Thecaller left a message on my phone say n they were putting an arrest warrant out for my arrest. I called thenumber back and they hung up on me . they also said they are filling a law suit against me. I have paid all my taxes so this is a scam. They asked me to call them back. But only left a number . plus it was an automated voice message.

Up to ten times daily I am called by a robot then transferred to a person with a foreign accent asking for my social security number address and or credit card / bank account information.Several numbers call in a row and within minutes of each other several times a day from 8am to 9pm.

I received 2 missed calls from 1-347-621-6098 o n June 15, 2017. The following message was left on my voicemail:

This is Officer Robert Edwin from Internal Revenue Services, the reason for the call is to inform you that you are under federal investigation because of the discrepancy found in the report of you taxes. Call me on 347-621-6098, I repeat 347-621-6098. Don't try to disregard this message or else it will be taken as on defense from your side. Again this is Officer Robert Edwin from Internal Revenue Services.

I know that the IRS won't contact you by phone. We are informed of these types of scan in the Military, so I immediately knew this was a scam. It happened to me last year also. I called back immediately and pointed out that I knew they were scammers and shame on them for trying to take peoples money. They hung up on me.

Called the number back and they verified my name and address (I gave false information). They stated that I owed $8900 for incorrect tax returns from 2011-2016. They stated that if I did not pay that they would take my licence, property, all my accounts and issue a warrant for my arrest. They stated that they had my signature on the certified letters they sent me (Even though I gave a false name). The names they had was Anna Miller(Bank ID IRM0162), who had a heavy accent, and her supervisor was Barry Foster.

I received a prerecorded message by a woman's voice that stated tha they were the IRS and that i needed to return their call. That they had a warrant our for my arrest and that they also had my home under surveillance.

Received a voice mail supposedly that the IRS is filling (their spelling) on your name because you had tried to do a fraud (their language) with the IRS and we are taking a legal action and we are issuing an arrest warrant on your name to get more information call us back on our department number 844-568-2989 I will repeat 844-568-2989.

I received a call 6/15/17 with a message "This is the tax audit department of IRS. The nature of this call is to inform you about a lawsuit which has been filed on your name. So before we go with legal matters and send this case to the local county courthouse, kindly call us back on our number, which is 215-554-6768. I repeat it, 215-554-6768. Thank you and good bye." I called and a woman with a thick middle eastern accent identified me by name, said she is with the IRS, Errors in our tix filing from 2011-2016 have been found through an audit and teh IRS is filing a lawsuit against us. This is a notification #101. They are not denying that we are making payments. This miscalculation is either intentional or by mistake and is seen as tax fraud. Can result in my assets being frozen, lien against my house and car. If I pay the required amount over the phone today it would settle the matter. She did not give me an amount, and I asked her to please send me the information in writing, assuming she has my address. She said ok and hung up.

Several phone calls reporting that I owe outstanding tax debt. Saying they have badge number and case number.

They called me many times, and told me there was a lawsuit pending for me.

They pried me for personal information (SSN, credit card info, etc). They're persistent, leave you an automated message. Then when you call, they're persistent and keep digging and digging for more information.

I received a call today and they left a message. It was a prerecorded female message stating that I need to call back. That they had a warrant out for my arrest. They also stated that my house is under subservience

I got a voicemail stating that the IRS has issued an arrest warrant against me. They said that myself and my physical property are being closely monitored and it's very important that I call them back as soon as possible before they proceed with further legal action. I obviously didn't call back!

Someone has called and left a message stating they are from the IRS and that there is a lawsuit out for us because of money owed. They gave two numbers to call back at, 301-307-1734 and 210-365-2708.
