Andrea Laguna has done my taxes for the last 2 years. She messaged me on Facebook that the IRS needed a form and to send her money. She kept requesting money and the IRS never needed any forms. Her mom is just as guilty.

I paid 400 dollars from a company called “Johnny Harley Davidson” on Facebook for a set of gas tanks and fenders. After I paid with Apple Pay I asked several time about shipping, about a week later I got an email saying I needed to add insurance for 200 dollar from a carrier. I message the man and he said he would check into it for me. Another week goes by I message him and he told me the price has went up 500 more dollars. I told him to just send my Money back and he said no refunds, now he is harassing my wife on Facebook. Her and I both have all of his messages and I have and address but it’s probably isn’t real either

This appeared to be an ad on Facebook by what I thought was Dick's Sporting Goods offering Stanley tumblers for $19 each or 2 for $34.99. No email confirmation was received and no product was ever delivered. I reported the fraud to my credit card company and now to the BBB.

I orders products. They sent me a tracking number it showed it was delivered to a different address. I contacted them by email because the phone number they have doesn’t go through , they said to cotact the post office. I was told they would reshipnthe items after I told them that the post office said that I should file for mail fraud. I asked for a new tracking and after contacting them for 20 days they sent me a new tracking number that shows the items agin as having been delivered to a different address in a different city. I contacted them again and they are asking me to wait about a week to find out what happened this time.

I have continued to ask this comoany for a refund and because they do not respond with that the order was send. It is a scam and facebook is partially responsible because they are not checking that these ads are legitimate.

I met Santiago on Facebook he said he was a Dr. He wanted $200 apple card from kohls. He wanted me to open a account with Verizon. He wanted to iphone $1500 each total.$3000. He got mad and sad im mean and hurting him. Since i didi do it he doesn't wanna talk to me anymore.

Scammers supposedly locked my computer with a pop up message while in my Facebook account, scammers used a pop-up message with the telephone number 888)238-0285 advised that I should contact Microsoft the Pop-up looked very authentic supposedly from Microsoft technical support, while going through several steps to remove the pop up I realized that something was not right about what the person on the other end of the line was asking me to do on my computer getting an uneasy feeling I discontinued the phone conversion with the scammer and hung up .Unfortunately I had already been scammed they were able to HACK my desktop and retrieve my personal information including my debit card information, and personal information. These scammers even sent me a text message to my phone to alert me about my debit card fraud however this was just another attempt to get more vital information from me .They make everything sound very authentic down to having recorded message systems. Pease be aware all this started with a supposedly Microsoft message. They were able to get my debit card information my address phone number address and social security number. Please be aware of these scammers, here are a few more numbers that they gave me to or text from stating that they were my bank Shell Credit Union. 833)950-1947 and 888)238-0285 ,508)731-3430 They are posing as Microsoft Technicians to get access to your computer's have learned that Microsoft WILL NOT call or ask you to call any phone number. Be advised this is a scam. They were able to retrieve my debit card information and attempted a $300.00 transaction that was declined but then were able to process a $200.00 purchase online from Target.

I saw an ad for a powerless treadmill/walker while on my Facebook app- I clicked on the link and read reviews about the company and the product they were selling. The product claimed it originated from USA. I ordered the product. Weeks later I received a package from that company that contained a cheap reusable grocery bag instead of receiving the powerless treadmill I had ordered and purchased.

My friend showed me the way to contact the people on this website so I could play their slots. I contacted them via messenger and they told me to make my payment thru cash app and take a picture of the receipt page and show them on messenger. I did this and then after entering my credentials like the username and passcode they gave me access to play. The amount I paid cash app was $30 and because of a promotion going on they had added 12 which gave me credits of $42 total. I played for about 2 hours and had won $150. Which I still haven’t received 10 days after the fact.

Yes the contacted me thru a friends account. That they hacked I didn't realize it was hacked and I bought into the scam they wanted 400 or 600 but luckily all I had was 200 to send then I realized it was a scam there still wanting the rest of the money before they deliver

Bought 2 pair of shorts. Address on fb shows Florida address. The shorts were not like the ads and sizing was way off. I spent $30 returning them because they had to be returned to China. 3 months later....still no credit.

Use messenger to ask them if they had part and they said they did. I ask how much they said $75 and I paid them $75 with cash app. And after that they ghosted me and never heard back from them

I order product as a free promotional deal where i paid the shipping i recieved product it did not work so i called and canceled my subscription the product came with another product free that i didnt order and even though there automated system show i cancelled the subsciption for both products they reported it to a collection agency thats trying to charge me 280 dollars for them ive called and asked to speak to a manager they said he will not talk to me becouse its gone to collections. This product was gummy chews for male enhancement and was junk when i cancelled it told me id recieve a way to return it i never did and threw them both away. Im about to get a huge hit on my credit if i dont pay and i did right and cancelled it. This is promoted as a free promotional product if you pay shipping i didnt find out it was a subsciption to there product till after i recieved it the fact that there trying to have a collection agency collect or report me is beyond dirty and the managers unwillingness to speak to me to resolve the issue is shady as can be im not paying them for something i cancelled and a few months later threw away becouse it was garbage. (free promo) more like bend over while we stick it to you. Yall gotta do something im sure im not the only one with this happening to them
