saw there ad on facebook in December so i ordered 2. It was buy one get one free. they took money from my credit card on december 23 1921. never get answer on phone says voicebox full.i'm out $31.99

I ordered 3 XXXL dog beds with an ad on Facebook offering a buy 1 get 1 free option in January 2022. I received an order number and that's it. I have written 6 we mails, contacted them on the Facebook ad in which I ordered, and sent a DM on Facebook. No answer on anything. I was billed within 24 hours of the order and contacted my credit card immediately. Now I have to wait 45 business days for an investigation by my credit card in order to try and get my money back. I wish I had never seen the post on Facebook as this is so much work trying to get money back that was obviously stolen from me in a scam!

I have been waiting for dog beds that was on offer BOGO since 11/22/21. I have emailed several times and received a generic email saying the delay is due to pandemic and was told I should receive tracking number in a few days and I have still no tracking number and they have stopped emailing me back. I realize now I have been scammed. They have another website called popartyou.com looks like same scam with portraits too. The have another advertisement now for another style dog bed. See attached

I also bought 2 pet beds from Customify through an ad on Pinterest. I contacted them three times and they never answered. I filed a dispute at the bank and had them blocked. I also filed a complaint at the FTC. Go to your bank asap because you only have 60 days I think. Sad so many wicked people out there.

I bought 2 med sized calming dog beds on the 27th Dec 2021. By 8th Jan I had heard nothing so contacted them. Macy & Richard both replied to my email saying it was a very busy time and they would be in contact within 72 hours. Nothing happened in 10 days so I contacted them again saying I'd given more than enough time and could they let me know when my order would be shipped. They don't read the emails they just send a generic letter saying how busy they are... (scamming people I guess)
I was well and truly scammed by the looks of things. I can't believe they're still selling and people like me falling for it every day. How can they be stopped?

I ordered BOGO XXL Dark grey dog beds Dec 19. I have not seen any dog beds delivered. I e-mailed them, and received a reply from Macy stating pandemic delays, skeletal staffing and delays. Money was taken from my credit card of course. There is no tracking for my order. In fact, order was not found.

Yes, and I get a new person EVERY time. They keep saying I will get an email when shipped. And to please use same email thread... Im like I use the same dang thread EVERY time... YOU HAVE A DIFFERENT person respond to me. Im beyond irritated and making it known that they are a scam

Ordered buy 2 get 2 on Jan. 2 2022 . At thar point I receive a confirmation of order, then receive another email detailing quantity. Here it is Jan. 19 2022 no more response. And no dog bed. And yes they got the money.

This has been so disappointing! I ordered beds for my two dogs back in November 2021.

I have not received them. I sent an email and received a reply from Richard stating he was updating the fulfillment department. I have sent a second and third email and no response now.

This must be a scam!

I ordered two beds, paid for quicker shipping. It has been over a month, without a tracking number. Have emailed customer service several times without a response, contacted them via FB chat, and I was told to email customer service again. NO answer to where my order is. No answer period. Buyer beware. I am not sure how they have any good feedback on FB.

Same scam under multiple company names! I ordered the BOGO calming dog beds from Thor and Albert about a year ago now. It was a total scam, proven to be so, and this company is exactly the same! Probably the same people doing it. Their website looks exactly the same too. Same layout, same deals, etc... This would be the 4th "company" I have found that I fully believe are all coming from the same scammers. They have probably gotten so much money from people! It's absolutely horrible.

I also purchased the buy one get one dog bed end of Nov 2021, still have not received my order. Of course they took my money immediately the day I placed my order. The first couple of messages I sent they responded, now they don't respond. I'm so mad, is there nothing we can do about this?

On Facebook, Customify is advertising pet beds. It looks like a reputable website so I ordered. My credit card was charged within 24 hours however when I emailed them asking about the product they emailed back it was delayed due to covid. Then it was delayed from shipping....The order was put in on December 13, 2021 and now I cannot even get an email back. The phone number listed on my credit card statement goes right to voicemail and states there is no voicemail set up. Never received products I ordered.

I ordered 2 dog beds they were buy one get one free size xx large on Dec 12 2021 as of this date I have not received it .I contacted them on Dec 29th,2021 they sent me a bogus tracking number with the itinerary saying it was delivered on Dec 27th and was left in my mail box now mind you this is 2 extra extra large dog beds which would not fit in my mailbox , I still went to the post office and they confirm this was an invalid tracking number. Please this company sells all kind of things so please please be careful.
