Ordered 2 4 1 beds on Jan 4th, money taken out of my account Jan 5th. Contacted company numerous times said they would prioritize my order and that's the last I have heard from them. Company is b[censored]!

I ordered 2 Calming Pet Beds BOGO half price. This was back in December, although I did receive confirmation on the order #11609 I have not received any beds. I emailed ...

I did get a a response that it takes 4-5 weeks to complete the order.
Then I filled out a form at their supposedly website that said that the server did not accept my request. I do continue receiving emails from CUSTOMIFY [email protected] offering their products of customized canvas portraits. Now it's going on 3 months since I ordered and 6 emails later.

Yep, so I also bought into the buy one - get one deal on the calming pet beds in January, and still no delivery. Got one response via email and now I've been ghosted and I'm out the money. To say I'm livid is an absolute understatement. My mother always said if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. She was right!
BOUGHT THRU FB - STILL NO DOG BEDS! OUT $80 - PISSED

Contact your credit card provider or debit card banks fraud department..to get reimburse..I had to wait 90 days but my banks fraud department reimbursed me ..hope this helps !

I bought two dog beds in December 2021 and paid $64 and still haven’t received them and no responses when I email them. I want to get my money back. I hope they get caught, so they don’t scam other people. It’s terrible that they are taking people’s money. I learned my lesson not to purchase online anymore. I was really looking forward to getting for my dogs.

At least I'm not the only one. Ordered two dog beds in December 2021. No response except for one from the notorious Richard. Now I can not even get a response to numerous emails. I wandered if this was a scam.
At least I know to go to my bank with a fraud complaint.

I ordered 2 dog beds in December and have not received them as yet and I can't get anyone at customify to respond to me. I just finished paying it off. I don't know how to get my money back but I'm sure going to try. It was $80 I'm out. I have emailed them at their email address and through the form on their website.

Order 2 dog beds in Dec of 2021 and still do not have them as of March 2022! Complete and Total SCAM .. Going to work to get my money back now! Don't fall for their gimmicks, you'll NEVER see any products!

I ordered 2 dog beds, but looked into it when I did not receive the promised tracking number. After no email response I contacted my bank to file a dispute and somehow they were able to get me my money back. I have repeatedly reported the ad as a scam on both Instagram and Facebook as I'm sure many others have, and neither one of them has yet to block the ad. Very disappointing.

Ordered 2 dog beds on 11/30/2021: the payment was taken from my account right away ($69.95) but to this day haven't received neither the beds nor the refund which I finally requested about a month ago. I just keep getting boiler plate responses via email - same response with different people's names. I Would never recommend them nor buy from them ever!?

FRAUD! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered dog beds back on 12/29/21... tomorrow is March and 9 weeks later I still have NOTHING. I have emailed at least 20-30 times, I've tried communicating on their Chat... NOBODY responds. It takes days to get an automated response. There is NO PHONE NUMBER to call. There is no way to reach a HUMAN BEING. I once had someone respond apologizing for the delay, they said they put a rush on my order, I was so excited to finally get a response. Well.... that was A MONTH AGO NOW!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHAM OF A PLACE!!!!

I ordered 2 dog beds in December 2021 and I haven't received my order nor my refund. I have emailed numerous times and received the automated "due to large volume of emails" emails I even was hopeful because I did get one response that stated "sorry for the inconvenience we will put a rush on your order" 3 months still nothing. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

Ordered two dog beds December 25th, it is now February 24th and still no answer if the beds have shipped! Received email February 6th from someone named Richard saying sorry for the delay, and that I would get an email when the beds ship out. How have they not shipped in two months? I have ordered other things same date from companies advertised on FB and got the product no problem. I called my credit card company and the will dispute the charge. I will report this company on FB as scam.

I ordered 2 dog beds - BOGO- back in January 2022 - still have not received either. I inquired about my order and did receive a standard reply about processing would take 4-6 weeks. Since then I have not received my order and I've continually submitted several inquiries on their website, emailed customer service and no response. They have already charged my credit card without giving me my merchandise. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THEIVES!
