Order# 3241- Never Happened

Saw the ad on Pinterest, I ordered $40 for BOGO 2 dog beds on Nov 25th, 2021, and here I am Feb 2nd and no beds and no refund. They took the $$ right away- should have known. First emails were from Jameson. When I finally decided to cancel the order on Dec 24th, I received an email out of the blue on Jan 2nd from Richard saying he was still working on my request. I don't understand how they have a 4.6 rating!

Have been waiting for my 2 dog beds since mid December

ordered 2 dog beds on 12/04/21; customify charged my card on 12/06 $65.00; have been corresponding back and forth numerous times with Stephen and Macy - no beds! I requested a refund on 1/26/22 and on 1/27/22 Stephen from Customify said: "I have forwarded your request to our backend team and you will be updated once we hear from them." NOTHING YET! NEVER buy from them! I don't know IF I will ever get my $ returned!

Ordered 2 dogs beds which they have already charged my credit card for and never received them. They said I would get an email when it's shipped. Nothing. Sent a support chat 2 times. Got a reply from Macy saying: Thank you for reaching out to Customify Customer Support!

Still nothing replied saying I wanted a refund. This time got a reply from Richard: I am so sorry for the delay. Our team is currently processing your order, please know that each order takes roughly 2-4 weeks to be delivered.
Now reading all these other complaints definitely tells me they are a scam!

I ordered 2 dog beds over a month ago and have emailed several times. All I get is a generic email response that they are behind on responding to emails due to high volume of emails. I'm sure it's because everyone wants to know where their order is! I am furious and have asked for a refund but no response! I spent $50 and nothing! I am reporting to BBB and will not let this go. I'm sorry to everyone else who apparently got scammed as I did.

I ordered 2 beds on November 22 order number 2298. I have emailed several times about my order. On time they said it was filled and waiting for pickup the next time they were going to rush my order to get it filled. I have been scammed but they sure took my money fast. I should have known. This company is a total scam. I'm out like everyone else. I ordered 2 beds January 6 and have yet to receive shipping info. Contacted them several times via email, because there is no phone number to call.
Every time I receive an automated email in return that states they have so many responses they can't handle. I am contacting my bank and registering a complaint. Also will post on Facebook. Please people... don't order from them!

Placed my order from a Facebook add. Never again will I buy from add on Facebook. $50 of my hard earned money. I hope whoever is enjoying the steak now because you will not get that where you will be going once you are caught.
