Offer a buy one get one deal on dog beds. Money was taken immediately, 2 months later no dog beds or responses to emails to the company. There is no one to talk too. Been trying for several months, you can't even get a phone # from them. I thought I had checked out everything before I bought-going to call my bank to see if I can get my money back. I did find out that the CEO is--Heri Nurzaman - Founder - Customify | LinkedIn.

I placed an order on January 2nd, 2022 for three beds and never received them. No answers to emails or Facebook Messenger, other than an auto reply. I am out $111.97, calling my bank today to report the fraud.

Ordered in dec still have no dog beds on the BOGO wrote to them lots of times get the same reply I just want the dog beds or the 76$ back

I am angry. I ordered the BOGO deal at the beginning of December. I've sent emails and have gotten NO do bed. It's February 6th and I'm still waiting. I just received an email back from them saying they do not do refunds! What in the world?! I never received the product! This is insane.

HORRIBLE. I ordered my beds on Dec 25th. Have gotten one response from my numerous emails a now its Jan 6th...still no beds. I AM PISSED. MY DOG NEEDS THIS BED TO TRY FOR ANXIETY!

I also ordered 2 dog beds on the BOGO offer from Facebook. Ordered December 11...MULTIPLE emails later and now almost 2 months later NO beds and NO refund! Facebook needs to do something about it but even more importantly someone with legal power needs to! So beyond frustrated!

I have same story as everyone here ! Ordered 2 beds! Hear nothing about them being shipped etc... so pissed off ! Someone needs to take these guys on ! I have sent a few emails

I ordered 2 dog beds December 15th. I have not received. I requested refund. I have not received.

January 3rd 2022 I saw an ad on Facebook for dog beds buy one get one $39.99. I ordered got a confirmation. They charged me $39.99 before I got any delivery. 4 weeks pass and I still didn't get a delivery. I tried calling the phone number but it wasn't their phone number. I emailed twice and was given the runaround about how busy they are. I'm trying to get a refund but I am calling the bank and trying to get my money back that way. Many people have complained about not receiving their dog beds from this company Customifyme.co m

Jan 3 2022 I ordered "buy one get one free" comfy pet beds online. Facebook ad Customify. They charged my credit card the 39.99 but never received the dog beds. Called phone number but it wasn't the company's number. I got the order confirmation and order number and emailed them twice.
Had to call back to try get money back. Other people had same problem.

$40, two + months, countless emails later... I find out I was robbed. Wondering why the US DOJ or some department doesn't go after them and shut down their sites. Anyone out there knows how to get someone's attention with thieves like this? dg

I ordered the bed back in early December, waited til end of month for update and nothing. Then emailed, facebooked and still nothing. Money took right out of my account the day I ordered. Here it is February and still nothing, except an automatically generated number that they have high volumes of emails and will get back to me. Total scam and I will never see these beds. This company needs to be reported as innocent people are being victimized all the time. So p[censored] off.

Im reporting to BBB.

Placed an order late December for 2 dog beds and money was taken instantly. Received an email 1st. January with an order number. Have emailed them a couple of times regarding a tracking number etc. only to be ignored. It's now February and I have no idea on what other way I can contact them. I'm so angry that they are getting away stealing from so many people. They have to be held accountable and be charged for their corruption!

I ordered TWO dog beds from custumify Dec.22nd! I waited a month to say anything because it stated “might be delays due to covid” blah blah. So since then, January is now gone and over with..I emailed them AND send a message on their messenger! No response! They took out money the day I ordered! I won’t let this go! I will get my money back! I’m upset that instagram would allow such adds, only to scam customers! Not cool!

December 26,2021 I ordered dog beds and still have not received. I have emailed and tried many times to connect .. go one generic email from Macy on Jan 12 that said they were very busy and working on the orders and would respond back in 24-72 hours. NOTHING and still no dog bed. They were very quick to take the money from. Now I have a dispute with my credit card. This place is terrible and they are still advertising ..

Order placed on November 29. Emailed them end of December to get info on delivery. I got two communications with them that the beds were coming. Emailed them January 20 and have had no return contact since and still no beds. Another Facebook ad that was a rip off!
