Went to website, added products to cart, called number to pay, they texted back to pay through Venmo, paid @Kimberly-Gray-263, never received the products and now won’t pay me back. Ignoring calls and texts.

I ordered from an ad on Facebook a 5ft bean bag chair for my son for a Christmas gift on December 8, 2022. I received confirmation and an order number in an email and was told another email would be sent with tracking. That email never came, after a few days I emailed them trying to locate my package. I never received an email back. As of December 22, 2022 I emailed them again telling them they needed to cancel the beanbag and refund my money. I filed a claim with my bank and they looked into it. Still hadn't heard anything from them and when I went to their website there was an error and it wouldn't show up. Now February 9, 2023 my bank told me they got proof that the item was shipped and delivered and gave me the info they were sent from CBeanbag, which included a tracking number from UPS. I looked up that tracking number and it said an item weighing 2.8lbs was delivered to a Roy, somewhere in my city. I again tried emailing Cbeanbag at their customer service email and it was undeliverable saying its an undeliverable email address. I have been in contact with my bank and am trying to be in contact with this company again to get that refund. They have their website back up. People need to know its a scam and they will not receive their product. Their website says they are out of Chicago, but the info my bank received says they are out of Salem New Jersey. I messaged them on Facebook back in December as well, then their Facebook page was gone as well.

I saw the ad on snapchat, a deal for buy one get one free. I ordered two XS items and received the two items in size L. I contacted the seller and they said to send it back in exchange for the correct size but that I was responsible for shipping costs. That does not make any sense since they were the ones that made the mistake. I would have to send it overseas which would be higher shipping costs. They said they do not provide a shipping label for returns/exchanges which I find odd. The seller seems sketchy and I couldn’t find real reviews online about them. Thank you.

I ordered two of the "bonding comforters" they advertise. In two separate transactions on February 17. They have never arrived and the USPS tracking number they emailed me was fake. I dug into them on the internet and discovered so many others that had been scammed by them. Zoberlo has stolen photos and videos for their site and "products" from a reliable company called Hippie Joey. You purchase from Zoberlo and either receive nothing, like me, or you receive a cheap piece of fabric that isn't at all what is advertised let alone safe or suitable to be used as a carrier for a child. Here is the reddit that goes into detail:

The company "Radical Ave" was advertising on social channels. I saw an ad on Tik Tok and clicked the link as they sell canvas wall art from feature films and I was in the market for that product. The ad included a discount if an order was placed within a window of time. The ad linked out to their website where I purchased $483.82 worth of their product. I received an email with order number 35240. This order was placed on August 26, 2022. After six weeks with no update, I emailed the [email protected] address. This was the only place I could find contact info for the company.

I received an automated email replay saying there were shipping delays due to supply chain issues. I waited another month and emailed again. This time someone responded and said they couldn't give me an updated shipping date but would give me 60% off if I wanted to place an additional order. I was also told that no refunds are available for any reason.

I continued to email about every two weeks and would get automated responses. After five months, I emailed again and said that I would file a complaint with the ScamPulse.com and try to get a refund from my bank. After this and similar follow-up emails, I am now getting no response.

I found out that because this was purchased with a debit card, I can't get a refund, so I'm out almost 500 dollars.

I can't believe that companies like Facebook and TikTok would be allowed to sell advertising to companies that may or may not be real. This is extremely frustrating.

Unable to reach anyone for a refund or order confirmation. The company is happy to call you to take an order, but won't discuss the status or details of any orders already made. Especially if you want a refund.

This company is a scam. They deliver their item and claim easy return but there website does not allow you to contact them. They don’t respond to their chat items on their website. They do not honor their return policy. Their product is subpar. I returned it to the address on the package that was delivered, but never got an acknowledgment.

I believe this scammer is the same people running dealsxs.com. The address listed for Overhalfsale.com is the address of a coworking space. The address listed for Dealsxs.com is actually a UPS storefront. Both are located in St Charles, Illinois and only 1.5 miles from each other. Both websites pose as a e-commerce site selling a variety of items including the USPS stamps I had been seeking. Please catch this person. I had entered my info but then got the sense that something was fishy and backed out. I promptly got an email offering me 15% off of the contents of the cart. At first, I thought the website was a kind of marketplace like eBay, mercari but realized that it was not. The thing that tipped me off was the address of these supposedly two separate retailers. They were both located in St Charles, Il. The stamps have been sold out for months so I knew it was not possible to get them back in stock but dealsxs.com said they would have them back in stock 2/10 so I backed off. Then I found overhalfsale.com selling the same stamps for around the same price.

I placed an order on January 7th for a shoe rack. It was on sale for $27.96 and was supposed to be shipped in 4-7 days. Unfortunately I was unaware that it was coming from China. I found out on January 10th that it was being shipped. I attempted to contact the seller but they had no phone number on their site. I emailed them to cancel my order and they never responded. Today, I received ear muffs instead of the shoe rack!!!! I attempted to email them using the email address that is listed for their customer service and it is a non working email address!
