Type of a scam Online Purchase

I can't really say what kinda scam or hack that they are doing, but I had a debit withdrawal from my account for $39.95 from a company called stre-nom.com, so when I called this company I was told that I purchased something from a company called bubum.co and that when I purchased whatever was that I agreed to subscribing to stre-nom.com for 39.95 a month. Stre- nom did however unsubscribe me from them but no refund for my lost money of 39.95 and when I got of the phone with them and tried to go to the website of the so called company named bubum.co to see what this was you can't even pull it up, it kept saying can't load and I would push reload and still nothing and I even tried looking up what the company bubum.co is and there is nothing that even comes up, and stre-nom.com told me that it was a company that I guess you can purchase online music, books and other stuff which I already knew that I had not bought anything from this company and I never even heard of it. I really believe that stre-nom.com just gave me a false information and that there is no such company named bubum.co that it is somehow a scam of stre-nom.com, because when I looked them up there are other people that have also had money taken from there account and enrolled to stre-nom.com without actual consent other than being told that they purchased something on the internet and didn't read the fine print and understand that they not only was purchasing something from online but was agreeing to a subscription to stre-nom.com. now I have to cancel my card because I can't locate this bubum.co to figure out when, what and how I purchased something from them and a subscription to stre-non.com, because I believe bubum.co is a non existent company that stre-nom.com is using to make it seem as if they are legit when it is somehow nothing but a scam possible hack of my information from my phone somehow. It's unfortunate that a person can't pay their bills or purchase something on the internet without having their information stolen, hacked or even sold by other companies. It's funny to how stre-nom.com knew all my information right down to my email address.
