I am stunned having come on this to find others in the same position. I have been scammed for £26 for 3 charging cables. It's sad many of us have been scammed by callous high tech thiefs who have cunningly used in apps adverts to pull in people to steal from.

Hey I see I have been scammed, I'm going to see if cc company can get a refund, I have my trace numbers date was charged. I did get an email saying I would receive my order but... as of today i do not have. Order placed on 7/2/2020 this is long enough. why do they need a photo? Where's their photo.

I bought the cords 3 for the price of 2 having seen them on Instagram including a video so I thought to advertise on there I was safe. The money went out straight away but here we are 9th August and nothing. No response to my inquiries asking what has happened to my purchase. I was charger over. £20 so clearly they’re making an awful lot of money on this scam. Where do you complain to? People need to be warned!

I purchased phone cords on July 26,2020 5 of them and have not received. I now see it’s a scam. After reading the comments. My fault I should have known better. Live and learn. Bought these for grand kids since they break them all the time. These company’s should be checked more carefully. They should try harder to get these scamming fools and they need to make examples of them with more than a slap on the hand.

I,too, have had a ‘buy 2 get 1 free’ order in place since 28th June. Got confirmation of order and they took the money out of my bank straight away. I emailed after a few weeks and got the email back as shown below. Tracking is invalid and as of today, 7th August, I still have no leads.

I ordered the super phone charger with adjusting connection was sent an email with bad network. Invalid confirmation number. Have not received yet! They of course got their money. Ordered on 7/24/2020

Ordered a buy-two-get-one-free bundle of phone chargers (although other reviewers also state they ordered something called “Miracle Lids” from them). While I actually did get a confirmation email right away, the amount they actually charger me and the amount I supposedly paid are different (luckily they forgot to charge me for shipping). As you can see from the pictures I posted the order is supposedly on the way but the tracking number is invalid. They cite Covid-19 as the reason, but a tracking number is a tracking number - Covid-19 wouldn’t make it invalid if it wasn’t. Besides, this supposedly shipped a week ago. I wish I had read the reviews and done the research first, but I’m assuming I can kiss that $25 goodbye. Hopefully someone else reads this BEFORE they buy!

Ordered Miracle lids on 6/3/20. Still no lids. Out $23.94. No response from phone calls. Run around on emails, saying it takes 10 - 25 business days to receive them. It’s been 44 business days. Too late to dispute charge with Visa, and I have to have a physical address for company, to file a complaint with the BBB. So out of luck, and $.

I ordered the sponges in June from an ad on Duolingo and and have still not received them . I did get an order confirmation and a tracking number but order has still not arrived And the tracking does not move forward . I sent emails and was told it can take 28 working days . This has now passed and I emailed again last week but as yet no reply .
This company needs to be exposed for possible fraud as it seems so many have had money taken without receiving the goods .

June 10th ordered stretch silicone lids, paid extra for faster shipping. Total $45$ Canadian. Nothing to date has arrived, emails keep saying same thing, tracking number pulls up a non existent order...

I ordered an Apple iPad charger on 29/06/20and paid for first class delivery. Nothing has been delivered.This was a new gadget that ensured that the cord did not twist and wear out and subsequently break. This a common problem with Apple chargers. Rocket Commerce claimed the had one that rotates and will never get twisted. I paid for my order by card.
