A shipment from order was sent 12/4 is on the way. The tracking number that was given to me doesn’t work. I viewed past complaints and the item that I ordered will not be as pictured. People received plastic bags instead of plastic bins. There is no phone number listed. There is a 30 day refund process but it have been past 30 days and I have nothing. I sent emails requesting my refund and received no response. The company doesn’t list an address, country or phone number where my items are coming from.

I saw an ad for this product on social media and I ordered it as a gift. It was placed about a month ago and I’ve received no further information about my order. I emailed them asking for a refund and they sent an automated email back saying their email list is long and they would respond, but they haven’t. I’ve also seen hundreds of comments on their Instagram of people having the same experience.

I ordered a customized bracelet for my mother. I sent them the picture I wanted on the inside of the necklace bead and got noticed that this product would take 7-15 business days to be manufactured. The 15 days have passed and I have not received a tracking number confirmation email.

I was looking for an engine for my vehicle online found the website mentioned. Thought I check out the website thoroughly, Google it, asked a friend to look at it. Bought a used engine from the website and never received it. A man with a Indian accent named Robert answered I told him I needed my money back because I didn't receive the product. He advised me to wait 3-5 business days for my money to be returned and nothing.

12/8; Paid for furniture that I never received. When I contacted the seller on 12/24 for updated shipping info they informed me that their tracking system was down. When I reached out again, they informed me that my items had been delivered in or at my mailbox on 12/17. When I denied receipt they suggested that I contact the post office. I'm so disappointed and disgusted

They have multiple social media platforms and Ads everywhere so I thought it was reputable to purchase from. However I wished I checked their comments on social media before purchasing. I purchased 1 necklace early December. Never received any confirmation that they started making it so I thought I could cancel it bc I was getting nervous it wouldn’t be shipped in time.

I checked their social media day before Christmas and there were many who complained they never got their order. Customers who bought as far as October still never got fulfilled or started production yet. That makes no sense, there’s no actual customer service team responding or no email response.

My grandmother bought a patio set with a fire pit and she received some knock-off Ray-Bans that are clearly fake. Upon emailing the company, they told her she would have to mail back the “expensive” Ray-Bans and then they would issue the refund. She told them she would mail them back when she received the original item she purchased or her refund and they told her they would only refund 10% of the price she paid and she could keep the fake sunglasses since the customs charges would make it more expensive on them to get the items back. These are $15 knock off Ray-Bans.

Found a place on Facebook where my daughter could meet and greet with monkeys. Bought a gift certificate for $146 but never received a gift certificate. The phone number listed is not valid to a business and when I emailed regarding a date for this to happen after purchasing a gift certificate, I was cursed out and was not able to set up an appointment as This was a scam.

Now I can’t contact the seller by email I've tried numerous times I also tried contacting the website numerous times I've sent emails to both the seller and website. The contact information isn’t working now the email’s are not getting delivered now the contact phone number is disconnected. I don’t want anyone else to get scammed by this website they have numerous products on the site. When i go to the website and login it shows that I have 4 orders for the same product 1 is paid for and complete the order 3 are pending they are trying to charge me 4 times for the same product luckily I only added a certain amount to my PayPal account for the PlayStation 4.

I bought an svg bundle from the site and when I tried to open the files on the shared Google doc, I no longer had access to them. The company was paying people to promote their site in Facebook groups. I'm not the only one it has happened to.

This website appears legitimate, but provides internal “tracking numbers” and goods that vaguely show they move multiple times a day for weeks, but then when using the provided USPS tracking number, they show they still have not received the item more than 2 weeks after purchase and after the item is marked as shipped.

Fraudulently logged into my Michaels.com account in which my debit card was saved and purchased $***.** of product and shipped directly to her location. By the time I realize and attempted to cancel the order it was too late.

Suspect has stolen my PII including my email, address, first and last name and has it listed on her order from Michaels.com. Suspect has also obtained and used my Debit/Checking card information.

Ad for on cloud shoes popped up on my Facebook feed, once clicked it showed the shoes on sale for deeply discounted prices, a purchase went through for two pairs for $99. Once a confirmation email came through and wound up in my spam folder I knew it was fraudulent. Tracking number won’t work, an email for some random person is the business email and the charge on my card is from a strange name with a Venmo account

The item purchased was a mini refrigerator for $69.98. the website looks normal to a normal person, but when you purchase from them they charge your card the amount shown for the purchase and states they are in Illinois, but the shipping information shows it's in China, and then after acouple days you don't get a notification about your package through your email or phone number, you have to check the tracking website that they could have possibly made up as well and it will say it was delivered somewhere in New Jersey. Since the contact information was fake they don't contact you back and when you try to call the number, it rings but nobody picks up and it just goes to voice mail meaning they probably just made a burner number to make it seem legit, they dont include things like customer or product reviews.

They purported to have CCI small arms primers #500 and I ordered 3000 at $250. Their representative, Yau Richard Mam I, said because PayPal will not handle any firearms related purchases that I should send them a gift card which I did. Then he tells me he needs me to send $100 shipping insurance which I did in 2 $50 gift cards. Then he tells me that those cards wouldn't work and to send a $100 card which I did. Then he tells me that didn't work and to send another. I checked and all three gift cards are zeroed out. The website is [email protected], their address is 206 156th pl, Calumet City, IL 60409, their phone # is 773-808-7499,
