I saw a add on ebay for Annabella hugs monkey an thought this was legit so I order what I though was going to be Annabelle hugs but got a ring instead. This was a birthday present for my soon to be 6 year old daughter an now I'm out of 47 dollars an she won't have her birthday present. I want my money back

Never received items. A month later tried to make transactions without my consent. Same company used different names to try to draw different amounts of money out of my account.

I was ordering gummies online from the faded fruit.com website. I received a text message asking me to sell the money to an email address.I should have known by that that it was a scam but I was trusting enough and went ahead and sent a Zell payment from my bank to the. Email address in the report here and obviously. They took my money and I have never gotten the product.

I ordered several items online from Curveladies, the pictures showed really nice clothing but what came looked like my grandmother's curtains. Poor quality and definitely not what I ordered. I tried to contact for a return and they sent me a message to ask what I wanted to return. I have emailed about 5 times with no response! I continue to email to ask for a return label and nothing. Total scam!

Ordered the gummies, realized was wrong dollar amount. Talked with customer service and order was canceled or so I thought. Today they took another 198 out of my account, spoke with representative and that was refunded. I’m trying to get first amount refunded

I paid for a dress on a website called ManhattanDress.com. My credit card was charged, but I never received the dress. It was first pending, and then the charge went away. But when I checked my statement today, the charge went through. I tried to call the number of the merchant listed under the charge, and the number was out of service. I believe this website is impersonating a brick and mortar store that goes by the same name, Manhattan Dress, that's located in NYC. I believe they also have fake social media profiles, which is why I thought the company was reputable.

I purchased a pair of panties that I was charged twice for because PayPal sent me a message that the first purchase didn't go through. The next day both charges showed up on my checking account. I emailed them immediately so they could pull one from the delivery but they emailed me back & said it was too late. I gave them plenty of time to pull it. Shady.

I ordered clothes vía a FB ad for Curveladies. Got the items but nothing was wearable. The clothing was made incorrectly, fabric was twisted up, sizing was totally off, nothing was as described. I asked for a return via emailing the company. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks now and all they say to me after making me wait 3-4 days is that all they can do is offer me $10, or $20 refund and a coupon to shop with them again and they tell me to keep the clothing. Then they say, don’t worry if you’d like to return the items we will send instructions in a further email and then They never do. So I will message back and they give me a new ‘compensation’ offer which is a fraction of what I paid and I wanted to return all the items.

My stepdaughter ordered an order of the shoes with the rollers for $**.** plus shipping. She received an order #1916, it has been a few weeks and now she has never heard anything about the order, shipping, etc. She has tried emailing them and calling the number they provided and I did as well, we received no information in return and the number isn't a valid number. She has filed a report with her bank in hopes they will return her money since this was apparently a scam website

The scamer claimed to be selling a baby carrier but they have only copied from the true owner of this baby carrier and are not selling what they claim

Order was placed online, to complete order you needed to send payment via cashapp. I did that. I was in contact with the guy, and he said ok, got it. I'll send you tracking info.... I never got tracking info. When I reached out to him, he said I would need to send another 650 asap or the package would be returned. When I declined, I never heard from him again.

I paid for a dress that took 6 weeks and when I received it it was 2 sizes too big. I emailed them and they told me to keep it because it would take too much to ship back. The grammar and spelling was awful in the email back to me.

I made my purchase on 1-21-23 and I never received it! I have been blocked from tracking my order or even signing into the website where I made the purchase! They're being very secretrative and unhelpful!

Went to website, added products to cart, called number to pay, they texted back to pay through Venmo, paid @Kimberly-Gray-263, never received the products and now won’t pay me back. Ignoring calls and texts.

I ordered from an ad on Facebook a 5ft bean bag chair for my son for a Christmas gift on December 8, 2022. I received confirmation and an order number in an email and was told another email would be sent with tracking. That email never came, after a few days I emailed them trying to locate my package. I never received an email back. As of December 22, 2022 I emailed them again telling them they needed to cancel the beanbag and refund my money. I filed a claim with my bank and they looked into it. Still hadn't heard anything from them and when I went to their website there was an error and it wouldn't show up. Now February 9, 2023 my bank told me they got proof that the item was shipped and delivered and gave me the info they were sent from CBeanbag, which included a tracking number from UPS. I looked up that tracking number and it said an item weighing 2.8lbs was delivered to a Roy, somewhere in my city. I again tried emailing Cbeanbag at their customer service email and it was undeliverable saying its an undeliverable email address. I have been in contact with my bank and am trying to be in contact with this company again to get that refund. They have their website back up. People need to know its a scam and they will not receive their product. Their website says they are out of Chicago, but the info my bank received says they are out of Salem New Jersey. I messaged them on Facebook back in December as well, then their Facebook page was gone as well.

I saw the ad on snapchat, a deal for buy one get one free. I ordered two XS items and received the two items in size L. I contacted the seller and they said to send it back in exchange for the correct size but that I was responsible for shipping costs. That does not make any sense since they were the ones that made the mistake. I would have to send it overseas which would be higher shipping costs. They said they do not provide a shipping label for returns/exchanges which I find odd. The seller seems sketchy and I couldn’t find real reviews online about them. Thank you.
