for you."

Reached back out to them again via email, 2 days later after researching that they suggested failed.:

"Dear customers,

Sorry for the inconvenience,

I just checked your package information. Your package seems to be a small package. It may be that our warehouse staff sent you the wrong item. If this is the case we will resend you the correct item, but first we have to find your last package, can you recheck if you received it?"

Every correspondence with them has ended with them saying too bad.. you can't find it.

"we have lost a lot of money and we need you to find this package and we will send you the correct package."

After contacting them AGAIN and explaining that I can not locate the "package". Yesterday I got another response email :

"Dear customers,

sorry for the trouble

I'm sorry you didn't receive your package, it has indeed been delivered to your address, we would like to reimburse you 10% refund, we also lost the product and shipping cost that we shipped before, please understand?"

They had no intention on sending me anything. they took my money under the pretense of being an outsource for Bath & Body Works.

Facebook add for Hoka shoes at clearance price. Checked post for legitimate information. Placed my order. When I went to check for delivery information, the website came up unavailable. The amount of $79.95 was pulled out of my account from Theoduo Leggins Broomfiel Co Tran.

- Adel, IA, USA • Dec 28, 2023

Bought pants through the website. Says 100% American made. When I received you can tell the pants were made in a foreign country, most likely China. When reaching out to get information on how to return products that don't fit, was told the best they could do is 20% refund. Only replies to email in the middle of the night, I believe these individuals are in another country.

People are calling me, Matthew Ten Napel, at my personal cell: ***-***-****, and saying that they bought gift baskets from this website: https://basketcasegiftshop.com/. They're wondering where their baskets are and said that this number is linked to it. I do not have anything to do with this website or business. I have had 6 calls just today, 12/27/23, alone. I'd like to report them as scammers.

Thank you,

Matthew Ten Napel

There was an ad on facebook that was advertising clearance HOKA shoes with the HOKA logo. When I clicked it it still looked legit, I ordered one pair of shoes using my credit card and it charged my card for $50. After searching more since trying to track my "order" and was not saying anything except not shipped, I researched the name on the charge and it was not HOKA but was Theoduo Leggins LLC, which apparently is a known Hoka imposter.

Upon checking out with PayPal (charged to my Amex) for several Powder brand women's scarves on the powder.us.com website, a PayPal pop-up appeared prompting me to make payment. I clicked yes, thinking it was part of the check-out process. In fact, I have since learned from Powder UK that the website is a fraudulent imposter website. The real website is: https://www.powder-uk.com A repeating charge for $**   a day appeared on my Amex. I received what appeared to be a genuine PayPal receipt from the business. Payments to Heath Bayly [email protected] Payments for Plan For Order# ************ Amount to be paid each time $**.00 USD Billing cycle Daily Payments start November 27, 2023 Payments stop after cycle 1 The same day (Nov. 25, 2023), I contacted PayPal to notify them of the unauthorized transaction. Their claims department denied my claim. I have since written to them again and notified Amex as well.

King Crab advertised for special sale of King Crab Legs- 6 lbs. for $28.00 totaling $29.93 including taxes. It is supposed to be delivered in 48-72 hrs. I ordered on 10/13/23 using my Debit card. I had not received anything up to today's date 11/17/23. I contacted a number 4 times; all I got was a message with a link. When I clicked the link, nothing happened. I found the business that my bank paid on 10/13/23. The name of the payee was CORELUCKYA.com. I checked the email address and it seemed like it was really a SCAM. I know I will not recover my money since it was paid by my bank already(Debit Card). I just want to report this scammers. Hope they go out of business.

Thank you.

A scammer had set up a convincing duplicate website of Lowa shoes at lowabootseur.com. Allerted only by the thank you message we received after our purchase and found [email protected] in the verification message. The message had red flags all over. Reported and canceled the purchase with credit card company immediately. Stay alert people. Thanks for reporting in here as well. Already found this scammer doing airjordans and airflights as well.

WE GOT SCAMMED - PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The reviews on Trust Pilot and on their website are fake. We hired Web Verse Lab to build our website and it was a horrible experience. The 1st red flag is that they don't provide a clear contract for you to sign. We paid $0000 for our website- the overall design was poor and they ignored my initial requests. Then, I finally gave up and requested the website be transferred so I could make the rest of the changes. Initially, they told us the website transfer to our host would be free, then they wanted us to pay an additional $1440. Finally, after arguing with their aggressive sales reps, they sent us the raw website files to install ourselves- which we obviously do not have the experience to do since we are not web developers. This company abuses people who don't have web development knowledge and it needs to be investigated and shut down.
