Online Retailer Scam Reports & Reviews (1678)

They said they were a Wal-Mart representative and that i won a TV but just pay shipping and handling for 5 dollars. I thought it was a scam, so i used a credit card, because im insured for this reason. Its sad you cant trust anyone or anything. Our country is going to ****!!! So instead of taking 5 dollars, they took 49.97. Im unemployed right now and this totally ******!

I purchased an item online with this company only for them to send me an email 3 days later informing me my order was cancelled and will be refunded. After weeks passed I noticed I didn’t receive my refund. I reached back out to the company and they kept informing me they sent the refund. So 30 days go by and I’m still reaching out to the company and no one has responded to show proof or evidence that they issued the refund.

Navigatefp is a scam company. Fake website only used to steal credit card info. After attempting to make a purchase online, it linked my card with Apple Pay. Scammer then used Apple Pay to make a fraudulent purchase (I noticed right away and reported the fraudulent charge and canceled the credit card). The site doesn't even give you a fake confirmation email of your purchase.

They advertised a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Phone for $69.99. It was due to arrive the 7th - 15th of July. Well once the time frame passed and no phone came of course I emailed the company. When they responded of course they said it was delivered and provided a tracking number. I in turn checked with my local post office and they said they delivered it. Well I returned home and it clicked. I did in fact receive a package on the 7th that was some $10 headphones. I emailed the company again and sent photo evidence of what I got. They in turn tried 3 times to get me to accept a lesser refund and keep the headphones. I emphatically told them no! They either need to send my phone or give me a full refund. Then they told me the phone was sold out but were still advertising it on the internet. After some going back and forth they finally agreed to my full refund and I did receive it. When I threatened to report them to the ScamPulse.com they refunded my money.

So my problem is they are setting out to defraud people from the start and although I got my money back, I know everyone doesn't. I'm attempting to protect others by making this report.

Hello

This store is selling counterfeit products printing them as a dropshipper in China and stealing art from my friends and family, and lately I even see a printing of taylor swift on his website.

You can check other people complaints about him : https://nz.trustpilot.com/review/numeralpaint.com?sort=recency&stars=1

When I initially called the company to find out what my charges were going to be since they did not show this I was told that I would be charged an additional 94.00 in addition to the total of the products which was 40.53. They also told me that I was signed up for a monthly subscription of over 200.00. I advised them that I did not want the subscription but was told that I would have to wait until after I received the initial products in order to cancel the subscription. When the cost of the products (40.53) cleared I called the bank and cancelled my card and ordered a new card so that they could not get another 94.00. When I called them again to cancel the subscription they told me that I needed to call my bank to release the 94.00 that I agreed to pay (which I did not). I again advised them that I wanted to cancel the subscription. They again told me that the subscription could not be cancelled and that I would be receiving more products and that I still owed them 94.00. I advised them that I would refuse delivery of any further products and that I was not going to pay them 94.00.

Looking for a shed and the website comes up with multiple shed designs. Once you select the option and go to check out it gives you and option for after pay. Then the next day someone by the name of Maria sent a email stating that the shed would be delivered on Friday with no specific on what time. I have attached the email as well as the receipt. Please alert people that this is a scam.

I saw a Facebook ad for Hold Topic. They were selling mid-drift shirts with Taylor Swift song quotes. I purchased 2 for 50.47. It took 2 weeks, and when they arrived, the letters were falling off one. I wrote requesting a new shirt. They said they had to receive the damaged one and I have to pay the return shipping even though their item was damaged. Then, they said buy a new one and they’ll refund the shirt when they get it back or keep it and they’ll take first 15 percent, then 20 percent off the damaged one. They insist I pay return shipping, which I won’t do bc that’s not right. I just wanted a new shirt which they will not send to me. I also started a case with PayPal and the responder for the company seems like a bot bc I wrote what was wrong in detail with pictures and they still are asking what is wrong. I attached a pic of the letters falling off- a t, an l. Another t is coming off from the bottom.

PromStyle used false advertisement in order to sell clothing. The clothing they deliver looks absolutely nothing like the clothing that is displayed on the website. The clothing they delivered is cheap and falling apart upon arrival and does not fit the description on the website. When asked for a refund they only offer 10% of what was paid for the item. I bought a dress for $70.88 and they are only offering $7. I requested to return it and they are now ignoring my emails. This place is an absolute scam.

There's a company in the Netherlands called Capax Europe, a legit company, their legal name is CECS BV. Someone created a website called cecsbv.com and is pretending to be Capax Europe, his phone number is +31 97010210360.

He offers goods at great prices and then requests a deposit when placing the order, which is normal practice in this industry. Once you send the money the game is over.

He pretends to be Tristan Kramer who is the owner of Capax Europe.

I ordered the shorts the middle of May, I have sent several emails all stating that I had not received my order

Every reply was" be patient, they are on the way, they were delivered, we will resend them. When I look back over my PayPal account there information is not even a listed in my payment history. I definitely used PayPal in case of a situation like this.

My order was approximately 43-45 dollars. This is the email included in my replys ?2023?7?13??? 07:53??:
