I ordered 2 dog beds on the buy one, get 1 free sale in early January. I emailed and got the automated email that due to COVID it was taking longer. NOT. I wish I had looked into the company more before I believed a "too good to be true" sale.
I am reporting it to my credit card and see if I can get it refunded.

FOUND ON FB/B1G1 DOG BEDS STILL NOT RECEIVED

Like everyone else on this, i too purchased the "buy one get one free" deal on the dog beds back in early January 2022. i reached out to the "customer service" email and received an auto-generated email return saying they are working on the order. I have emailed back at lest 6 times since then, even threatening legal action, but with absolutely no response what so ever.

I too like the others have been sucked in this company. I ordered 2 dog beds on buy1 get1 free offer seen on Facebook back in January. However still haven't received any update on my order. I have emailed them numerous times but never heard anything back from a real human, only the automatic reply from the pc! I'm so angry! Should've ordered from somewhere else! I'll report this to my bank and hopefully can get my money back!

I purchased 3 custom paintings from this site and spent over $120. I purchased in November for Christmas gifts and was supposed to get previews before shipping. FOUR MONTHS and many empty email requests later and I still have nothing to show for it. All they say is that they are processing orders and someone will respond back to me in 24 hours. Never happens. It should always be red flag when there's no phone number to call. Lesson learned.

I ordered a dog bed Jan 31, 2022, funds taken from account. It is Feb 16 and I still have yet to receive the bed. I have emailed them 3 times and also asked for a refund. No one has even made and attempt to give a response. This company is a scam...beware!

I ordered 2 dog beds in November. In January I had still not received the order. Emailed a few times and was told the beds had not even shipped yet. At this point, I was not interested and will get them elsewhere.

Contacted them mid-Jan and asked for a refund. It is now Feb 15 and still no refund. I have contacted my bank and they are pursuing my refund for me.

DO NOT ORDER. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

Same here... ordered a dog bed $90 US on Dec 6th. After a month of waiting and no shipping notification I emailed them. He said they we swamped with orders but mine should be shipped in the next few days. A couple weeks later I emailed and requested a refund. Every week after that I've been emailing them asking when would I get the refund. I got a sceenshot saying I was in the queue for a refund... after 2 months I'm still waiting. I'm not going to let them win, I want my money back.

Ordered two dog beds in January bogo sale. Still haven't recieved the dog beds and have sent in numerous emails and forms. No answer. I paid through the affirm app so now I'm disputing this with them. Hope to get my money back as it looks like this is a scam...what a shame

Ordered 2 dog beds from this company, they were buy one get one free on Jan 7th. They took there money right away and it is now Feb 14th and I have not heard nor seen any thing from them. I have also emailed them twice . It says they will get back to you with in a few hrs. Yet still nothing. You know all I want is my money back.

Ordered dog beds 12/22/2021. Card charged. No confirmation rec'd. Have asked for status and get canned email on how busy they are. :_) Total scam. I just want my money back. They have bogus phone number too. Goes to unidentified voicemail that's full. Total BS.

I ordered 2 dog beds 6 weeks+ ago. The money was taken immediately. I have reached out by email again and again. I got one reponse in the beginning saying it could take 2-4 weeks for an update. 6 weeks later and many emails unanswered later I am disputing the charge. I emailed the company to cancel the order. No response. I am super disappointed.

Yup. Same as everyone here. Ordered 2 dog beds on the buy one get one free back on Dec 22nd. They took my money right away, but I still haven't received the product 7 weeks later. Got one email with the same speal as everyone here "extremely busy due to pandemic". If you're so backed up, why are you still taking orders? It's called out of stock people. Total scam and I'm disappointed I fell for it.
