I have been waiting for my order since the first week in July and as of today, September 12th , I am still waiting.

Is this a scam?

Bought charging cables in June, still no delivery in September. I have been in contact five times, they make excuses and lie. Read their reviews. They’ve done it to many, many others.

Atrocious company total scam ordered 28/7/20 still no cables tracking number is a dud zero customer service, avoid this company!

Failed to receive merchandise after being charged $33.94 in mid July. Called two separate numbers but each time after holding on for 5 mi Utrecht, I was disconnected

I ordered the lids on July 16, 2029 and charged for the item but failed to receive them. I tried the number given, but each time after holding on for 6 minutes, I was disconnected. Even the google number I got which was different for the location in Miami never answered my call. It must be a scam and I was taken

Ordered iPhone and android chargers on July 21st, money out of my account same day. Not received a single thing!

Ordered iphone chargers I was charged $19.94 and $5.99 on July 14th. By reading the other complaints it seems I lost my money which really sucks because I lost my job due to covid and I’m pregnant. All I wanted was a good charger! This is so mean seriously!

I placed an order for lids on 7/22 and the money was taken out of my account on the same date. As of today, September 8th, I have not received the merchandise nor have I been contacted regarding my order. I even chose and paid extra for express shipping. My bank will not credit my account until I contact the company first. This is the worst experience I have ever had with online ordering. It appears I have been duped, but trust me it will never happen again. I wish there was a way to penalize this company. Its just not fair to take peoples money and not honor what they promise.

I placed an order in July 2020 the money was taken out of my account on July 7th.
I received emails saying product was shipped with a tracking number and when I went to track it the number was invalid at all major shippers. Emailed company and was assured product was sent and tracking number was correct.
It is now Sept.8, 2020 and nothing received and no further contact.
Called my bank and was told that I can only dispute it for 60 days, so I’m out $60.00.

I have placed an order the money was taken out and i still have not received the items

I placed an order with rocket commerce over two months ago, I received an email on July 30 which stated that my order had been shipped, it also gave me a tracking number, however, nowhere to track it. They also gave me an email for customer service however conveniently no phone number with which to contact them, it has been over a month since they “claim” to have shipped my items, they wasted no time in taking the money from my account however I have yet to receive my items. I have emailed them but have not gotten any response, what actions can be taken on my part to both get my money back and or make sure this does not happen to anyone else!?

I placed an order on 07/09/20 and heard nothing back - no response email and no delivery. I raised a chargeback with Monzo, and finally got an email from Maria Thea
[email protected] saying that the parcel had been shipped. There were two links in the email, but neither worked.

The email said "Our tracking website is not updated in real time as postal services take a few days to update it so it is natural that it will not be showing updates for a long some time, don't worry about it."

This is such a scam - do not buy from them!

I ordered lids 5/27/20 haven't received any. Called 4 times ask them to send email and tracking # still have not received any response. And now the phone number is no longer valid..

An addendum from a day ago. Received an email from Rocket Commerce Customer Support (an oxymoron if ever there was one) today telling me they understand I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they want to assure me they are doing everything they can to be sure I get my merchandise followed by the never ending litany of “it has been shipped, I can tell by OUR records, don’t worry, the tracking records will be updated, etc.”. It looks as if they don’t like to have their bluff called and have at least in this case of having their payment threatened have crawled out from under their rock and responded to me. I would suggest call your credit card company, bank, PayPal, or whomever and dispute the charges for merchandise ordered but never received...it appears they don’t like that. Good luck.

Yes, I did the same. The bank may be able to get our money back. Great idea!

I have had the same experience ordering 3i pad chargers on 23.07.20 received confirmatIon that items on way. Sent e mail to [email protected] reply said takes up to 25 working days also had false tracking info. Had seen adverts on Facebook and on Letter soup game by Candywriter. These companies should be checking out their advertisers before putting them into media.Asking for refund but no doubt nothing will come.

I ordered my charger about 4 months ago It cost £25 I keep emailing them and I get the same reply everytime...

..Due to COVID19 reasons, it can take up to one week to reply.
All emails are answered one by one. We are currently making big progress reducing the delay in responding.

That is what I receive every single time I email asking where my charger is. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Ordered lids in July. Confirming email indicated order received 7/10. Have not received any lids...three sets. Did receive phony tracking number. They have responded to several of my emails always telling me lids are on the way. I paid with cc. Have since disputed charges with cc company. Have received credit for shipping charges and am awaiting credit for charge for the three sets of phantom lids. I think I fell prey to the old adage “if it looks too good to be true, it probably is”. Fooled me once. Never again.

I placed an order on 7/6 and still have not received my supper charge. I am requesting a fefund and i expect it immediately.
