OMG how many of us fell for that, I've read over and over how we all got scammed, but no where have I read anyone getting their money back we can b[censored] and complain to no avail I want my money back. These dog bed people are probably vacationing in Hawaii on our dime!

I too ordered the BOGO dog beds. Paid through credit card on January 3, 2022. It is July 3rd and no dog beds. I've emailed more than I can count. After initial bs response that everyone has received, they've since been ignoring me. I now have to figure out which card I used in January and file a fraud report. I threatened them that I would file a complaint with the Attorney General, but no response. I am going to file that complaint with the US Attorney. I invite everyone else to do the same.

I also bought 2 round calming beds In January. Haven't heard anything. Tried contacting them many times with noone getting back to me. Of course paid in full.
So pissed these people get away with this!

What the hell is going on here? I ordered bed in January 22. received reply that they would get back to me in email. Sent them messages but no reply. I tried my bank, but they said I waited to long for the fraud dept. seeing how many people here are being scammed is really pissing me off. Has anyone gone to the ATTY GENERAL? I think if enough of us complain from different stated we might be able to shut them down. Also any social media too could help. I have a 13 yr old dog, she is the one that is hurting over this crap! Please lets ban together. Thanks for any help you guys.

Round Sensory Dog Bed

I purchased a dog bed in December 202. I ordered the 3XL $93.00 and here we are in April and still waiting for the bed to arrive.. I have sent numerous emails, Instagram messages and Facebook Messenger messages and NO replies... I now are getting my emails returned as no valid email address. I am now going to contact my bank to see what they can do. Avoid the scam of this company... I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Good Luck everyone...

I purchased 2 dog beds in December 2021. Order paid in full. Here it is April and still haven't received anything. No one is answering messages or emails. I have threatened legal action, calling the need and have a negative review.
I am filling a claim with affirm whom I went through to pay the bill.

Charged credit card but never send the product

I purchased 2 dog beds on 1/27/22 but they never send me the products. I sent 3 follow up emails at the only email they provided and never got a response. Then I sent a message on instagram and an automated response was: "Hey there! Thanks for contacting us. We've received your message and appreciate you reaching out. For order-related queries please contact customer service directly through our "contuct us" page on our website or email at [email protected] and we will reply withing 24 to 48 hours. For anything else though, let us know how can be of help!" . No other response.

Same issue for me. I ordered a dog bed along with a cat bed, a buy one get one free special they were promoting back in December 2021, and now it's Match 31st, 2022 and STILL nothing! I demanded my money back earlier this month and received zero reply. This company is a scam, stealing people's money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered on Jan 17 and have send multiple emails with the canned response to the first one. This is a scam and I am going to see if my bank can get a reimbursement for me. I will just try to order one off of Chew or something because I have a huge dog and that type of bed is the only one she hasn't chewed up. I will comment each time I see an add for this company to try and warn people that they are scammers.

I ordered two of the calming beds (buy one get one free) On December 23, 2021. Here it is March 23, 2022. I have not received the two beds, no shipment notification nothing. You can't find a phone number to contact anyone. I have emailed the customer support like 8 times with no response. I have even threatend to call the better business bureau and the local news station. Still nothing. My money came out of my account instantly. At this point I really don't know what to do. I even responded to comments on their website and didn't get any response. Pardon the language but I am pretty pissed.
