I ordered the New Stretch Lids July 9th 2020. I still haven't received them. This is one of the worst companies that I have been SCAMMED on. BEWARE,! I should have checked with the reviews before I made an order. There isn't ANY good ones.

I ordered 2 or 3 charging cords for my devices. They took the money off my credit card. It's been three weeks & I haven't received a thing. Not only that, I cannot find the shipping label. My credit card gave me a phone number to call, 866-625-4184. I tried to call it, but they put me on hold for a long time & then they hung up on me. My credit card showed the marketer as FK Commerce. I looked it up on the web & it's a Floatie Kings inflatable pool toy company! My credit card company also told me they are a business in Florida that sells clothing. In any case, I reported them as a fraud to my credit card company & thank heaven, they're going to help me.

In an effort to try to find who owns the number, I found this website. People have reported the number as a fraud. And by some of the reviews I've read, I find that I've seen frequent ads for some of things mentioned in the complaints. I intend to contact the Better Business Bureau & the Federal Trade Commission. These [censored] are going to pay for their deeds!

$83.78 Got it off the Zynga spades game app. Received text saying due to Covid it can take up to one week to reply to email. They are currently making big progress reducing the delay in responding. Not about merchandise being or been sent. Support #1 866 625 4184> Hopefully ill receive product or a refund.

Ordered magnetic charging cables for iPhones was charged $29.93 and NEVER received my merchandise. These guys are scammers. Should have know better than to order something that was advertised on Facebook.
Do NOT order anything from these guys. Wish I had a phone number so I could call and raise hell with them.

I ordered the same thing & the people who supposedly sent them is a company called FK Commerce. But if you look it up, you'll find it's a business called Floatie Kings, an inflatable pool toy company! If you have a credit card, you'll find they are from Florida & sell clothing. Also, the number you'll get is 866-625-4184. But you'll never get through. They'll just put you on hold forever & then say something & hang up. If you notice the other complaints listed here, they are for other things advertised. As I understand, you will not get jack & you'll be out your money.

Same with me, I did chase them and got the Covid 19 excuse and was given a working tracking link, but so far all that says is "This number can't be found at this moment. It's not available in the carrier's system yet. Please check back later." I'll give it until after the weekend and if there is no response from the tracking I'll apply to Barclaycard for a refund.

Surprise surprise. I didn’t know thieves like that still operate. Ordered three chargers and left many emails. Funnily enough, I got an email back from Cristiane CS “support@super—charge.com”, when I went on the actual site it said an error.

Scam to the highest degree. I’m not sure what precaution I should take in regards to getting my money back.

Don’t ever order from them. Every time you call customer service each and every single one of them keep giving you the runaround saying that the package is in transit or it had reached the US or it’s on its way and from my experience it’s been three months and I receive nothing!

Bottom line if you see something too good to be true don’t buy it!

I ordered the Supercharge iPhone cables in early July - the money left my account immediately. I got a message giving me a tracking number, but no clue as to which carrier was being used. I queried this, but have received no further communication and no cables (writing this on 18/8/2020). Sadly, this looks like a scam - I have reported it to the game featuring the adverts.

I ordered some food bowl covers from Rocket Commerce on June 13, 2020. I received an email saying a delivery was on the way on July 17, 2020. It is now August 17, 2020. My bank account has been charged and I have still not received them. ! Please either send my merchandise or refund my money. I rely solely on Disability and cannot afford to spend money on something I didn’t receive!
