US Postal service stamps at discounted price. I selected stamps and proceeded with payment. Email confirmation went to my spam. Took a closer look at the email composition and realized I had just been "had" contacted my credit union immediately. they did not see a contact phone number. looked at the description on my account and knew I fell into a scam. Cancelled my card. Amount is pending; may fall off, may not. Called phone number 626-662*0002 no answer just rings

I ordered merchandise from this website in late May. I expected the order to take up to 9 weeks, as they do specify that length of time on their website and social media accounts. After waiting over 9 weeks, I inquired through email about my order. They did not respond to my numerous emails; however, they did respond once, though I was not satisfied with the reply. I received a notification that my order was going to ship on August 7th - there was tracking information available in this status update. Since August 7th, my purchase has been in pre-shipment. They still are not responding to my emails, nor has my item shipped. I am growing increasingly frustrated with their lack of communication. Their website states that it can take up to 72 hours to respond to support emails; however, they haven't responded at all.

Finally received said pants 3mos after purchase. Size and quality was not at all what was being advertised.

I’ve emailed 25 days straight asking for refund information.

All emails are canned with zero reply for resolution. There is no customer service phone number to call.

I ordered a case of gelato in Jan 2023 and never received the order. I requested a refund of the money I paid for product and shipping and my final communication with the owner he refused to issue a refund. I have a text message exchange which the owner indicated I will get me refund and he later indicated he will not be issuing the refund.

I purchased Office 2021 Professional plus life time product for $34.99. After installing the product, I was not able to activate with the product key provided. Used the internet and phone method to activate. But I wasn't able to . I tried to contact via phone, and chat from the website. Number is disconnected and not chat response. I was able o reach the support team by chat and used the link provided by them to activate. Did not work. I emailed them and now I get a response saying that it over 30 days of purchase.

I purchased some items from this website thinking it was Buy Buy Baby. Just noticed its a scam to consumers with your business name.

Placed order. It never arrived. They could not provide USPS tracking info. Said the package was delivered. It was not. I have video proof and all mail goes to a secured room in the building. They provided no proof of delivery. Then proceeded to go back and forth with me via email and different names every time trying to not refund my money, Then they continued to barter the refund %. Then when i threatened litigation they accepted the full refund request. Then they didn't provide confirmation of refund action . Then they said it didn't go through and they'll do it again and it become all too obvious that they were prepared to keep doing this over and over again as long as it took until I gave up. So i reported them to my bank and now I am reporting them to BBB.

I ordered an appetite suppressant gummy based on an add that it was $59.99 for 3 bottles and they were offering 2 free bottles with your first order. I was charged $59.99 and then another $199.88 I complained and was told they were sorry for any misunderstanding and would credit me $90 (never received). I sent them a follow up email and never heard back. I told them I wanted to send back the second shipment that again charged me another $199.88 and was never responded to as well. I now have emailed their Support team 5 times with no response. I am reporting them to my bank as a scam in an attempt to recoup some of the funds, but they stated because I voluntarily gave my payment information they would not be able to get my refund. I want the funds returned and any future packages discontinued.

Please assist. Thank you ****** ******** ****************************

This appears to be a scam site. It is imitating the Christmas Tree Shops that are going out of business.

They were advertising on Facebook under the name of Christmas Tree Shops and my wife entered identifing information along with credit card information.

It takes you to ebiameg.shop instead of the Christmas Tree Shop website that has been discontinued since they went out of business.

There are many other websites marking this site as a scam.

On 7/15 I made an order for two solar units, the money was taken out of my credit card, but as of today I have not received any notice when it would be shipped. In fact I have received nothing about my order. I went to their website and all I can see is shower stuff, nothing about solar equipment.

What I ordered from was not this website but an ad that popped up on a webpage, which was offering solar generators at 90% off from your company.

After I had found what I wanted and pushed the pay button it went to a page saying something was not right and sent me back to the pay page so I pushed pay again and the same thing, nothing. So I thought that nothing went through, until I checked my bank card and found that wisolahel took out the money for two solar unit.

I am thinking this could be a scam for I have not heard anything or received anything, have sent five emails, no answer.

Product was not the same as advertised, poor quality and sizing was not even close.

Initially tried to purchase a firearm (very good price) but something seemed off i sent my military credentials for a discount and personal information and wanted to purchase and the only available payment methods were zelle or applepay. Seemed suspicious but i went with it until the zelle request was to be paid to a Jordan Houston. And this felt extremely suspicious.

I purchased 3 pairs of thigh high compression stockings from Presadee for $150. I received them & they were too big, I emailed Presadee to see if I could exchange them. They emailed back & said to return the stockings that were too large & they would replace them with a smaller size. I insured the package when I returned the stockings to them, and was notified by the post office a few days later that it had been delivered. I waited a couple of weeks, but didn't receive the replacement. I've contacted them a half dozen times with no response. I waited a week or more for a response each time I emailed. They do not have a customer service number that I can find. It's been months since this happened. The attempts to contact them occurred over many, many months. Because of the length of time between the original purchase & the many attempts at contacts, it was too late to challenge the purchase with my credit card company. I've got copies of all of the emails I sent them & their response to me after I contacted them initially. I made the purchase directly from their website, but they also sell on Amazon & Walmart, so it may be possible for you to contact them through one of those merchants. I would like my $150 back.

Purchased Weber grill via lilys.se

Payed with PayPal

Transaction proceeded

Received a cancellation of Paypal transaction by Buyer (not initiated by buyer)

Follow-up email gave link to donate money to entity.

They’re selling virtual items for a relatively “cheap” price for a gaming platform called Roblox. Upon contacting, the individual will ask the person to friend them on “Discord” upon so, they will start to guilt trip the buyer with stories about being scammed and having payments bounce back. The user will then fake their base of operation and will continue to attempt the buyer into doing things without their knowledge. For example, if they buyer rarely used an online service payment they’ll convince them to use an option that wouldn’t help them getting their money back. (PayPal: Friends and Family) if it fails the seller will show alternative options which still include an online source of payment that wouldn’t help the individual getting their money back. Once the buyer takes the bait, the scammer will convince the individual to give them access to their accounts for “just in case” the buyer bounces back the payment, if the person is hesitant they will bring back the times they got scammed and will further attempt to guilt trip them. Once the scammer got what they need, they’ll block the person, deny any claims to their accountability and will insist the person did it out of their own will. They will also steal the individual’s roblox account since they’ve guilt trip them into giving their info. Will further steal anything of value and will banned their account. Anything involving third parties will be associated with the individual.

There's 2 company names.

Cake and Americacourierlogistics.

First I thought i purchased cake bars from cake, she hits different, aid for it through zelle135 dollars, then I get call from americacourierlogistics asking for 350 for a label stamp, said they cant deliver unless I pay. So I did pay 350,then I get a call from a 3rd party saying he haas my package, but won't deliver unless I pay him 150 dollars.

Scammer advertised on Facebook to Disabled Veterans and Seniors. Buy this Foot Massager to relieve all your Aches and Pains. They took my money instantly. a month later a Black Trash Bag, covered with green Algae arrived by USPS. I had to use gloves to open it. Inside was a Flattened box with some Flattened parts. All I had was an E-Mail address and they refuse to refund my money. The Bank has tried to contact them with no success.

Just my account number

There was an ad on Facebook Marketplace for a special sale on Stanley mugs (which are quite pricey) for $5.99 plus shipping ($9.99 standard, more for express). The website was sponsored on Marketplace, so I clicked. The website looked like the Stanley website, except the contact information and URL were very strange. I’ve attached a photo of the “contact us” page which shows the “company” information as well as the URL on the bottom. I did not go through with the purchase, but wanted to report the site as was recommended when I searched Google for “Stanley outlet mug scam.”

This is a company I have used in 2018 and 2019. I loved their products and ordered again in 2023. After abput two weeks of waiting for my product to arrive or at least ship I requested information about why I had not received my item or even shipping information about my item. They didn’t even get my name right in the response email and only said it would be shipped “ASAP”. After that I started looking online and found COUNTLESS claims of this happening to other people. Some waiting months!

I had to submit a dispute with my bank. Almost two months later I still have not received any response or package from them.
