14th October - I have still not received my order which I ordered on the 19th of August. I would now like a refund as we are approaching 2 months. Order details below:
20th October - Hey Victoria, I can't believe you're still dealing with this problem. I'm sorry. The shipping company had a delay that they didn't tell us about. Instead of giving us an update, they just tried to rush it. I'm really sorry. It should be in transit now. I understand that COVID made things harder for everyone, but they should have at least told us so that we could inform you. Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you. I will be speaking with my manager about this delay right after I send this email.
30th October - Fed up of waiting now so please issue me a refund. I am not prepared to wait any longer.
5th November - Can you please contact me back regarding my request

9th November - I am still waiting for it to arrive. It's been almost 3 months. I think this is a world record for the slowest delivery, ever. It would have been quicker strapping it to a carrier pigeon and hoping for the best. What is happening?

13th November - Question. Are you processing my refund? Do you have tracking information? In 4 days time it will be 3 months. That's half the time it can take to get to Mars.
16th November - Happy anniversary eve. 3 months tomorrow. That's a third of a pregnancy term. Did you actually send the item yourself or just dropshipped it? We could have flown to the Moon and back 15 times. Just refund it please as it obviously never going to turn up. We can then get on with our lives. Do you wonder how I found your website?

hi i have got the same problem with this [censored] so called com. i think they just rob people of there money ? i have told them i would go to the police it's like water off a duck back. they just robing b##terd's .i order mine in june still waiting.

I had $29.97 taken out of my account I do not know what this is for and I want my money back and deleted from this bull[censored] scam as I read on there was a lot more people that has been scammed . Someone needs to do something about it and quit letting these pethetic people continue to scam people it’s not right

I ordered 3 wires on the 18/08/2020 cost £22.91 emailed them 6 times same response as above I demanded money back in the last email I'm giving them till tomorrow to refund me, I hate the fact these dirty scammers are getting away with this, like people haven't got enough to worry about. Hola hice un pedido de tres cables uno de cada clase según ellos comprabas dos y te regalaban uno. El pedido fue en junio o julio ya ni me acuerdo y al día de hoy todavía no me ha llegado nada. Les envíe varios correos y primero solo hacían que disculparse pero los últimos ni me responden solo un mensaje automático de no se que del covid . Me parece una falta de consideración tomarnos el pelo de esta manera.

I ordered 6 industrial iPhone chargers for over 30$ or near .40$ and I have yet to receive them. The order es done in June 2020 and it’s now November 2020. I want my money back. They only gave me 25% refund as an appology. I want the full refund and then some. I’d call it even if they gave me back 40$.

Pues tienes suerte a mí me dijeron lo mismo que me rembolsarian el 25% , yo les volví a escribir diciéndoles que me rembolsaran la totalidad y anuladrn el pedido puesto que los cables ya los había pedido a Joom y ya los recibí en 15 días. Pero todavía espero que me rembolsen mi dinero son unos simberguenzas los de Rocket Commerce.

I have been emailing them back-and-forth regarding my order for chargers for over three months they said it was shipped long ago but I have not received. Now I've asked them for a refund of course they haven't responded . Carol MacDonald

June 22 2020, I ordered 2 super chargers & was charged the same day. Order#7DDAB20ABB. Have yet to receive anything to date. These wre birthday presents & was promised delivery in 4-6 weeks. The original order site, US.Super-Charge.com is no longer a valid site.

Hallo, on 20/07/2020 I bought some cables for the telephone whose cost (eur 25,90) was charged to my credit card as per attachment.
Up today, I have not received the items ordered.
I therefore ask you to reimburse the amount paid.

on 8/22/2020 I too placed an order of 2 super charge lighting phone cables, was charged $25.94 got only the order # D76BA8E2F7 got no email and as of today no cables. I want a full refund but who do I call or what I need to do? please help us get our refunds back. Thank you!

Order number #D7FF13D836 - placed 28th August at 07.35. Confirmed by email on 29th August at 15.01. Paid £25.91. Two super charge lightning cables plus postage. Nothing has arrived. Spoken to staff on 001 786 755 7348. Lots of promises of postage refund, delivery within 13 days (should have arrived before 20th October), delays with DHL, etc. etc. This is obviously a Scam and the company have no principals. Wasted my money. I want a full refund and apology.

Ordered two super charge lightning cables in August. Still not arrived. I've spent alot of time ringing them, messaging, etc. but when you can get through, they fob you off with promises of refunds, delays in postage, etc, etc. Still nothing arrived over two months later. Tel: 001 786 755 7348 to get hold of them. The email address bounces back. This is a SCAM!

Ordered 8/18 total after 3 charges was 21.89. this October. Beyond upset.Calling my bank.

I got my refund from them by going through my credit card company. They do business under FK commerce. On your statement, they hide your expense by billing separately for the merchandise and shipping. I hate these crooks

Me too. Ordered charge leads beginning of August, usual crap about COVID-19 delaying shipping but don’t worry they are on their way.Oops can’t give a refund got problem with payment system. Have just got their address, I think, they use so many names, anyway I think it is Miami, Florida 33130, US. I’m going to see what Miami precinct is nearest to them and see if I can get the boys in blue, or whatever colour they in, to give them a visit

In August 20 I ordered 3 sets of miracle lids despite several emails asking when they will be delivered I get the same response with a bogus tracking number. I have now contacted my Credit Card company who have fortunately refunded the £21.88, Don't trust this company as previously advised stick to internet buying from eg Amazon or reputable companies and always buy with a credit card. How can we get rid of these scams, this is the second time this month that this has happened to me.

I am dealing with the same issue. If you paid for it with a credit card dispute it with them and hopefully they will make it right. My credit card company gave me my money back and now Rocket Commerce is trying to get me to rescind my dispute.

I ordered 5 chargers in July which I have never received. I keep asking for the status. They claim its on the way. 3 months later, I am now requesting a refund and suddenly their payment processor system is down. Wish I would have read up on the reviews before ordering.

I ordered charging cables for my iPhone on August 28. Charges appeared promptly on my credit card, but the cables never arrived. there address is at a location where (I just discovered) there are a large number of other companies. Don't be scammed by these people.
