Ordered cable on 9th November 2020 then emailed them on 10th December 2020 no reply so raised a dispute through PayPal.
Now I see their advertising as hyper cord not power 360 same item and guess what same price.
ALWAYS USE THE LIKES OF PAYPAL TO PAY THEN AT LEAST THESE SCAMMERS WILL NOT WIN

Ordered a few fast charge chargers and never recieved them. I've emailed and called them but can't get ahold of anyone. This company is a scam! I wish I would've read these reviews before I ordered anything. How are companies/ people getting away with this?

I kept getting posts from Rocket Commerce about the new type of mobile phone charge leads that are supposed to be un breakable, and when my lead finally gave up the end of June I placed an order.
Thinking that they might be helpful for my family I ordered three.
On completion I got no reference or confirmation of any kind.
After a few weeks I sent a kind message asking for an eta, so I could work out if I needed to get a temporary lead for my iPhone, I got a reply saying that the demand was higher than expected, so there would be a delay.
This to me was acceptable during these difficult times. Since then I have checked in with them August, September, October, November, and still can’t get anything other than that the order is still on their system.
It’s not difficult to put three phone leads in a Jiffy bag and post.
I have ordered things more recently from the USA and Europe, they have arrived with no problems.
All I want is what was ordered, hopefully before Christmas, but I feel that I have been scammed.

I ordered two fast charging leads from this company in July, payed postage still waiting, have several e.mails replies from them , stating it’s on its way, have now given up and have emailed them to tell them I am going to cover social media with there scam, especially face book where I found the advertisement. So other people don’t get scammed, I thought I was unscramble. Learn by my mistakes. Check everything before ordering.

I really don’t want to run any company down, but I feel that this company is a scam. I believe that Facebook should remove them from their website as they are encouraging scammers and they are getting easy money. I placed an order the 1st week in July for 3 phone leads that they say are un-breakable. Since I use my phone a lot I took the advertisement seriously and placed an order. Since then I have continued to ask when to expect the order, and I had an additional order of 100 leads. It is now December and I have not been given a valid reason for not having my order and no mention of a refund.
IF and only if the leads do eventually arrive I will let you know, but I seriously doubt it now.

Placed an order for 2 super charge lightning phone cables was charged $19.99 and $9.99 which was paid through my credit card in July. Of course, received nothing and only have my bank statement to prove items were paid for

Order items from them in August 2020. November 27,2020 still not recieved items. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. That got their attension. They promised a refund if I dropped dispute. I'm naveve but I am not stupid. I'm letting credit card company squeeze them.

Did this work for you to get a refund from them for your purchase? I too have been waiting since August 2020 and have contacted them via email multiple times and they are no longer replying to me. :(
Sad part is that I was really looking forward to those charging cables too. Hahaha

My elderly mother paid £26 for charging cables for my daughter and my self thinking she was doing a good thing. She never even received a confirmation email so we can’t contact them the only proof we have is the debit out of her bank account to them. These people shouldn’t be able to get away with this. It was an advertisement on Facebook so can they not do something surly they should have some responsibility to their users they were the ones that let them advertise on their site ?

Like so many other people I purchased phone cables from them in July 2020. Despite several emails from them assuring me my order was “in transit” or “delayed due to covid” what a bunch of shysters they are. They no longer reply to my complaints and I’ve written the purchase off. It makes me so angry that they get away with doing this to me and countless others. I’ll never buy off Instagram again plus I think they as a platform should look into this fiasco.

Same as everyone else. I ordered cables - they have not been delivered after months - requested refund - but nothing received. There's loads of this about (either items not being delivered or poor quality items not aligning with advertised specifications). I will never again click on any links advertising on my phone apps. The facebooks etc of this world should be checking out the integrity of the people advertising through them! The apps supporting fraudsters should be shut down. There needs to be better regulation, enforcement and punishment of fraudsters - this needs international co-operation and multi government task forces to crack down. The worlds vermin are coming out to prey on those stuck at home and forced to shop online. Anyone making money out the global crisis should be ashamed, and anyone doing illegally needs to be hunting down and put away!

Like all of you I ordered some charging cables months and months ago but I am still waiting for delivery.
Is this a scam, I get apologetic emails and I have demanded a refund and I am informed I am in a Que but I will get it in due course.

What are the authorities doing about this?

I ordered a charger in August and still haven't received it and it's mid November. Very unsatisfactory! When I sent emails I got the standard replies that other complainants received. Such very poor customer service. Would never recommend.
