They have my bank information and I applied for a loan so I am scared they might take my funds out of my accounts. Especially on my payday. They're payment fee doesn't match up to my loan I applied for. I have yet to receive my funds. Its been over 6hrs or so.

We just got a loan for $1300 was to be monthly payments now they say weekly. I just talked to them and they said it's weekly. At 516.26 interest which is I illegal. I told them I would not pay weekly. Is there anything we can do?

No credit check makes easy for loan but got a 1000 loan back in December paying 189 bi weekly and now after paying 1500 off I still owe 1038 will never pay off until in full. This place now wants 245 bi-weekly saying after 5 payments it will be paid off. I feel I have already paid back and don't owe nothing. Tried making payment today from green dot card and with u said it was declined. Called green dot they said because with u is charging 1.50 more to get money off card

I know it looks like I’m just copying/pasting my response but please take my advice (if you want). Trust me, I know more than I like to admit about these people.

File a complaint with the CFPB, FTC and your State + US Representatives. This company is a predatory lending company using tribal lending as its “immunity”. It’s located in Mission, KS not OK, like they say. They used to be American Web Loans but were sued by and had to rebrand. Until enough people file complaints, they’ll continue this predatory BS. Watch what they say you owe as they’ll most likely add fees.

I made a loan of $1400, I paid $1,100 back the following week. Then proceeded to pay off the balance. They insist I still owe them $140. (which was my weekly payment auto withdrawn from my account). I have all financial evidence that I paid them and a little more over the orig amount. 1. They insist I owe them, 2. They keep calling. 3. I am not worried about it and yes they do not check your credit report. They are affiliated with AWL loans.

I got a loan of 1300 randomly in my account. They don’t answer the phone and don’t answer their emails. How do I get out of this without them taking my money? Everyone else supposedly closed their bank accounts. Did that work?

Around Christmas time in 2021, 2 deposits of $500 showed up in my account. One was AWL, one was WITHU. I had not applied for any loans, so I called the company, and the AWL deposit was immediately taken back. WITHu asked for a police report, which I got for them, and they still never took their damned money back. They wanted it reported as identity theft, but it was actually shady business practices on their part. They are a subsidiary of AWL, and I had a loan with them (AWL ) several years back, which is , I assume, how they got my information. I have paid over 100% interest already, for some money that I never asked for, or wanted!

At first I could be able to access my account thru website to see total due. One I made a couple payments it does not let me log in to make extra payments. Just waits automatically every biweekly to charge me. It’s set up automatically to my bank account.

Yesterday I checked the pay off amount and it was $451, then today they drafted $111, but they pay off amount is $461 (after paid $222 of $500 I still owe them $461)

How can be higher after I paid another $111?

It’s easy to get money but the interested is very disgusting!

Payday loans have a maximum APR of 36% in Colorado. I borrowed $1000.00. I have paid back $1217. They are trying to tell me I still owe $1000.00 to close out loan. Even if this is a tribal loan, federal law should NOT allow this. Consumers have rights.They should not be allowed to "rape" consumers. The harassment is causing mental distress. I am not paying going to pay this company another $1000.00.

And, they will use their “tribal sovereign immunity” and say it overrides federal law to enforce their ridiculous interest rates. File these complaints!

Never ran a credit report like loan companies are supposed to, don’t have a legit address, and they have multiple phone numbers. Lastly, they don’t even show up on Google. I knew something was completely off, but I was desperate. Definitely loan sharks. I’m closing my bank account just like everyone else.

I got a call from withuloans saying I was late on a payment for a $2600 loan I took out on Jan 25. I was pretty upset because I didn’t take out a loan. They said I would need to file a police report so I did but now I’m wondering if I am actually being scammed by them. I gave them all of my info… SSN, address, email, phone number the whole bit. She said she was going to send me an email to file paperwork for the police report but I have not received the email. I’m going to call the sheriff back to tell him I think they are a scam as well!

I borrowed 1300 during Christmas and have paid back 861. When I called them they say I owe 1381.00 I’ve tried changing my due date and was told I have to send them a copy of my bank statement . Is this legal ? R they a legit company?

They are overcharging me to pay back 2,000 as they are charging me an interest rate daily as they told me no interest rate will be included. Also stated that there will be no hidden fee. I have paid so far $530 back out of the $800 I borrowed. In some shape and form, I am still in debt of more than $800. How so? They gave me issues about changing payment dates. I have to literally close my bank account and open a new one. Which is extremely sad.

Have a 300 loan but say charging 1200 for it if would seem this no way in hell I'd do then called to changed dates and they say be won't unless I send screenshots of my bank info hello no reporting asap I've already paid my 300 back this can't be legal or legit
