DopeBoo.com has a very legit looking website operating fairly smoothly just like any other site. They offer up products and even work with a shipping program to help you keep track when they ship. I just ran across them during google search and they were one of the top results. They offered a product I couldn't find anywhere else, it was sold out else where, and for just a small mark up. I took advantage of my "lucky day" and now 6 business days later I am still waiting on said product. I attempted to reach out to them via phone, and listed on their support page is the number (833)-399-0633. The next number listed on their site when you go to another page is 832-426-3658...that's a Houston area code, but regardless what number I find NONE of them work. The "chat" bot for support on the site is non-operational as well.

After starting the process of disputing the transaction I do a google search for them to come across reviews from multiple people who have not received word or anything from customer service. Those that do reach them have to spend weeks running around and still end up having to dispute it on their credit cards. When going to their site you can go to the shipping page and notice it hasn't been updated since 2021. They are a VERY WELL looking scam company. I don't care what y'all do as in punishment, but if you can at least take the site down so people stop ordering from them I think would be best. I don't know how these things work but they are just taking money at this point and not shipping anything.

Here is the review I just posted for them, it explains my situation.

So my boyfriend tried to order an arrangement for me as a gift for my first day back to classes, paid for the expedited shipping and everything. I had NO idea about the gift (keep this in mind) I was told yesterday my "surprise" was coming. NOTHING. So he called and they said it was delayed until today before 6pm. It is 7:21pm as I am writing this. They did not give him a refund for the shipping costs first off. So today, again, nothing is delivered, BUT now it says "hand delivered" like what? I was home all day and nothing came? It wasn't anywhere outside. So my boyfriend calls multiple times and each time it is another excuse. First it is "our delivery driver is not answering" then its "this is a hard job sorry" and on and on and on like what? Keep in mind I still did not know what the gift was, and it was explained to the lady who THEN called me (my boyfriend was talking to her as well) that it was a surprise. SHE THEN CALLS ME AND ASKS ME IF IF I HAD GOTTEN ANY FLOWERS TODAY. Like, really? You can't believe the person who ordered from you? I got the surprise completely ruined, and ZERO flowers came to my house. My boyfriend is doing a chargeback as we speak. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They literally don't know how to run a company. Let these bad reviews speak for themselves.

Product was market on Facebook with good reviews and pictures of the product. The product was a custom bracelet that has circle picture. There was an email was sent out for confirmation. After the confirmation, the email also said that were short staff and package will delayed. I sent an email after waiting for over a month with no confirmation of shipping. An email was sent back stating they were still short staff and the package will be sent on January 18 and email will be sent out for confirmation and tracking info. On the 18th, package was not sent and no email was sent to me for confirmation.

They advertised a large bean bag chair on Facebook for $89.00 but never received it.

Two lights were bought from cleanlino.com. They products arrived visibly not functional, cheaply made, broken. After weeks of back and forth they sent me a return label via UPS - I sent the products back in their original packaging. They were received by Cleanlino November 11, 2022. They have not refunded my money or replied to any of my communication. They have disappeared. Searching for Cleanlino reviews online shows me that nearly everyone that has interacted with this company has been scammed.

unigrade.com purports to be an online electronics retailer however I've found many discrepancies that make them look very suspicious.

On this page they're offering a pre-order for a graphics card. Something that no other retailers are offering right now due to high demand and limited stock. How did this small no-name retailer secure enough stock to open pre orders? They're also offering the product for well under MSRP of $999.

https://unigrade.com/shop/gpus-video-graphics-cards/sapphire-nitro-radeon-rx-790... />
Their About Us page is also suspicious. They give an office address but not a floor/room number. I looked up the address and it's an office building in Chicago. Their warehouse address, according to Google Street View, is a 1-story building that looks like a self-storage warehouse. Not at all the three-story warehouse on their website. Speaking of that photo, Google reverse image search shows that they got it from sonicelectronix.com. They just flipped it and then cropped it to cover up the backwards text.

I signed up for an account on their website but after several hours I have not received a confirmation email to finish setting up my account.

Finding online reviews for this website is difficult. The following google search turned up no results:

"unigrade.com" site:reddit.com

I searched directly on reddit and was able to find two users talking about the site. They seem to do nothing but talk about unigrade and some other site called proxy-store. Very suspicious that they do nothing but shill for unigrade and proxy-store. Also they never refer to the websites as .com. Always "unigrade, com", "unigrade com", "unigrade;com". So that explains why "unigrade.com" didn't turn up any search results.

So in conclusion, I've found nothing incriminating but a lot suspicious. Enough that I thought it was within my civic duty to report it to a higher authority.

I've attached screenshots in case their website gets taken down sometime between now and when this case is reviewed.

I searched for a florist in Francestown, NH. What came up was the Blossom Florist indicating they were from Francestown, NH. Apparently they are not located there - Blossom comes up for any town/state you input.

The arrangement delivered was totally different than what was ordered. After many conversations with the company with no resolution, I went to my credit card and was reimbursed for the costs. I'm listing this since I wouldn't want other individuals to be so disappointed.

I'm fairly good at determining a scam site, but this one looked legit. The wesbite looks amazing compared to others! The phone number provided was from NY so I thought it was a company in the USA. I went ahead and ordered a pair of boots for Christmas. Immediatly got a receipt from my paypal coming from a company called "Smart Vaccuum Sealer". I emailed immediatly after seeing this the company and never heard a response. Thought I was scammed. 1 month later I got my boots and thought "phew.. alls good". Boots came from China and had a nasty smell to them. AND they didn't fit so i went back online to start the return process. That's where I was scammed. I never heard back from anyone regarding how to return, even though their website said I should hear back within a day or two. I tried 3x and called the number which went straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail and emailed for the return multiple times and no one ever got back to me. So now I'm stuck with stinky boots that I won't wear. Everything about this company seems legit, and I'm thankful I guess that I even GOT a product but once you get your product you better like it because you're stuck with it! BEWARE!

I ordered a large Nativity Set from Justin Trading Company. It was supposed to be made of wood and stand 50” tall. I received ( 2 months later) a card board set about 18” tall.

I ordered a customized bracelet for my mother. I sent them the picture I wanted on the inside of the necklace bead and got noticed that this product would take 7-15 business days to be manufactured. The 15 days have passed and I have not received a tracking number confirmation email.

I saw an ad for this product on social media and I ordered it as a gift. It was placed about a month ago and I’ve received no further information about my order. I emailed them asking for a refund and they sent an automated email back saying their email list is long and they would respond, but they haven’t. I’ve also seen hundreds of comments on their Instagram of people having the same experience.

A shipment from order was sent 12/4 is on the way. The tracking number that was given to me doesn’t work. I viewed past complaints and the item that I ordered will not be as pictured. People received plastic bags instead of plastic bins. There is no phone number listed. There is a 30 day refund process but it have been past 30 days and I have nothing. I sent emails requesting my refund and received no response. The company doesn’t list an address, country or phone number where my items are coming from.

12/8; Paid for furniture that I never received. When I contacted the seller on 12/24 for updated shipping info they informed me that their tracking system was down. When I reached out again, they informed me that my items had been delivered in or at my mailbox on 12/17. When I denied receipt they suggested that I contact the post office. I'm so disappointed and disgusted

I was looking for an engine for my vehicle online found the website mentioned. Thought I check out the website thoroughly, Google it, asked a friend to look at it. Bought a used engine from the website and never received it. A man with a Indian accent named Robert answered I told him I needed my money back because I didn't receive the product. He advised me to wait 3-5 business days for my money to be returned and nothing.

They have multiple social media platforms and Ads everywhere so I thought it was reputable to purchase from. However I wished I checked their comments on social media before purchasing. I purchased 1 necklace early December. Never received any confirmation that they started making it so I thought I could cancel it bc I was getting nervous it wouldn’t be shipped in time.

I checked their social media day before Christmas and there were many who complained they never got their order. Customers who bought as far as October still never got fulfilled or started production yet. That makes no sense, there’s no actual customer service team responding or no email response.
